She did a great job but $43 just for trimming 2-3 inches off without washing my hair is a little steep. everything costs alot these days

Darn near perfect cut for the season! Happy enough with the results from a Master Stylist... Very comfortable place to get your hair did!!!

So I have to add to the list...I was given a pixie, they let me choose the part line, not wise! Pixie cuts are parted very particular. My hair dresser is not assertive.Then again, tried putting faith in them. My dye job is horrible. The roots were to be untouched, instead I was given foils and then toned. Ruining the roots. So why did we not do an all over one time color. Which is 100% possible. Instead I was told to come back in 8 weeks to color and grow out the roots. Waste of time, I left w orange hair.Old review:For the second time in a row my stylist didnt do her job. Stylists seem to straighten the front of my hair and not the back...since I cant see the back! They leave it wavy. What the he. They charged 35 for a simple hair straightening. Next Im going online to find a stylist that doesnt require face diapers and maybe they will do their job.I think very poorly for this profession! Has been happening my entire life and my 35.My last appointment here the girl gave me a chop job hair cut when I asked for layers. And cut at least 3 extra inches off, saying she was fixing it. Why is JCP even open?

JoAnna (Fargo location) lightened my hair by 3 or more shades. My hair was very dark, long and thick. She did an amazing job, price was affordable for this process. My hair looks great and even all over. My overall concern was to lighten and cover the gray. Go see her, you will not be disappointed. =)

I Just got done getting highlights from Nja at the Fargo, Jc penny salon. I’ve been going to her for the last 8 years and so has my daughter and step daughter and she always does a phenomenal job! We’re always happy with the outcome of our hair. I thinks she’s been doing hair since 1997. She’s a master stylist which means she’s one of the top stylist and she has many of hours and practice put in. It does cost a little bit more than a regular stylist but she’s definitely worth it because she knows what shes doing. She’s also very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She makes sure you like your hair, nails or whatever else she’s doing for you before you leave. I would highly recommend Nja for any type of service you’re having at the Fargo, Nd Jc penny salon.

Caddy. Needed a little bit of hair gel for JC Penney portrait and they looked around at each other like awww we dont do that. My aunt got her hair cut there shortly before and was not impressed at all.
