I had a great experience with Collision Experts. From the initial estimate to the drop-off, repair, and eventual pickup--everything went smoothly. Great customer service and, as a bonus, my car was finished quicker than they said! Hope I dont have a need for their services anytime soon but if I do, Ill be back.

These guys are great! By far the most amicable place I went to get a quote; seemed like they really cared about my me and my situation, especially since I was hoping to pay out of pocket but needed to keep the cost low. The only place that said they could fix my tailgate, instead of replacing the whole thing, which was a HUGE price difference. The work was done quickly, had use of their loaner vehicle, and the cost was exactly as quoted. My tailgate looks like new. Thanks Steve, Dave, and all!

Absolutely great people!Easiest shop in town to communicate with; theyre friendly and honest over the phone without an attitude like others if you struggle with explaining your issues.Turn around time was phenomenal, had a quote the day my vehicle was brought to the shop (frame damage) and they kept the quote within the limits, I was told 1K, I payed $989 total for frame repair, new radiator, trim pieces (fixed what they could) and adjusted headlights.They are by far a go to shop, Ive never seen another shop with only 5 Star reviews, that means something! Congrats guys!

Staff very helpful and friendly! I had called around to other shops who were up to 3 weeks out for just a hail estimate and Collision Experts got us in right away! Were very responsive and quick while working with our insurer as well. They will most certainly be our go to in the future.

I wish I could give Dave, Steve and the guys at Collision experts more than 5 stars on this rating. I cannot express how pleased I am with the service here. They helped me out in a tight situation, I went to them for an estimate on my vehicle after an accident on the highway and they were the most cost effective option I had after going to numerous body shops for estimates. I had multiple conversations with Dave on the phone and he never failed to answer any questions I had. Dave offered to see what he could do for me once he realized that one of the parts I needed was no longer in production. He made sure I was taken care of and for that I am truly great full. Not many body shops out there that are this personal and care this much about their customers. I would recommend anyone and everyone who is in need of a body shop to stop by Collisions experts.

I stopped by Collision Experts today, nearly at close, after being rear-ended only an hour before. Dave received me and gladly gave me a veritable collegiate level education on car repair, the software program he uses, and how the insurance companies operate. I only came in for a quote, as Im from out of town, but even knowing this Dave was willing to sit down and talk me through the whole upcoming process. I cannot vouch for their repair work because I have not had my car worked on here, but they no doubt get 5 happy stars from me for their customer service and kindness.

I completely totaled my Nissan during an ice storm. I was really upset but the collision experts made it an easy process. They did a great job communicating and found parts that fit my budget. The cost was also less than I expected! Overall great repair shop.

I live in Minneapolis and my son attends NDSU in Fargo. The day before Thanksgiving, my son backed his open drivers side door into a pole so that it would not close. Since he would otherwise not be able to come home for the holiday, I drove to Fargo to take care of it. I called Collision Experts, and they came and jumped the car and drove it to their shop free of charge, gave me a very reasonable estimate and friendly service, and had it ready by the time my son returned the following Monday. Very impressive!

I took my car in on Monday for work caused by a collision. Got it back Wednesday and my car was clean and looked great! Friendly service and a quick estimate made this repair super easy and painless.

They were great doing my window replacement. I called multiple shops around this area to fix it but they all quoted a very high price. The owner was really good and even offered me to just charge the labor cost if I got the window from somewhere else. This place is really reasonable and doesa greta job.

My husband and I brought our Surbaru in to Collision Experts to repair our passenger side door after getting scratched by a trailer. My husband experienced great customer service here. He brought the car in for a quote before making an appointment. The original quote given to us was the cheapest one in town. The repair only took 3 days and the total price was actually less than the original quote. Since we paid out of pocket for the repair, we were very excited to learn that the cost of repair was cheaper due to the parts needed for the repair. I hope we dont need to bring our car in again for a repair, but if we do, we will definitely go to Collision Experts.

Very easy and pleasant experience. I had a windshield replaced and hail dents removed via PDR. The vehicle looks good as new and was finished when they said it would be. I dont often need a body shop, but when I do, Ill be sure to give them a call again.
