It just makes scents to shop here! The store always looks nice and clean when I go. The staff has always been very welcoming and helpful. Sometimes the products can be expensive, but if you pay attention to the many deals they have and stay on top of the coupons, the quality of their products is well worth it.

The staff here is always helpful and ready to point you in the right direction. I like the fact that they tend to have plenty of help to get you what you need, or to suggest a gift if you are just not quite sure what to pick. There always seems to be a new scent or something different.

Well it would appear that Bath & Bodyworks in Fargo in not interested in actually talking with customers.I had hoped to verify they had a product in stock but only got a recorded message that gave hours and location and nothing else.Hmmm. If this is their idea of customer service then perhaps they are cutting corners on their products as well.I suggest you consider shopping at another place that values their customers, not one that ignores them.

Great store always helpful staff have never had a bad experience here other than spending more than I wanted but thats my choice tough bit to capitalize on good deals when the come around. Love the scent and variety of products

Love the store, but recently went in for like one item and was harassed by the employee “helping” me. She was determined to get me to buy like 6 items despite my assurances that I only needed ONE ITEM. She was trying to back up her sales pitch by throwing in fragrance information from whatever essential oil company she consults for on the side (Herba Life?). She would not leave me alone despite me trying multiple times to politely say I didn’t need her help. She followed me right up to the checkout. Super creepy and really annoying.

This place is amazing I love the way it smells even just walking by the store.

I was a little beside myself as I was in here and there were many employees standing around and a lot of guests in with lost faces. As an AGM, if you have that many employees working a guest should never have to approach for help. Truly disappointing. I would have spent a lot more money, but left after 2 candles and not sure Ill return.

Picked up a last minute Christmas gift for my wife earlier today. Very good, friendly service, despite the store being very busy.

My boyfriend and I went in and were very polite and respectful and the employees were hastling us. They were extremely rude and disrespectful to us. I ended up making a quick purchase of goods I didnt exactly want but I just wanted to get out. As we were walking out one of their male employees followed us out and nearly pushed us out the door. I am very disappointed in the service. They have lost all my business which is sad because I did enjoy their products.

Always find something right for the season, whatever it may be .... Always spend way to much lol 😆

Very unhappy with my experience at the Fargo, ND store. It seems to get worse every time I go there. The cashiers are very short with you and seem bothered to check you out. I went in for their hand soap sale and they had one rack not marked as half off. When checking out, I asked the cashier if they all rang up for the sale and she said yes. Got home and realized I ended up paying more as they were not all part of the sale. I should have checked the receipt before leaving but I was in a hurry to get out due to the pandemic. Thought I would save myself shipping but I should have ordered online. That is where my business with them will be from now on.

Its a great place but I dont like being asked who helped you today? Because half the time I go there no one helps... And that is also fine because I am capable of finding items myself.

The smell alone is a reason to shop here. Very affordable and a great place for gifts.

Not too be mean but my shopping experience at bath and body works usually depends on how I dress. If I come in dressed nice or professional I am treated better than it I come as I did today. In sweats and a hoodie. So if I want to be treated well I guess I better look my best. Sad thing is either way I dress I still have the same amount of money to spend.

It had been a couple years since I have visited for store... it was AWESOME!! ALL the employees that waited on me were GREAT!! Caleb... the young man who rang up my purchase... was obviously very new...BUT... he was so polite and friendly... as was the woman who helped me as I shopped...I cant remember her name! .. VERY NICE EXPERIENCE...More stores NEED employees like that!👍😎

Wide variety of scents for perfumes lotions etc, they make great gifts for anyone. Try to get better deals when they have their big sales since it’s not the cheapest.

Took away flexibility on a travel coupon. Now the $5.00 coupon is only good on $5.00 travel products--which only a few were available. Use to be able to use the $5.00 plus pay the difference on other travel products. Why the change?

This place is amazing. The smells are so overwhelming in a good way. Plus they always have specials going on.

The gal helping me I believe her name was Andrea flat out lied to me about a fragrance because according to her corporate has them pushing the new black blueberry. So instead of putting me in the correct direction for a fragrance match she used corporate as am excuse and was very rude when I told her the spiced cranberry was a lot closer to the black raspberry as a comparable.

Its okay. Fun peoducts. I feel like most of the time their so focused on efficiency and rushing people through checkout that they lack personable customer service and I feel like Im just a cash-in for them so they can get my purchase through before each segment ends rather then focusing on being personable with me. Makes me feel like I wasted my money on people who just want to meet a deadline. They also hound you and ask if your okay every 2 minutes. If theres 6 people circling me at a given time its easy for me to just turn around and ask. Having people ask you makes you feel obligated and uncomfortable. But Im sure thats what they want to get you to leave with something. Sneaky.

Shell(ie)y gal I talked w/ quite abrupt about items I was looking for & wouldnt check price. Guess the fragrance I like is seasonal, so will have to check back. My daughters give me gifts from B.B.W.Spendy prices, so watch for sales on items. If you have allergies, smells get overwhelming in store.
