I went here to get my spare tire repair. Tire was repaired and I also give him tip. I asked him to put the tire back to where it belong but he pretended like he doesn’t know where the tire go so he ended putting the spare tire behind my trunk instead of the bottom of the car. Now I have this tire in my trunk and no room for nothing else so I need to find someone to lift the car up so I can put the tire under the car. I would think putting the tire back where it belong would be part of the service?

I have been bringing my cars to the Shell gas station on Wilson Blvd in Falls Church for years.I have had repairs,oil changes, bought new tires and inspections done.I have always been happy and satisfied with the work done. I know I can trust them! The manager,auto mechanics and cashier are the best! ☺

Ive been coming here for emissions and oil changes, theyre fast and prices are good. The last time I dropped my car off, they even fixed an electrical problem I had for free. Highly recommend this place.

On the Monday right after the big storm that blew through town on June 29, 2012, I had to get the tires rotated on my car for a trip I was taking the next day. I called the usual places, but many were closed due to the power outages all over the area. I searched on Google Maps and found the Seven Corners Shell station. I called and asked if they could squeeze me in. They willingly obliged and within 30 minutes they had rotated my tires. Clean, quick, and friendly were the workers and cashier. I will definitely go back! Thank you 7 Corners Shell station!

My favorite gas Brand, this gas station it is very convinient for me because it is in my way home, also they do service my car and the tech are really good and helpful

Usually get my oil changes here. They dont take appointments but the oil changes is one of the most affordable (less than $30).

My favorite service center and gas station, I came to this station after I tried BP at Lee hwy and Forign car service center, I am familiar with the services prices for labor and parts, so far, this is the only one that they charge fair prices.

I am now UTTERLY DISPLEASED with the service at this location, because of a mechanic that works at this location. My husband and I left our car to be serviced and agreed to our car having one part changed. We left our car and shortly after leaving, the mechanic servicing our car called and said that an additional part needed to be replaced. He was CLEARLY told NOT TO DO ANY OF THE WORK and to leave our car keys with the cashier inorder for us to pick up our car later and it was discussed with him that we would perhaps return at a later day to have work done. ( Our 25 yr old son, and myself heard the conversation since the phone was on speaker mode when he called about needing additional part My husband told him NOT TO DO ANY WORK). When we returned, the car had the UNWANTED Part on our car and it was still sitting up on the lift with one of our tires laying in the floor !! The mechanic had left for the day and could not be reached. THIS IS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNETHICAL! Legal measures will have to be taken if this is not resolved since we CLEARLY DID NOT AGREE TO ANY WORK BEING DONE ON OUR CAR after the mechanic spoke to my husband about needing an additional part. It is only right that SHELL accepts full responsibility for this UNDERHANDED, AGGRESSIVE ACTION !
