Had a great experience here with finding my dream dress and alterations! The ladies are very kind and helpful and they answered all of my questions very concisely. They worked well with my schedule as I traveled from out of town for each fitting and were very honest about delays in receiving materials that were out of their control and offered solutions straight away. Your Day by Nicole was absolutely the best. Nicole is dedicated to her business and clients. The entire staff was unbelievable! Due to covid-19 we ordered a wedding dress and a small service velvet dress. Nicole listened and helped us order the perfect dress. She called the order in, assured us it would be here in time, got alterations completed in a couple of days and even paid for express shipping! The staff was professional, helpful and made our experience perfect! We had tons of fun at our appointments. Nicole & team are the BEST!

YDBN is absolutely incredible. My hometown is Fargo, but I live in North Carolina now. I went shopping with my mom when I was back home and had such a great experience. I worked with Breanna for a few hours and never once felt pressured, she was truly so so patient and made me feel so special. I didn’t have a “dream dress” in mind, but Breanna helped me nail down the style I was going for. I tried on 12 dresses and tried some on multiple times. Each time, Breanna pinned me so I could get a realistic view of each dress. I ended up saying yes to a dress and was so excited. Unfortunately, two weeks later due to my fiancés military career, we had to postpone our entirely planned wedding. Nicole ended up working with me over the phone to make some changes to ensure I was happy and taken care of. She truly cared about my feelings and wanted me to feel special. My dress is absolutely stunning and I can’t wait for my groom to finally see! I am so happy I chose Your Day By Nicole and would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you Nicole and Breanna!!

Your Day has gone above and beyond in every single expectation of mine! I haven’t even gotten married yet, but they have been extremely helpful regarding all situations. Nicole and her staff are so knowledge and so kind. They really take their time with you and don’t make you feel rushed what so ever. My mom and I are blown away by their customer service every time we stop in. Nicole will help you in whatever possible way she can - she is incredible! I recommend Your Day to every bride I talk to!

Good points: The dresses are beautiful, the space is clean, and the dresses are very on trend.Not great points: We went here with a family member a few weeks ago and unfortunately had a very middling experience. I wish our consultant had taken more time to walk our gal thru the experience and do more education. Some brides come in knowing everything and some do not. Our bride felt overwhelmed and not listened to, which led to a not great experience.Also, the website touts their selection as being inclusive, but I would disagree. Our stylist told us most of their samples are in bridal sizes 12 and 14, with approximately 2 size 18s and 2 size 22s. Because bridal sizing is different from street sizing, this means if you are larger than a street size 10, you are going to be trying on dresses designed for a smaller body.If you are looking for a Boho style and lots of lace, YDBH has you covered. Unfortunately, we felt there werent many choices outside of this aesthetic.Bottom line: Great dresses and youll have tons of selection if you wear a size 10 or below. If you wear a street size 12 or above (especially 16 and above), please be aware of this or call before your appointment and ask very specific questions.Not every bride is the girl that has always been planning/thinking about her wedding. Not every bride is able to try on a dress that is 4+ sizes too small and envision this on your body.. Thats actually pretty difficult if youve never had to think that way. Bridal gown shopping can be a very emotional and overwhelming experience. I hope keeping these things in mind will help the next gal have a better experience.

Weddings are unpredictable and usually pretty expensive. Our goal was to have a smooth journey but found that when there was a problem at Your Day With Nicole. Not only did we continue to have a problem but we left two phone messages and left messages with the staff and nobody will call us back. We just wanted to discuss our alternatives. Interesting! I’ll see what happens and will post a follow-up.

Nothing but amazing things to say about this store. They helped my daughter find her amazing wedding gown and bridesmaids, and have helped me personally with alterations and fine jewelry. They do it all here and every single member of the staff is incredibly helpful! Will definitely be back and recommending this store to all!

Would definitely recommend YDBN. Brianna was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. Nicole and Brianna even offered to order in additional dresses that fit my EXACT style, which was super unexpected. What I loved most was that they were able to describe ways I could alter the dress, color options, etc to make the dress exactly what I was looking for. The store is super clean, organized, and gives you the perfect space for your special appointment(s). I tried on dresses at a variety of stores and they were by far the most knowledgeable and friendly to work with!

I would give 100 Stars if I could. Nicole and everyone else that works for YDBN is absolutely amazing. They are such sweet, genuine girls that truly want to make you feel absolutely beautiful and help you in anyway that they can. I found my dream dress there as well as my wedding band and they both arrived so fast. Nicole is also doing my alteration on my wedding gown, and she made it fit me like a glove. I have too many positives to say about Your Day! Throughout my wedding fittings and adjustments all the staff were absolutely amazing. They wanted my dress to look perfect and were willing to make any necessary adjustments to do so. The staff are all so personable and helpful. I had custom sleeves added to my dress and they laid the lace on my sleeves to make them custom. I also had one last minute fix I wanted done the week of the wedding and Nicole had her seamstress come in on her day off to fix it to my liking so it was perfect for the wedding. I would recommend Your Day By Nicole because of the caring staff and overall GREAT experience I had. They were amazing and made my dream dress perfect.

I was very excited to come to YDBN; I knew many people who found their gown here and had a good experience. Mine was not that unfortunately. I called to see if I could get in early because my previous appointment wrapped up quicker than expected and I was told that would be no problem, the fitting before myself had canceled. I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment and waited 45 minutes for an associate to even greet me or assist me; just me and my bridal party standing in the corner of the store. Once I was finally able to get back to a room the associate spent 0 time introducing herself, I couldn’t tell you her name, or what I was looking for before telling me to just go look and pull what I thought I liked. Immediately, I was concerned by the number of dress on the floor throughout the entire store. When trying on my picks I began to notice that the biggest size had been a 6-8, everything was extremely dirty, and in some cases there were rips in the material or things falling off the sample dresses. My associate did not assist with getting in or out of dresses and only was around to assist with hang my dress part of the time as she began to work with the bride next door who came in after me. I was open and honest with her about preferring something flowy and nothing tight; to much dismay, all of the things she picked to bring me were fitted and mermaid style gowns (everything I said I knew I didn’t not like or want). I left feeling discouraged and disappointed, knowing that my budget and expectations were not the problem. Overall the experience was dreadful to say the least and all of my wedding party left scratching their heads as to what the heck has happened to the store and it’s quality of service over the past year. I will NOT be recommend this bridal store to any brides I meet.

I was very excited to bridal shop at YDBN because I had heard nothing but good things about the salon. I was sadly disappointed with the reality of it. The appointment felt rushed, the salon space was loud and felt crammed and dirty, and there was little privacy between bridal parties. While the sample dresses were pretty, they were also quite dirty. All of that being said, the staff was the upside of the appointment. My consultant was very kind and helpful with getting in and out of dresses. She knew I had another dress in mind for my dress and tried her best to pull dresses that could have potential in addition to the ones myself and my entourage had pulled. She could tell when things were not going well, and was able to gracefully admit that she was out of options and knew I was in love with a different dress. She did not try to push a dress I didnt love on me. I could tell that other bridal parties were enjoying their YDBN experience, it just was not the store for me.

I was greated with such professionalism from start to finish. The day I came in to try on dresses everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and found a beautiful dress. My alteration process was very easy and seemless and the girls their made it a breeze and stress free. I would recommend ydbn to anyone. Such a great experience!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at YDBN! Got my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, custom veil, alterations, and most recently purchased the cleaning and preservation kit! My experiencing with YDBN was nothing less the amazing! I went to YDBN to look at an engagement ring for my fiancé and had a blast through the whole process. I setup my appointment the day before and gave a description of what I was looking for. When I went in for my appointment, Nicole had everything down to to the exact detail of what I wanted and even more past that! Nicole and her whole team do such an amazing job working with you and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. This is one of the best bridal stores I have been to. (After serving in others weddings and multiple trips to bridal stores) Im not one for a big box bridal stores. YDBN made me feel so comfortable going in and picking my style from the get go. Im not sure of the name of the gal who helped me but she was very attentive and gave me honest opinions on the dresses. I love when someone can tell me flat out when things dont look flattering. It seemed like more than just a sale to her and she was really trying to make me feel special and wanting to help me find what I really wanted.Absolutely recommend this place!

Beautiful and inexpensive. This a chic store with a relaxed and personal ambiance. I wanted to save money on my dress so I originally went to consignment and retail vendors with no luck. The dresses here are beautiful and unique with plenty of variety for brides wanting a modest dress. I got my dress at almost a fourth of the original price simply because there were a few very fixable tears and discoloration from being on the floor (which we fixed with an oxiclean soak at home!). The dress was a lot bigger than I thought I wanted but it was so light-weight and non-constricting. The quantity of the fabric was supurb. Pictures do not do it justice.

I called three times to add a person to my party and they never answered or called me back. When I went into my appointment nobody greeted us and we were waiting with a bunch of other people. When we left, they didnt call to see if I would ever show up. I was very dissapointed because there were such high reviews for this place.

I designed a custom engagement ring with Nicole. Coming into the process I was nervous, not knowing exactly what my bride-to-be wanted. Nicole was extremely helpful guiding me through the process without trying to steer me in a particular direction. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time I have been in the store. The ring looks beautiful, and my now wife gets complimented on it regularly. I have already recommended Your Day to my friends who have been shopping for engagement rings, and one also designed a ring with Nicole. I purchased a necklace for my wife a few months ago that Nicole similarly designed, and that too was excellent. I will continue to go to Nicole first when shopping for jewelry.

I wanted my first wedding dress shopping experience to be with my sister, who is currently living in Fargo. She had been to Your Day By Nicole already and suggested we go there. I had no ideas about what kind of dress I wanted. I was BLOWN AWAY by the customer service. The 2 girls working there that helped me were amazing (Hannah and Madie - I cant thank you both enough!). They had a great selection and I loved everything they pulled for me. If my fiance hadnt been there (I wasnt expecting to be so impressed with the store), I probably couldve picked my dress that day! I purchased a beautiful engagement ring through Nicole and I could not have asked for better customer service. I am by no means an expert in diamonds, rings, jewelry etc. But Nicole is very knowledgeable and was very effective in teaching me! She made this evident to me through explaining all the diamond cuts, their purification, and overall quality. She ordered me many different diamonds to choose from and personally helped me pick out the best one out of the group. She stayed well within my budget to deliver the most perfect diamond ring for my beautiful fiancé!Not only is Nicole professional and knowledgeable, she is very kind and amenable! I can’t personally speak for an experience in the Bridal gown department but I have no doubts she along with her staff do an excellent job there as well! Ladies, I would put my money on this being the best place for you to go for your big day right here in Fargo! The music choice playing in the store isn’t half bad either! I got the chance to work with Madie and she was absolutely wonderful. Your day was accommodating when I asked to have more people there while I tried on my wedding dress and got bridesmaids in to look at dresses at the same time. Every time I called with a question she knew the answer right away and was at every one of my dress fittings and when I picked up my dress. Not only was she great but there were so many dresses to choose from and the one I wore was incredible from the style to how it was altered.

My first experience with Your Day was when I got my prom dress there senior year of high school, from then on I was obsessed with the atmosphere from the gorgeous dresses and friendly stylists! Since then I have bought a few special occasion dresses from there and then just this last spring I got to be in my best friends wedding and she got everything from her rings to wedding dress to our bridesmaids dresses there. I HIGHLY recommend going to Your Day By Nicole. I had been to several other bridal shops before coming to Your Day. A few of my previous experiences werent great; pushy sales people, little selection, etc. Your Day is the complete opposite of this. Their shop is beautiful, bright, and has gorgeous dresses of all kind. The moment I walked in Nicole seemed so genuinely interested in what I wanted out of a dress and what will work with my body type (She wasnt just trying to make a sale like some shops). She zeroed in on the style I wanted, adjusted as needed, and was very flexible in regards to my picky wishes. :) Maddie was another consultant there at the time, and was equally kind, encouraging, and helpful. Everyone needs to experience Your Day By Nicole. You will leave feeling special, beautiful, listened to, and happy!

Loved my experience at Your Day! I purchased my wedding dress, wedding band, and even an outfit for a formal wedding I was attending! I will continue to pop into your day when I’m downtown, the girls are so personable and knowledgeable on the products. There was one point where I was unhappy with an alteration and I thought no way is this fixable, there’s no way this will turn out, but of course they fixed it to perfection and all within 48 hours. They make your vision come to life. Highly recommended!

I bought my wedding dress here. I walked in without an appointment and they were very helpful and accommodating. They were willing to keep the dress stored there until I was able to pick it up (about 4 weeks after it arrived). I did not have my alterations done there as I dont live in the area anymore. The price of my dress may have been a bit on the high side. I looked at about 10 stores though and didnt see my dress anyplace else. From what I saw online, it was at the high end of the suggested retail price range. Overall great experience and am particularly happy with the dress I finally found there!

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDMy best friend got engaged recently and we have seen YDBN many times while down town, hence it was our first choice to look not only for a wedding dress, but her bridesmaids dresses! When we came in it was stunning, we were greeted right away by Jordan and Maddie who made our experience all the better. After looking around at all the dresses, we knew we had made an excellence choice in store. As my best friend was trying on dresses we had the privilege of actually meeting the owner Nicole! She was incredibly nice and offered excellent service for the bride to be. After she picked out the one, Jordan kindly took her to the front to discuss prices and alterations, as Maddie talked with me about my bridesmaid dress and what they had to offer. The experience was incredible, and I wont hesitate to return when its my turn to get married!!!

I had such an awesome experience buying a dress. The staff were so helpful in making sure I found the perfect one. I went in not know exactly what I wanted and left with the perfect dress! 5 stars is not enough for their amazing staff!

Dress was BEAUTIFUL but VERY expensive... ALTERATIONS were HORRIBLE to be honest. They Ruined the integrity of my dress. I had places ripping within 15 min of actually wearing it, very depressing. Do NOT recommend. I had 6 dress fittings and still not done correctly. They actually managed to hem my dress to short and uneven. Its a joke of seamstress!! Girls that work there at the actual store are very friendly and wonderful tho. Sorry for the review, but this is why we have them.

I had an amazing experience with Your Day by Nicole. They have a wide selection of beautiful dresses and Nicole and her team, especially Cassie, are absolutely wonderful to work with. This is a place where the staff knows your name and cares about your experience. I consider myself a difficult bride because I tend to be very particular about details. They all worked very hard to make everything look exactly how I wanted even if it took several alterations. I will miss going back for more wedding dress fittings.

Absolutely wonderful!! It is such a darling shop, lots of accessories, and new and interesting wedding and bridesmaid dresses. The staff is fantastic, really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t describe how happy I am with the services I received. I thought because everything was so perfect and a pretty little shop downtown that the prices would be skyrocket high, but they were SUPER reasonable. Edited: I feel like the customer service there has changed completely. I walked in to pick up my dress and let the girls working know that I wanted a veil. She picked out one veil, handed it to me and left... the veil had a rip in it and she never checked in on us. I understand I already bought the dress, but they could still help me find a veil.I loved going to YDBN!!! I made the trip from WI, since my best friend lives in North Dakota, so a road trip was a must with my mom! Everything about this place makes you feel special. We had an appointment and got there about 30 minutes early, and Cassie made us feel so welcome even though we were way early!!! Cassie was very easy to talk to and get along with. I had no idea what dress I wanted, so my mom, best friend and I picked out SO many dresses! Well... none of them were the one (I am VERY picky!!!) Cassie picked out a few dresses and I fell in love with the one she picked. Kelsey cleaned mine and my moms rings while I was trying on dresses too!

This place was amazing! The selection of dresses is original. When trying on dresses, they brought me dress after dress that I loved! The entire staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. The owner, Nicole, greeted me by name every time I saw her! They were quick to address and resolve any concerns I had. They also gave me a great deal on necklaces for my bridesmaids because I bought multiple pieces. I highly recommend checking out this shop!

YDBN was so helpful with my wedding dress. My sister had bought her dress from Nicole several years prior and it was fun to go back with her and my mom to get mine. The seamstress was incredible and my dress fit me like a glove.

I obtained very poor service from this place. I was a bridesmaid and had to call in my measurements because I was thousands of miles away and could not come in. In doing so I made it CLEAR that I had JUST had a baby 2 days prior.My bust and hip measurements were consistent that I needed a size 12. But my waist indicated that I needed a size 18 (again, I just had a baby). They said that they have worked with pregnant bridesmaids before.I get my dress 8 weeks later and it is a size 18! Obviously this is WAY too big, by now my waist has shrunk down to a size 8 (even a size 12 would have been better).I called them multiple times because of this. But there is nothing they could do. Why? Because they are instructed to always order the dress according to the largest measurement. This is a good idea normally, but I made it clear that my waist measurement would be off since, again, I JUST HAD A BABY 2 DAYS PRIOR! Altering a size 18 dress down to a 12 comprised the integrity, and cost over 100$.I will NEVER order from this establishment ever again. The service was horrible. They never admitted to any wrong doing, never apologized, and didnt issue a refund for the alteration costs. I will be filing a BBB complaint.

TERRIBLE!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!First of all the customer service is terrible! I have, on multiple occasions walked into this store and not been addressed for at least 10 minutes. On one occasion the owner was even talking to other guests in the front as I just stood there, she looked back at me multiple times but did not acknowledge me at all! It only take a moment to address your customers and say hello and state that someone will be with you as soon as they can. I would suggest they invest in a bell on the door or at the counter so their staff is at least notified that someone has entered their establishment.DO NOT GET YOUR ALTERATIONS DONE HERE! You do not meet with the seamstress(a young, unseasoned girl) at all, the other girls that work there pin you. They also have no idea what they are doing and do not suggest any sort of alterations, you need to suggest everything you want done. They are literally just GUESSING what should be pinned. I had to come to this store 5 times to try to get my alterations to be correct and at the end I left with my dress looking WORSE than it did when we first started. They just said Sorry, there isnt anything else we can do. I have never encountered worse customer service or a less talented seamstress in my life. I had to bring my dress to a friends mother who is a seasoned seamstress and she said this was the worst alteration she had ever seen in her life.I would strongly NOT recommend this place!

I had used your day for all my wedding stuff two years ago and now my sister just got engaged we will be going there first! Nicole is amazing and did everything possible to make sure my dress, my bridesmaids, rings and even my bridesmaids jewelry was perfect! I recommend it to everyone!

I was getting more and more nervous in the days leading up to my appointment. I was dreading going wedding dress shopping because I had convinced myself that all of the dresses would look terrible on me and the the consultants would be dismissive once they heard my budget was on the smaller side. My experience at YDBN was the exact opposite of everything I was worried about. My consultant was so kind and helpful. She encouraged me to try on at least one dress from each style. There was a large selection of dresses and I was able to find more than one that made me feel comfortable and beautiful. My consultant listened when I didn’t care for something and always went back to the rack to find something I had described I liked. I ended up finding two dresses that I wanted to say yes to. My consultant and Nicole went above and beyond to show me what my dream dress could look like after alterations and adding a few details. I was so happy to say yes to the dress at YDBN. I will be recommending Your Day By Nicole to all of my friends. I cannot thank Nicole and her staff enough!

I called this store looking for a specific dress. The shipping times and prices from other retailers were absurd and was looking to get my gown faster. Nicole was amazingly helpful and communicative in letting me know when she could get the dress for me. Unfortunately I did not end up ordering from YDBN(I had already placed an order from a different store I could not cancel). I highly recommend YDBN based on the care and service I experienced, exactly what any bride hopes for from a bridal boutique. Very professional and attentive!

Nicole was very kind and took extreme care in our conversation, listening to what had happened and being understand of my concern of the dress integrity. She offered to refund me for the purchase of the bridesmaids dress, which was greatly appreciated.Thank you, YDBN, for going out of your way to correct a problem that you easily could have ignored.Original:I’ve had several friends purchase wedding gowns from here and have had great experiences. However, I recently purchased a bridesmaids dress for several hundred dollars and in my opinion it was defective—not to mention the bustling on the bride’s dress broke during the reception as well.Because I live out of state I was unable to try the dress on until a few weeks prior to the wedding—which was fine, I obviously did not expect to be able to do so any sooner. The dress I purchased fit fine in my opinion and the opinion of the young lady who assisted me. During the wedding my dress ripped, I understand that dresses can become damaged but another member of the wedding party had the same problem, in the same location...leading me to believe that the dress was poorly constructed. My educational background and personal experience also confirms this (I’ve altered wedding dresses before and have constructed my own clothing). I called the store the Monday after the wedding to voice my concern. I was given a run around and told that I would be contacted later in the week (over 2 weeks ago now) once the owner returned from some vacation time. I don’t anticipate being reached out to anytime soon.For a place that seems to pride themselves in high quality customer service and products my experience has not lived up to the expectations by a long shot. I know that my personal experience does not reflect the majority of people and I certainly hope that not everyone has my experience. It just seems unreasonable to pay an excessive amount of money for a single item that breaks within 24 hours of use. As someone who understands clothing and it’s construction more than the average person I would not recommend YDBN due to the poor quality of product they have available and the seeming unwillingness to correct the problem.

As is the case with most brides, I went to several local bridal shops (including one or two chains) before settling on my gown. I found the entire process to be incredibly stressful and it made me feel sick (and I am not normally an anxious person AT ALL!!). My experience at Your Day by Nicole was different from all others though. When I first entered YDBN, I thought everything in the store was going to be way out of my budget, and I thought I was going to be wasting everyones time by even being there. However, the sales consultants (I have worked with several over the past few months, so I cant remember who did what on specific occasions) were all enormously welcoming and helpful, and they truly strove to work with me to find what I needed. They didnt make me feel like less for my tighter budget and they encouraged me feel beautiful. In the end, they helped me find a dress completely different from what I thought I wanted but one that ended up being perfect, they managed to sell me the dress so that it fell precisely in my budget, and they were conscientious enough to think to make it appropriate for my wedding mass in a stylish and unique way. I have had nothing but wonderful things to say about this wonderful store. They were willing to work with me, I feel fancy, grown-up, and bridal while I am there, and their alterations are exceedingly reasonably priced! I highly recommend this store for every bride!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. My poor experience was with the staff members, specifically Nicole (owner, I assume). As a person who is new to bridal dress shopping and looking to spend $2000+ that enrages me. I did not purchase anything from them and I definitely will not come back.First thing walking in the store, staff member Jordan, is working at the front, who greets my friend I and asks if Ive tried on dresses yet. I explained I just came from another bridal shop I do Bridal European Coutour, and walks us over to the dresses and has me pick out ones that Im interested on trying on.Im on trying on dresses and Jordan is primarily helping me. I did not connect with Jordan and neither did she. Making it a bad experience. I felt like Jordan was pulling teeth just to be working and helping me try on dresses.Then, I pick my top dress and Madie another staff member joins in and begins to ask what I would add or remove. Suddenly I have two staff members trying to sell me this dress. She was friendly but I was confused at this point. I can overhear them talking about my dress interests.Finally, I have a top dress contestent. Jordan tells me to meet them at the front desk and theyll provide an estimate on the dress. So, my friend and I walk over, and we see and hear them whispering and now a third person is involved. They all meet me at the front desk and ask me to fill out some information on a form. As Im writing my email and phone number, this third person starts talking to me and it turns out its Nicole (the owner). She asks where Ive tried on dresses and if there is a competition with the other bridal shop. I respond yes, the other shop is willing to customize my dress for a great price. Nicole, then proceeds to ask me, if I know where I do Bridal European owner manufacturers her dresses. I say, No I dont know. Then she replies, I would be asking those questions if I was dress shopping. To make this worse, she says Not to bad-mouth her (owner of I do European Coutour) but I hear she takes a long time getting her dresses completed. At this point I am upset and awed by her unprofessionalism because she starts talking bad about another bridal shop.I felt ganged up on and talked down to by Nicole, the owner. She spoke in a condescending and snarky way to me. I felt disappointed because I just started out with dress shopping and looking to spend $ and time with these people and they are coming off as unprofessional and unfriendly. I wonder what they would have treated me like if I had my family with me??Nicole, this way of talking to your potential customers is unacceptable and by far a low point to go to sell yourself. As a owner, your main focus should be your dresses and why I should choose your dress. As opposed to badmouthing your competitors.Professionalism and respect comes from the top down of the administration. Nicole, I hope you read this and reflect on your actions and how this impacts your staffs customer service. I also hope you sit back and consider your own biases as a White owner of a bridal shop and the privileges that come with that.

Dishonesty advertised dress in poor condition saying it was “great condition” and refuses to accept a return. Buyer beware- not honest !!!!

I seriously wish I would have found my dress here. I had the best experience throughout my whole day of dress shopping. I was Blessed to have Nicole be my consultant and I can tell she loves what she does cause she was so amazing. She made me feel like the princess want to feel like on my wedding day. I walked in there not knowing what I fully wanted and she gave me so many options(some of which I didnt even know was possible) and fully listened to me. I absolutely loved the way I felt shopping for dress there and like I said wish I would have found mine there but I didnt. I completely recommend this place as a top place to go and if you dont know what you want she will help you figure that out and put you in the best feeling ever. I felt like I was on the show say yes to the dress. Nicole is the sweetest and kindest person and I was blessed to have the opportunity to shop for my wedding dress at her store. Thank you Nicole for making my day so special.

Pro: Super nice everytime I went there! Never added to my pre-wedding stressCon: My bridesmaid had some inconveniences there regarding alterations. Drove from one hour away for two different sessions and each was only about 5-10 mins. Could probably have done both at same time to save her trouble of driving so far. Im unsure if the seamstress works as their employee or is a third party in which they wouldnt have control over her.

Drove 3 hours to Fargo for your YDBN.Positives:-Nicole was outstanding and really made me feel special!! She is very knowledgably and really knows her stuff about dresses! She was so helpful and will make sure you find your dream dress within your budget. Which I did. They also dont pressure you into buying a dress, which I love!-Boutique is very cute and lots and lots on options which are affordable. 5 stars for the boutique!-They offer rings, wedding band and custom veils as well!Negatives:-Was told I could stop in and didnt need an appointment to order the rest of my bridal stuff (veil, rings, shoes, etc.) -I tried to make an appointment-drove 3 hours there only to have one lady working in the whole store who was very sweet but very busy taking care of her appointments, answering the phone and helping walk ins. Wasted driving 6 hours roundtrip and got nothing ordered as she was to busy. (poor girl) Not only was I upset, but Im sure the bride with the appointment was upset as well since she wasnt getting the full service she deserved.-THEY ONLY DO ALTERATIONS MONDAY-FRIDAY!! and if you want to try on your dress when it comes in it can only me done MONDAY-FRIDAY! They do not let you do this on weekends. I live 3 hours away and work M-F 9-5 as im sure a lot of brides do too, so im not sure how I will even make it there to get alterations done!As a business, when you have people spending thousands of dollars at your store you should accommodate them with appointment times, especially if they are driving from out of town to give you their MONEY and BUISNESS! That is horrible customer service! Some people cant take a day off work to drive there. Also, if you are going to tell someone and advertise no appointment necessary then you should have the staff to accommodate that.I easily wouldve given 5 stars after by first appointment, but everything since has just been horrible. Hoping they can redeem themselves between now and my wedding.

Worst customer service I have ever heard of. They told my sister her dress was in, she went to the store and it isnt finished! She made a special trip just to come and get her dress and they had straight up lied to her! She even called the day before to confirm, she could pick it up. Save yourself time and stress and go elsewhere!!!!
