Excellent customer service. The lady working informed me that I should wait to get new tires for my car for another ten days when they are having a huge tire sale. Saved me hundreds of dollars.
Great experience! We where on a time crunch and they got us in right away, gave us a text when they started working on it and when it was done. Will definitely be back.
They were short staffed, so dropped off the car for tires on a Sat and it was a last minute need. We are very satisfied.

I purchased tires November 7th when there tire sale began. First off, what an amazing deal-$49/tire for Goodyear Viva-3 205/60/16. Also free mount and lifetime balance! I think my total was $230 dollars. The local tire place was going to charge almost $600! The only thing I didnt like was when we booked and appointment they later cancelled because there physical book doesnt corespond well with the online booking. However they still got me in at the time and had it completed in 45 minutes. The techs did a good job too, I will be returning if I ever need tires.
Meh tire got changed I guess. Get told Id get a call when complete and found out I was waiting probably a hour for no reason. Get it all paid and the dude disappeared and couldnt get out. Guess thats why the emergency release is there...ugh

4th time here this week. Was told 2-3 hour wait each time I came and once they weren’t taking anymore. Came at 6:45 today-Saturday-(they open at 7 according to the sign.) 2 others ahead of me. Stood outside with others until 7:20 as doors were locked. Was told 1-2 hour wait. It’s been 2.5 hours. I feel they do a great job otherwise I wouldn’t come back and works the best to come here with my work hours. Have never waited this long. Desk attendant said he should be working in the shop????
This Auto Center is always busy, which I dont mind, and I gave a star for the low price of an oil change. WARNING: The customer service is terrible. I have been here several times and no one has ever greeted a customer, they ignore people standing in line without telling anyone how long things will take, and worst of all, I called to inquire about my car being done with an oil change and the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I keep going back hoping for better service but it just hasnt happened. Im done with this Auto Center. Im willing to pay a little bit more for better customer service.
I was treated so kind at 13th Ave Walmart, in Fargo when I had a dead battery. The service technician (Omar?) carried my battery into the store from my car across the parking lot. He also hooked it up to see if it could hold a charge right away, despite being very busy, and I ended up getting a replacement. He went out of his way and he made my day/week. Great service.
Renae was graciously pleasant and knowledgeable. They were very busy, and quoted me 4 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when they were done ahead of schedule. Overall great experience, and I am happy that be on my way with new Goodyear tires on my truck.
Would give them negative stars if I could. Brought a tire on a rim in for a simple dismount. Got the tire and rim back later that day, didnt think to look at the tire. Bring the tire and rim in to a different business to get it mounted and balanced, and they say they cant, pointing to a gouge in the tire where it would meet the rim. Walmart claims to have watched their video of the procedure happening and say they see no evidence that they did it, refuse to pay for the replacement tire. Save yourself a headache and pay a little more for a professional to handle your valuables.

I drove an hour because this was the nearest Walmart and the only tire place open after noon on a Saturday. I got after 2 pm and was told they werent doing anymore tires for the day even though their operating hours lists that theyre open until 8pm. The guy literally said to me first come first serve. The Walmart auto centers are usually great. This one is disappointing.

Oil change for car, long wait, had shopping to do so car was almost finished after 2hours of shopping, recommend going early in the morning if you are going on a weekend.
They refused to change engine oil for my car. They said they are too busy and there was only one car inside.
Called and asked about getting nitrogen air in my tires. The lady told me the sooner I came in the better. I get there 20 minutes later and was told it would be 1 1/2hr wait. I asked if I could come back later or get a phone call and she told me I would lose my spot. She was very rude and didn’t seem to want my business. I don’t know if I’m more mad for getting a car with nitrogen tires, or mad at her lack of help. Wish there was some sort of self serve with nitrogen tires. Would have done it myself.
As much as Im not a huge fan of Walmart products themselves, usually, the auto department is great! Theres often a bit of a wait time for things to get done, but then they sometimes surprise you as well. They have the best deals on tires, in my opinion, and make sure to get the job done without charging you an arm and a leg.
I purchased new battery for my car couple months ago, that time they wasted more than 2 hrs. Now, battery died and I went for warranty replacement. They asked for 3 to 4 hours. I was expecting immediate test & solution but Guy on front started showing me rules and bluntly denied any help. I would never go this place for any new purchase since they are totally unresponsive.
Had a low air pressure warning light. I went.in to the service counter, told them of my issue, they checked and filled all four of my tires. Great customer service
If I could review this location with a zero, I would. Where do I begin?! I called in to check if my tire order is ready, because I was notified via text message that my order had arrived. I got put on hold and after 30 minutes of being on hold finally hung up. I proceeded to drive to the location to have my new tires that I had ordered put on and pick up a tire my wife had dropped off to be patched 1 week prior. Upon arrival there is a line of 6 people waiting for 2 clueless employees to help them out. The first employee I speak with tells me that my wifes tire isnt ready and that I cant get my tires changed today, but it is first-come-first-served and can try back tomorrow (this is at 1:30 PM that day mind you). I insist that my wifes tire is done and ask to speak to another employee, because the first employee barely spoke English and my wife had been called the same night after she had dropped it off that the tire was ready. The second employee goes into the back and finds the supposedly unfinished tire (which it actually was finished) and my tires and proceeds to ring me up. Then suddenly she gets this blank, drooling look on her face, clicks her mouse a few times, and says, I cant find any paperwork on your wifes tire. She does some more hunting around and asks me some of my wifes basic info. Finally, she finds an order for the tire that shows cancelled. She then goes on to explain that the order had been written up incorrectly (most likely by employee #1 which is who my wife had dealt with the previous week) and had been cancelled, even though the work had still been completed on the tire. She then informed that I couldnt take the tire, because the person (guessing mechanic) who had to re-write the order was on lunch, so she could charge me for the service. And so, I left with 2 new tires not put on my vehicle and was forced to leave the patched tire for my wifes vehicle behind on my only day off this week from work, because of the incompetent idiots working at this location. My advice: pay the extra money to have someone who can form complete, English sentences and figure out 1st grade math problems take care of your automotive needs.
The service rep I spoke with was very short with me and rude. Gave me almost none of her time and just told me I have to do everything online. I can understand if you don’t have the item in store but at least give me more than 30 seconds to talk when I patiently waited in line. I’ve had multiple poor experiences with Renae and am reluctant to bother even trying to get service through here ever again.
I highly recommend changing your hours to open til 6pm instead of 9pm if you are not going to be accepting any cars after 6pm for even a tire change. Its very frustrating to have to come in several days in a row after work to be told to come back tomorrow, then directed to other auto centers that are already closed.
Went here to have the tires I ordered put on my car. I also has a new replacement rim I had ordered and wanted mounted with the new tires. I was told this would be no problem. After shopping for almost two hours I went back to the tire department to find that they hadnt touched my car! The female manager (who was completely rude) came out to talk to me and gave me some stupid excuse that their equipment is old and scratches rims so they would not be able to put my tires on my car. She also went on to tell me she tried to call me (as if it was forever ago) and when I checked my phone I had a missed call from 10 minutes prior! They should have known this when I asked before even leaving my car with them. Instead I ended up with four tires in my Jetta and rushing over to another tire store 15 minutes before closing so they could put them on. Why is the world are you using old equipment that scratches rims???? Shame on Walmart. My experience was so bad I will never buy tires there again....and will avoid shopping there whenever I can.

The battery from them and have them put it in. Had no issues with driving my vehicle until after they put the new battery in. Now my vehicle wont even go very well. Keeps trying to cut out and I can no longer have my air conditioner on or my vehicle will completely cut off. I did not have a single issue with my vehicle until after they took it. And then after I talk to them they try to tell me there was other things wrong with my vehicle which is a bunch of b******* cuz theres nothing wrong with my vehicle until after they got their hands on it.
Worst place to change tires. They hold my car for three hours and canceled the services and never notified me! The issue was broken studs which I believe they break my previous tires services never notified til I needed to replace my front tires to back and to get another new sets of tires. Completely the stuff at front desk” the lady” was unhelpful and ethical. I am not going back for services.
It was bad I own a 2017 ford fushion and I took it in for a oil change and tire rotation and 2 hrs later that call me back and my hood release handle in the car was completely ripped off the car and the carpet was pulled away from the floor went back in and thay r saying it was like that when it wasnt and know that sead I can put in a clam that will be denied what do I do it wasnt like that when I brought it in
If I could give this place a negative star I definitely would! this place is a mess! ALL THE TIME! Everytime I’m in there I feel very rushed! And VERY belittled while asking questions! The woman at the front desk is flat out RUDE to me everytime I go in there! Time estimates are always wrong, by a long shot! keeping a customer informed is very very poor! I figured I’d bite the bullet one last time to get a set of tires and an oil change, dropped my van off at 1pm was told “it’ll be a little bit of a wait” in my head thinking maybe 3 hours at tops. Didn’t hear anything back until 7:30pm!! Didn’t get my tires changed because there was a problem, was not informed, but did get my oil changed, paying for my service was a mess, they didn’t have my paperwork they needed a manager override to take the charge of the tires off, the managers took there sweet time and DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM, they ring up my bill and everything is the same as before. I waited 25 mins for nothing! The gentleman simply took the extra charges off and sent me on my way! I went out to my van and THEY LEFT IT IN DRIVE AND SHUT IT OFF!

Showed up today female with blonde hair was rude told her Id like to get a pit crew oil change. This was around 9am she was so rude. She told me well we wont be able to get you In until 1130 at the earliest. She did this when I came in about two months ago as well gave me a long wait time just to make sure I didnt leave my car. Looked at her and said fine seems like you dont want my business so I will go else were. Never have a problem when the nice man wth glasses is running the counter he so nice and knows what car I have and everything. I shop for about two hours as it is when I go to Walmart. I honestly wouldnt of mind leaving my car but she wa so rude. You need to get better customer service and just fire her she is just chasing customers away!

Went in for an oil change they offered me a fuel injection cleaner so I said sure why not they then come out and tell me that they dont have the tool to do that to my car and I drive a 2015 Chrysler so its not like my car is rare or super old and then I get in my car and the check engine light on and another sensor light so I go back and side tell them about it and they said well if you want that fixed youre going to have to pay for it I said neither of those lights are on when I came into the store so I expect to leave with both of those lights off here one of the guys did not hook up one of my sensors so I will never ever take my car back to Walmart auto center

I went to get an oil change and it took 3 hours for my car to get an oil change. When I arrived my car was next and it was 11 am and I left at 2:12 pm. UNBELIEVEABLE!! I couldve swore I spent a birthday or two in there just waiting for an oil change!
