I bought some filters because I no longer needed them and wanted a refund of my money. I had to make three trips there to see if they had enough cash on hand to refund me. The last trip I had stopped there they still didnt have enough cash to refund me, so I just took my filters and left the store. I was told that if I had the bank card they could do it, but I no longer had the card that I used to pay for the filters, so thats why I asked for a cash refund.

Made a few phone calls around town yesterday. Found out that their store supposedly had one single piece of what I was looking for (very small spring retainer for a brake caliper). Both associated were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing which is becoming rare these days. The one gentleman looked for quite some time for me, and the second associate stepped in to help as well. Eventually the tiny part was located, likely not in the right spot according to the computer, and I was able to get my truck back on the road the same day instead of waiting 3 for shipping. I will be calling here first from now on as the customer care is outstanding. Thanks guys!

Amazingly helpful staff! I came for a custom paint for my car to fix some rust. The staff got me all set up with paints and primers I needed and even gave me the step by step process to fix a large patch rust with Bondo. Very personable and honest staff. Will come here again.

Great place, more choices and product
Within the last 12 months, Napa has cost me over $900. When I replaced the front seal on my Intrepid, the mechanic recommended that I should replace my water pump (as I had 200,000 miles on my car) and possibly save $500 in labor in the future if my original water pump went out. Water pump was replaced with a NAPA pump. I did so. Within one month, the NAPA water pump failed and I had to have it replaced, so they had to pull the front of the engine off (again) and it cost me another $500 in labor costs!! 2 weeks ago, I decided to have both my front headlamps replaced, so I ordered them from NAPA. Took 3 weeks to find and have them shipped to Fargo. I had them installed at Quality Auto Body ( 5 stars BTW). The new right headlamp was defective so I went back to NAPA and they tried to find a replacement and would call when they found a new (undamaged) headlamp. They never called back and when I called them, I was informed that they were out of production. Quality Auto Body (Dave) said he could have a new replacement within 24 hours which he did. I had the new one installed for another $33 labor. I took the defective headlamp back to NAPA where they credited me but didnt give me the $33 extra cost of labor. So within 12 months, between the defective NAPA water pump and the defective right headlamp, plus labor, it totaled over $900. I ABSOLUTELY recommend that if you can find parts at any other auto parts store that you do it. If I have to replace anything else on my Intrepid, NAPA will be the last place I will call for replacement parts after all other sources have been exhausted. R Nelson

There staff was not friendly, They were not willing to answer questions about the product. There paint was not mixed right and it was very expensive with low quality. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there.

Brought in some brake pads which were prematurely separating from the backing. The employees were happy to replace them under warranty. Very friendly and great service.
Employee sounded like he hated his job and every question I asked. I couldnt get an answer without a sigh or a snotty tone. Everyone has bad days. That, I understand but theres only a certain amount of rudeness I can tolerate before saying something.

I have been having problems for the past week or so with my car not starting and the battery drained everytime I turned it off for w period of time and so naturally a good place to start would be checking the battery. It was charged and checked at auto zone. They said that everything checked out and the battery was fine. Only to find out after another day of the same problem that my bsttery wasnt good. It was completely shot and if it wasnt for Andy I wouldnt have ever known.he went above and beyond what I could have ever asked for. I will not be going anywhere but to Napa and their amazing manager . :) Thank you
As someone else said, bad customer service! Ive had good luck with both Napa (other locations) and OReillys, so Ive never really had a preference when I need to pick something up. Today changed that, at least for the 3301 Main Ave location.I didnt catch his name, but Emp. 921 (according to the receipt) was extremely rude and impatient. Apparently, he doesnt understand that he is in a job that requires customer service skills. He has a job because customers like me pay Napa money. I was asking a few questions about different things and he was really letting me know how inconvenient I was for him. I just about left my items on the counter and walked out. If I had more time to go somewhere else, I would have done just that.My advice, go to OReillys right down the road.
