The ones on the left and on the bottom came from Boot barn. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We are happy with our purchases and their reward program. I got a 15$ gift card for buying those 2 pairs of boots. They arent cheap (most $110-$175), but if youre in the market for some boots or work boots this is a great place to check out. They also had some really cute womens clothing that I hope to go back and check out sometime soon.

I went in knowing what I wanted. The staff greeted me as I met each one through the store. A gentleman was near the work boot area and went right to work asking all the right questions. He knew right where to look and the ins and outs to each different manufacturer. Awesome experience!!

Great family friendly place, most products made in the USA, they check up on you and will help out, the place is bigger and I love the wonderful smell of leather.Fantastic place for work related things or to cowboy up.

On my first visit to this location I was disappointed to find it a bit cluttered and difficult to navigate. My interaction with staff was incredibly limited but they seemed cordial enough.

Its OK I just wish they carried more boots for people with big feet and more hats for people with big heads on the plus side their staff was very friendly

Staff was very helpful. One of the ladies recommended I try some Double H boots. They are thr most comfortable boot I have ever worn.

Horrible customer service at best. Bought a pair of Ariat work boots and after 2 months the lining is starting to come appart. Was told it was my fault and they wont do anything about it. Save yourself a headache and buy boots somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Told the old man that worked there that I needed waterproof boots atleast to the ankle. First puddle I stepped in I had water seep into the boot. Called the store to talk to the manager and she said there’s nothing I can do cause it’s a perfectly good boot. Then went on to tell me I should’ve bought the waterproof stuff to spray on the boot. 250 dollar boots btw. I would recommend Walmart for boots over this place.

How is the working guy supposed to be able to pick up Christmas gifts, if they close whenever they decide they want to close for that day. Walked into the store at 5:59pm. They said they were closing at 6pm on a Thursday. When the hours were supposed to be to 9 PM, so went to another western store to do all my shopping. Boot barn of Fargo, lose a big sale this evening.

Not impressed with this place if I was going to buy it would be online because when you ask about boots that are online and questions they tell you oh those arent good enough so we dont carry them in store so funny how online for Boot Barn would carry it but in store theyre not good enough I grew up wearing ropers and they tried to tell me that was the worst brand to buy and that Justins cowboy boots were no good to buy anymore and that truly the only good ones to buy were these three and $400 pairs I did not come in there to spend $300 or $400 on a pair of cowboy boots when I know the other brands are just as good because Ive had them in the past I will buy mine someplace online from a reputable place do not buy from Boot Barn they try to upsell you and push other product on you thats higher cost I dont know if they work on commission but if they do they should maybe consider changing how they run their business I wish I could give zero stars on this

Store was nice and clean customer service sucked was ignored the whole time just because I wasnt dressed like I got money I make more money than your place do in a week well I probably make more than they do in 3 weeks

Ive had some issues with losing my slip and needing it ASAP and couldnt go in and get it in person. Really friendly lady was glad to help out to get it sent to me. Really good service and willing to walk an extra mile for a customer. Its getting hard to find... thank you guys!

These people invaded my personal space multiple times as me and my wife were browsing for boots. I did not ask for help, yet they stood there staring at us the entire time. VERY close. Super uncomfortable and did not create an environment to spend money that’s for sure!

Date of Visit: 10/13/2019 - I always like visiting Boot Barn stores as I love the smell of the store, and I love trying on the boots! Ive never bought anything, unfortunately, the prices are a bit too far out of my price range. I did notice during my visit this time that there were quite a few items on sale for more manageable prices, which is nice! Will definitely visit again.

I bought these boots one night and I did not see that they were used the next day I returned because of the claim and they could not change them for new ones I took my receipt and they did not help me I just wanted new boots so that I paid 190 dollars. I put this comment so that they take a good look at the boots before paying because there are many that are used for sale and then they do not accept the claim. I only asked to change my boots for new ones it was all because something new is not the same as something used.Tomorrow I will call the number they gave me, all I want is for them to give me some new boots. I work very hard in construction and it costs me my money thats why my heart breaks

Some thing for the whole family. This trip was to buy a wallet for my Husband. They had a variety of wallets to choose from. I also spotted western wall hanging selection. I purchased a cross with 6 picture openings perfect for my Grandchildren wallet size school pictures. What better way to display my Blessings then in a cross. The staff help is very friendly and military also receives a 10 percent discount.

Had to buy some barn boots for my daughter. Staff is very knowledgeable about boots and about how shoes fit. Helped me select a great pair of boot for her that will last a long time, and spent time helping to be sure that the boots fit properly and had the right insoles for comfort. 10/10 would shop here again.

We love the boots here but there is a older guy that doesnt let you look around. He was constantly on us asking questions. We literally just wanted to look at boots without being hassled. Id rather buy online and return a hundred times then deal with the customer service.

Went in shopping for boots as Ive shopped here before. Found a pair online and came into try them on. The older guy that helped us was lack of enthusiasm with 0 customer service. I asked for a 10 White with Crystal inlay Bridal boots made by Corral. He didnt even type on the computer to look up and stated rudely, these boots are only made up to a 9.5. I thanked him kindly and left. Walked by the Buckle and they had the exact brand and size available!! Needless to say they got my sale and will NEVER be spending my time or money at this location again. He needs a few customer service classes :)

The older gentleman waa short- borderline rude. Harvey..walked away from my question about getting boxes fir my two pairs of boots ober $550.00 spent. Not like when Rich ran it and cared about his customers. Two staff members there...helped myself. No customer contact. Poor. Went there for brand- quality of boots...customer service was poor. Just didnt care. Goid brand boots. Poor customer relationsCould have ordered online.
