Would have chose no stars but they didnt give me the option lets just start with the fact they rigged the truck to run temporarily and few days later Im paying 15000$ for a truck that barely runs but ran fine enough to sell hmmm.... Let alone when asked to look at it they refuse despite under lease and rush me out the door Id refer Kevin but cant pretty sure he was higher than a kite

Way over priced for used cars. I do not recommend going here for a used car. All around 4 grand or more had huge rust damage, damage on the body, leaky oil pans that the dealership never fixed before jacking the price through the roof, and I could keep on going but wont. Never going to look there for a used car or gateway. They are the same way. I mean I get the dealership needs to make money but to straight up screw the new owner over is unacceptable by any dealership. If youre going to jack the price that high through the roof at least fix the issues wrong with it first. Not just do an inspection and then jack the price up. Sad dealerships are that greedy. Hope they like starting an over used and damaged car collection because for those prices and the shape of those cars theyll last a week with the new owner before the car dies for good or falls apart beyond repair.

Our morning started with a phone call to Corwin Public Wholesale in Fargo, ND and the first person we spoke with was Valeria. Valeria was very helpful and her responses to our questions and concerns was on point. After arriving to the dealership, we left their with a car of our choosing and Valeria was very dedicated with assisting us, and she stayed until about 8 pm to ensure everything went smooth. Went last Saturday to sell my Buick. They only offered $100. They said theyd mail me a check. I still havent received payment. I feel like I was really lowballed. I was from out of state. I went through the trouble of driving my car all the way there. I could have gotten more from a junkyard. Nothing was open on a Saturday. I feel like I really got taken advantage of. Not happy.

Everything went great in the beginning. My car salesman was excellent and I would recommend him all day. But.....when I walked out the door with my car and I was not even 1 block away something major was grinding in my brakes. I called him immediately and drove back for them to check it out. They ended up replacing the ball baring something in the left side (idk the exact terminology) but they fixed it the next day for no charge. I left the place glowing and thanked them over and over. I was so thankful they did that. (That was Wednesday) . 2 days later (fri), my car dies on me 3 times and the engine light was on. Called and talked to salesman. Told me there was NOTHING they could do for me . I went someplace and had it checked out (plugged it into some box thingy) and within 10 seconds he told me what was wrong and this vehicle was notorious for happening after 100,000 miles. Mine was 104,000! Go figure. So I was told to go back and explain what was just done and I did that. After the manager spoke with me and told me again there was NOTHING they could do for me I raised my voice and he explained if I raised my voice again he would ask me to leave and I stood up and told him I WOULD raise my voice if theyre not willing to work with me and he said NO they are not. I was appalled and as I stormed out the door I yelled to the whole place DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! Im extremely disappointed in theyre customer service and how I was treated. I approached the situation with a calm demeanor and open mind but left horrified. My car died in theyre parking lot and 2 more times on the way home. DONT BUY A CAR FROM CORWIN WHOLESALE! not worth the headache
