Our sales rep, Lindsay, at the Fargo store is AWESOME! A no pressure sales technique and so personable (Sleep Number sales people dont need to be pushy-the beds sell themselves)! We rested on four beds and received an education doing it. If only school would have been that easy! My husband and I own two Sleep Comfort beds and have spent many happy years in them-18 to be exact. We are looking forward to our new Flextop Cal King i8 360 Smart Bed being delivered December 16, Merry Christmas to us.
They were very busy when we arrived but the whole time we waited they made sure to stay in touch with us. Dean became available to help us and he did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and didn’t try to push a certain bed on us. Definitely would recommend.
We worked with Dean to find the right bed for us. Service was awesome, Black Friday deal was great, and we couldnt be happier with our overall experience. Bed was delivered today - on time, with tracking and flawless communication. Would recommend again and again!
My wife has fibermialsia and has trouble getting a good nights rest. We saw the commercial for their free 100 day trial. When she went to the Fargo store they sold her a mattress, a reclining base, and a pillow top mattress pad. What they failed to tell her is that only the mattress is returnable. I thought the bed was alright, but my wife was not able to sleep well on it. We had to call corporate to return it. The people at the store have nothing to do with customer service. The people at corporate are not very easy to deal with. Also, the guys that picked up the bed were very rude and also refused to take their shoes off before tromping through our home. After they left we realized that our expensive reclining base no longer reclines. We wish we had never dealt with them. If I could give them less stars I would. Please read what you are signing. My wife was extremely exhausted when she was a the store and failed to do so.
Salesperson Lindsay in Fargo was excellent!! She was fully committed to us and explaining every step of the way on how we can improve our sleep! She made sure we walked away with what is best for us!!

Very easy shopping experience. The associate was still new and training. I really appreciate them taking time to contact their supervisor to make sure the bedding I was ordering was the correct one. I highly suggest shopping in store than doing it online.
Ive been looking for a good mattress for some time now and the customer service here was excellent was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for within a price range I was comfortable with. highly recommended if you want better sleep.
I was very impressed with the people at this store. I have been to others and the sales people can lack professionalism and manners. The crew in Fargo were top knoch and actually new the product. Every question was answered and exceeded my expectations. I will be a returning customer for this store even if Im no longer in the area.

Would give 0 stars if I could I returned a pillow 10 weeks ago and Im still waiting for a refund because of their employees shady practices. Lied to time and again this place is trash. Give your business to someone else who may actually deserve it
Helpful staff and seemingly high quality products. We purchased a bed but we havent had it delivered yet so I cant speak to the bed itself, not yet anyway!
Someone in one of their call centers accidentally cancelled our order creating a last minute panic but the representatives in the local store went above and beyond in fixing everything and they worked fast to do so! Couldnt be more happy and were sleeping great now!
