Went in looking for a specific gasket maker, gentleman at the counter told me they had none in stock which, according to their website, they had at least 4 different kinds available. When I told him, he said they only had one available and that I wouldnt want it. When I showed him the specific one I was looking for, he said it was in stock but I didnt want it because it was for exhausts. I told him thats what I was working on, he went and got it. I dont understand the runaround and lying, especially when I knew exactly what I was looking for.

These guys were great! We had a blower motor resistor fail on a work vehicle - hundreds of miles from home and short the tools we needed, they were gracious enough to loan us the right size socket and an articulated extension to get to the right spot under the dash while we did the repair in the frigid parking lot.

Special ordered parts from this business 4 different times and paid freight in advance and have yet to ever see my parts.I am a huge stand by fan for napa back home in the south but up north here it has been nothing but disappointment. will be going to Oriellys from now on since I hear nothing but good.

Had the parts I needed but asking questions for clarification was a root canal, a combination of trying to steer me towards the more expensive option and unsettling looks that told me that they did not want me around, whoever I was talking to was definitely not interested in answering questions.

Great auto parts store. I always check their prices when looking for parts and about half of the time they are cheaper than others and online. In my most recent trip, the price was even lower than their website said. They have a huge inventory as well, so odds are, theyll have it in stock.

I have only been here once, but the store is well laid out and most importantly I received great service and the correct part that I was looking for.

Bought a extendable mirror and grabber with a built in led light. Had something stucj in my windshield AC part. I got assistance from Chase and cant thank him enough. Was 96 that day!

They charged my battery overnight and called me to let me know when it was ready all for free!

I purchased park plug wires with a five year warranty. Three years later the plugs failed, one had completely burned through. I took the parts back to napa for warrantied replacements, Napa refused to honor the warranty. I contacted corporate with the same issue, they never replied back to me. Napa is easily the worst auto store in town.

Very poor customer service went in to see if they would honor my warranty on a battery and the gal working the front desk was so confused and had to wait for some one to come up from the back and the guy who she asked was so rude grabs a volt meter to test my battery grabs my battery and shakes it and says its frozen warranty void with attitude and walks away I want upset about the warranty just upset that the guy was giving attitude and as I grab my battery and start to walk out he says something i cant quite hear him but he sees so upset that i would even bother to ask .
