I ship frequently at the UPS Store at 1069 W Broad Street in Falls Church City. Recently I had paid to ship a fragile box, including extra insurance. The package was damaged during transit. The staff and the manager, David, were very helpful in helping navigate my refund. Great customer service. Thank you!

I made a mistake and forgot a critical step (scanning) with the documents that I had notarized and then overnight mailed.Dina was incredibly helpful when I called to reveal my mistake, she kindly scanned the docs, repackaged them and sent them out.I greatly appreciate Dina (basically a stranger performing an unnecessary kindness) saving me a trip back to the store and helping with this task - probably seems like a small thing, but made a huge difference in my day. On 8/28/21 I went to the UPS store to drop off a package. The clerk asked me if I needed US Postage stamps because the price was going up 3 cents the next day. I said I would buy some stamps and selected 2 packages of 20 stamps. Later that day when I checked the credit card receipt I realized I’d been charged $14.00 for each pack of stamps that should have cost $11.00. This store charged me a $3.00 extra charge per pack of 20 stamps. They tricked me into buying the stamps over fear of a price increase of 60 cents on 20 stamps, and yet charged me $3.00 without telling me about the extra charge. I went to the store today to ask for a refund and they refused. I told them I would never do business with them again.
I have learned this place gets the job done and guarantees their work. Dina immediately took care of me and worked with me to make sure the package was safely packaged and guaranteed. She was very efficient and got me in and out within 5-10 minutes with assurance that I chose the right place. Dina is an expert at what she does and everyone was friendly.
No good. They charged $1 for taping the box, but didn’t tape the box before I left and didn’t give me the receipt either. Worse than other UPS location.
The customer service at this store is superb. Fardina has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to assist me getting my items (mangos) shipped and out the door. Five stars for her and to the rest of the team.
Ive always had very professional treatment at this UPS location. They sell a wide variety of pretty US Postage Stamps, too! Only challenge is getting into the parking lot off busy Rte 7, and then getting out again if you go during rush hour. Easiest way out is to go around the back of the complex, exit left, then left onto West Street where there is a light.
The service at Falls Church store was wonderful. I mailed 3 boxes last night, and was impressed by the support from the staff Fardina and Natalie. They helped me to figure out the best way of shipping, unpack and repack. I really appreciate it and would definitely go there again if needed!
Manager dina is stuck up and can not understand that the package car tires dont come in boxes. She tried to charge me $50 for a amazon return that was already paid for. I dont know what her goal was beside trying to increase supplies sales but thats horrible customer service and her attitude towards me was condescending. Her supervisor should have a word with her on customer service. And Amazon policys.
I contacted this UPS store for assistance in package pickup. Given our new normal, I was unsure what the process would be. Alex was super helpful in walking me through the process and even came to pickup the package from me contactless. He turned what was a stressful task I needed to accomplish into something super easy and convenient. I work for a small, independent company and have used this particular UPS Store location for my shipping/receiving needs for almost seven years. There are locations closer to my house, but I continue to use this one because of the incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous employees. Mark and his staff consistently go above and beyond.
Used to come to that store all the time and had no issues. Brought an Amazon return package today, and was met with a very unprofessional service clerk Mokha. He was rude, raised his voice, and was unapologetic. I have never experienced this kind of service before. Ended up talking to his manager. My understanding there is some kind of tension between UPS and Amazon, but there is no excuse that it should be brought up on clients. This young man was completely unprofessional, and, I presume, either did not get a proper training, or his management allows him to act this way towards customers.... will never use this UPS store location again...
Tries to mail a package, returned to store as undeliverable. Ridiculous as shipping via post office or FedEx has no issues. Store sent me to customer service, customer service sent me to the store. Dont use UPS. Inefficient and thieving. Either complete the service I paid for or return my money.

We were on a vacation prior to a family wedding out of town, so I mailed our wedding clothes (including my daughters custom made Junior Bridesmaid dress) to the hotel (in case luggage got lost along the way). While on vacation, I confirmed that my package arrived. We arrived with no time to spare, to get ready for the wedding, opened the package, and it was not our clothes. Someone in the store had put our label on the wrong box.We frantically went shopping (searching for a floor length black dress for a 9 year old is no small feat), found an adult small dress, belted it with a gift ribbon, pinned it up and dropped her off for her wedding duties - and then I went shopping for a formal dress I could wear.The manager at the store was very helpful, she agreed it was 100% totally their mistake. I got reimbursed for the shipping and packing of course but the owner has not contacted me about refunding me the cost of the new clothes. I contacted UPS Store corporate and they have issued a complaint, which will go on their record, but since it is a franchise, there is nothing else they can do. Ive now also contacted an advocacy group as well to see if they can help.Mistakes get made, that is part of doing business; however, one should account for those mistakes. I firmly believe that the UPS Store in Falls Church has not done this. Because of their mistake, I paid for outfits that were not ideal and will not be worn again (and the custom made dress for the wedding will not get worn either). Plus the huge stress of having to buy a new junior bridesmaid dress in an hours timeframe (after having one custom made and altered, months in advance of this special wedding).I am trying to work now with an advocacy group to help. I have called and emailed the owner multiple times and have not been responded too at all. I understand that it will cost him for this reimbursement; however, it was their mistake and they should do what is right.

I had some odd problem with the labels. The employee helped me out in the end which I appreciate, but she was quite upset to do it and made some impolite remarks which I had to bear with. All the other UPS stores I have been to were quite professional.
Called them, not only was the woman unhelpful, but she raised her voice over mine. Some service. Learn manners first before you learn a job. No surprise she did not have manners nor could she do her job.

Okay Iwould never write a review . But let me tell you this UPS store ROCK. Very friendley and professional. I had an expensive item to ship and i was looking around . I went to few UPS store and i asked them how they are going to pack my item since it is very expensive and ofcourse im worry about it. Other locations were okay but i didnt feel comfortable leaving my item there. Then i stoped by in Falls Church. Gosh as i walked in,Fardina(Manager)welcomed me with great smile and I told her what I needed. She convinsed me to ship my package from their location and I did. She was very friendley, and professional. Two days ago my son received the package, and he was amazed how great they packed the item. I definitely recommend this UPS Store to everyone. Worst Customer Service,Please do not go to this place, they are worst ppl, i went to the store today(Saturday April 18) at 4:40 pm, i know the shop closes at 5 pm, i was filling up the address and was waiting, then suddenly the lady who works there (she said her name is Dina and she is the manager ) said the store is closed and asked me to come back on Monday, she knows that i was waiting and was before 5 pm, i told the lady that i had to mail some documents which are very urgent. she said i dont care, i had to close at 5. i said i was there before 5, then she said she was not sure if i was there to send mail (she thinks people go to UPS to buy candies), i said this is very rude and wrong. i also said i will report this, she dint even care, she said i can go ahead and report to any one and she also mentioned that she works for corporate and she dont care. there was also a guy who was shouting at me, he was threatening me to leave. i was very upset with their unprofessional behavior .
I cant believe all these bad reviews. I have been to this location many times for shipping, packing, notarty, etc. The staff has always been poliet and proffessional. The price is fair and reasonable compared to Fedex and other locations. I had an odd shaped item to ship to California, and i took it to Falls church Location. Fardina helped me as always to process the package. She was quick and very helpful. She tired her best to give me a good price and she did. I even asked her to show me how you guys packed my package. Even though she was super busy with other customers, she handled the situation. Finally she packed my item and then i felt good about it. I give 5 stars to this UPS store and i will keep coming back here. Great job !!

Tried to call about a position and apparently you cant get a hold of the manager because they are on vacation for 2 weeks. Then the store person says to call another store and they say that manager is on vacation. Applying for UPS it seems to be impossible if management is not even around to review applications yet the job is showing an open position online.

I recently had several urgent documents that needed to be printed, scanned, notarized, and sent overnight. Alec at this store was incredibly helpful in assisting me with accomplishing all of this. Even while the story was busy, he remained calm and professional, which I really appreciated! I also made an error on my end and had to go back to the store to re-do a document, and he was very understanding in assisting me with that as well. This will definitely be my go-to UPS store from now on.
