They packaged our sausage deer meat in 10lb packages! Seriously! That makes no sense! We received frozen 10lb packages. No one eats 10lbs at a time! Highly disappointed in this business.. wont use them again!

I can not say enough good things about this place! If you love meat, get in there! They have something for everyone. Their special blend ground beef will make the best burger youll ever have! You need something to snack on? They have something they call trail mix, which is a mix of different kinds of cheese, beef sticks, and cooked sausage all put together for your convenience. Their chicken breasts are second to none! They even have a couple different flavors of marinade ready to go for you. Need some fresh seafood? No worries they got your back. I personally have had the salmon and the sushimi grade tuna. Both were excellent. I feel like I should mention the steaks, but its a butcher shop....those are a given. I almost forgot. They have freshed sliced sandwich meat. The smoked brisket is literally the best sandwich meat Ive ever had! They have so much more to offer, but I especially wanted to mention all of the above. Last but not least, their service. All of the employees there are great! They are so knowledgeable about their craft and will get you exactly what you need. If you are nervous that you dont know how to prepare or cook something. Just ask the staff. They will let you know to do it. Like I said, I cant say enough good things about this place. I love it. Go and check it out for yourself. You will not be dissapointed!

This place is a great gem in this area. I had only recently heard of it. Meats are top quality, absolutely love that theyre vacuum packed and the guy who rung me up was kind and polite.

Ribeye was great, in fact, as good as being in Argentina enjoying the local cuts. We are new to Prime Cuts but every new item we try gives true satisfaction.

Wont be going back. Half of the staff had their masks hanging below their noses and so did a bunch of patrons. Some businesses in Fargo care about the community - these folks clearly dont.

I have shopped here a few times now. Always a solid selection and their meat sticks are great.This past time I bought their cooked ribs and was very disappointed. $50 for two racks of ribs. Cost goes by weight but the problem is each pouch of ribs is LOADED with sauce which jacks up the cost per pound. Each pouch was half filled with sauce after ribs were removed. Quality was forgettable. I reheated on the grill. Will probably continue to buy meat there but feel like the cooked ribs are an absolute waste of money.

I brought in a deer for processing and they had an awesome turnaround time! It was done 8 days after I dropped my deer off in October. I also brought in some trim later to be made into their summer sausage and country sausage and both are absolutely delicious, with good pricing to boot. Kevin and his staff are very nice and will take care of you. Definitely the best place in the Fargo-Moorhead area for all your game processing and meat needs!

Great small town butcher shop with a nice selection of meats and jams. I bought their mild cranberry, wild rice, cheddar cheese sticks, and loved them, some of the best meat sticks that Ive bought. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Was so thrilled by the price point and quality meats that I forgot to properly introduce myself to the butcher. However he provided very friendly and excellent knowledge of all the cuts of beef. Overall great place!!!

WOW!!! Off The Chain!!I just discovered PCM today (shame on me). What an amazing treasure! If your a hard core foodie (Like Me) or a wanna be. This is ground zero for meats and seafood.My parents are from Europe mainly Italy. I grew up on the West coast eating foods most other people would turn their nose up to. But sometimes hard to find in Fargo.But PCM has it all. Ox Tails and LOTS cheaper than Walmart. Blood sausage, beautiful liver sausage, real Italian sausage not this Brat junk with Fennel seeds you get locally. Head Cheese, Duck breast, lamb shanks, veal shanks, beef bones for baked marrow Mmmm or soup stock in house made meat sticks in any flavor you could imagine, and it keeps going. Amazingly fresh Tuna loin and other beautiful seafood.. And....STONE CRAB CLAWS!!! Ive been ordering these on the internet from Joes in South Florida for years. And paying through the nose. (PCM is way cheaper) If you have never tried them, DONT youll be ruined for any other type of crab meat. :-)I inquired about some other naughty bit items and Junior thought it would be no problem ordering.Dont overlook the pantry items like imported french salt(s)Besides the selection and the quality, prices are better than any place in Fargo.
