They got me a quickly. I was on a road trip through North Dakota. My engine coolant hot light kept coming on. They acknowledged time was sensitive for me since I was on a road trip. They got us in and out with a car fully repaired in one hour. They were friendly, they have great customer service, the price was reasonable, And they had a great customer children’s play area.

Honest, reliable, great communication, and always treated fair. Curt, and Dave have helped my team with many many vehicles over the years. Services you can always count on. They have gone above and beyond more then once. When it comes to electrical work, We dont consider anyone else!

I brought my car in for an inspection after having two dealers each give me completely different information from their inspections, respectively. That breeds distrust. The United guys did a thorough inspection and invited me to see the underside of the car with them as they pointed out their observations which they documented on an estimate. Trust is everything in business - and, especially in the auto repair business.Brand dealerships increasingly ask their service techs to be sales people to up sell the customer. They generally hate it but it factors into their compensation. I figure, if they liked selling they would have become sales people instead of technicians.I was treated right by United Auto Tech. And, it’s my firm belief that that is how they run their business no matter who the customer is.

Best service Ive had in a long time. They are very careful to not sugar coat the issue but are always honest. Sometime Ive come to pick up my vehicle and the cost is much lower than quoted. They then tell me that what they thought was not what they found and the fix was cheaper. Honesty is like gold.

We are so thankful for United Auto! Their service is professional, their employees are knowledgeable, and, most importantly, they are trustworthy. We have used United Auto for many years and only have had good experiences. We tried a different reputable shop closer to our house and were extremely disappointed. UA isnt the least expensive shop around but its very comparable to others and definitely worth the peace of mind knowing that we trust their recommendations and they truly care for their customers. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was really kind and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. They recommended services I realized I had forgotten about my car needing and did not overcharge for parts or labor! This was on top of getting my car in on short notice. Very impressed.

I had a car emergency come up (needed a new starter) and I brought it in the next morning at 7:30am with no appointment and they had it all fixed and ready to go by 10am. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. I have also gotten an oil change from them and they picked up my car from Sanford and had it back by the end of the work day. I will definitely be returning to United as my regular car care center.

Friendly, fast, trustworthy, and competitively priced. I brought a car in that had been previously diagnosed by another shop. They had identified a major, dangerous problem causing excessive noise. United did a thorough analysis on the car and could not find anything wrong with it, except that when going over bumps, the car was actually noisy.. So they saved me between $500 and $600 for what the other business was going to do.

Very helpful and friendly. My car has been a real pill but when the real issue finally revealed itself by stranding me they sprang into action to get me a tow, diagnosed immediately so I knew if I needed to make other arrangements for a rental etc and the fixed the same day for an incredibly reasonable price.

I scheduled an oil change with them, told them I would wait since most oil changes everywhere are under 30 minutes... An hour and a half later just finished up... Not impressed since it was a scheduled appointment.
