Disrespectful. I have written checks to this store ranging from $800 all the way to $1000. Today, I went in to buy 9 boxes of Acetone for $300. When I went to write the check they told me they did not believe that I wrote them a valid check.I spent thousands of dollars here. All the checks cleared and my partner explained this to them in Vietnamese. No avail.Ended up convincing them to take down my ID and accept the check. Will I end up shopping here again? HELL NO!When they mistrust a long time customer. They deserve to lose business.

Wouldn’t recommend going inside if you do not speak mandarin or Vietnamese (I’m unsure which one). They don’t have prices listed anywhere, so even if you wanted to shop on your own you have to ask a million times how much things cost which leads me to point 2, they are very dismissive of non-Chinese or non-Vietnamese customers so it was difficult to get help finding items and to get prices. Even after one of the customers (who spoke their language) pointed out that I asked a question, the woman at the counter continued to move on to that customer while ignoring me.

My experience w/Maxim Nail Supply was not the greatest but an experience. I will not shun them for their lack of courtesy and lack of customer service skills. They have none. Go for the purpose of getting what you are looking for.

They are alright. Price is good enough. Wish that they don’t charge too much on the shipping cost

I approached the door and read instructions to place an order by phone then they will bring your order out to the car. So following instructions, they instantly told me “no!”, but everyone else (from their similar background) was able to place an order. Will not return, Skyline nail supply down the street has kinder representation (clerks).

I shop here for my spa supplies.I always ask what special deals they have on wax and often they recommend something new. I trust their recommendations. They check with other clients and get feedback so they are right on!I get the best prices and I travel from Maryland to Virginia to shop here.They also have a second store close to this location.They have great prices on nail products and many varieties.Its worth checking them up.

If I could give them 0 stars I would very racist I had got out same as other people and when I approached the door and tired to talk to the store owner I guess he yelled something and slammed and locked the door in my face but when people of his kind walked up to the door he was perfectly fine and he even let them wait at the door for him to bring their stuff

Abysmal.The store was incredibly small with little room to look around with even a single person in addition to ones self. And naturally, the small space leaves little room for selection -- VERY little to choose from in terms of polish and what was there was nothing special. All featured products could be found commonly at a nail supply shop.

I called to get some prices from the worker, I heard her mumble “I’m not doing that” and hung up on me!! And when I called back NO ONE WOULD ANSWER!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

DO NOT patronize this location. Very rude and out right ridiculous. Ive been in the nail industry for 15+ years and its clear that people ONLY want your money. Customer service was horrible. I called on the phone to inquire about a product and because the woman on the phone was completely CLUELESS she hangs up rather than simply stating she was unaware if they carried the product or ask for additional assistance. They will never get my money!

First time at US Maxim Nail Supply and it wont be the last. Highly recommend if youre in the nail industry.
