Was there at 2 pm today. I wanted a hot cup of coffee it was luke warm. I order a Carmel high rise with skim milk. There was no milk in it. It was completely watered down and no taste. Got an old choc. Croissant also. DONT anyone go to this store. There is another one close by. Go there instead. Big mistake going here.

Entrance/exit to parking lot a little narrow so be careful coming and going to store. Service was friendly, but was a little slow. Food and drink were tasty.

I always go here for the coffee because caribou is far superior to Starbucks, but I had never tried their breakfast before. Wow! The lox bagel sandwich was amazing! It was so fresh and just plain delicious. Been craving it ever since.

I have been coming to this Caribou for a couple of months now. I love the bagels and I get the same Turtle Mocha cooler and I usually dont have any issues. Well today I also bought a Cabin Bar cooler and as you can see from the picture not even drank from I got a large that didnt even get a large. They filled about 3/4 s full and the rest whip cream. I dont know if thats whats supposed to happen but when I order a large and pay the money for it, I expect a large.

I work at this location I can for sure say the coffee is fantastic and my coworkers now are amazing. I usually work drive thru or take orders up front! I love when our customer come in and are just so excited about their coffee and have a small chat and tell us how their day has been! We would love to see you come in and grab a cup of coffee!

The cold tea I got here was not very good at all and was mostly ice. I used to love their bagel sandwiches but the new menu today was a disappointment. The bagel was soggy and hardly had any schmear. It could have been better all around.

I love this Caribou location. My drink orders are always accurate and the employees always seem to be in a good mood. It is a refreshing experience.

My first time here and they didnt have my favorite blend of coffee, the Fireside. So I ordered their signature blend black. They asked me if I wanted cream or sugar which I said no. After leaving the drive through I took a sip and well they put cream in it. At first I was a little upset, but after sipping it for awhile it started to taste pretty good even though Im not a cream or sugar type of person.Im still giving them a five star as no matter what their coffee taste like coffee should compared to that burnt mud one gets from Star B.

Great fast service! Where the menu for the Einstein is more limited than the other locations the food and drink are just as good. Convenient location on Veterans make for a good quick stop.The interior is great and has a modern style that feels more up to date as well.

Me and my fiance came here to kill some time while we waited for my folks to come up. My first time having anything other than just black coffee. Was a really good experience. As soon as we walked in the guy at the counter greeted us with a smile. He answered my questions about the drinks and sold me on some drink called the campfire mocha, and it was amazing, and I am definitely not someone who usually likes those drinks. Great seats for us to relax in, and a quiet atmosphere for us to enjoy ourselves peacefully. Will for sure be coming back!

We’ve been through this locations drive thru 3 times now and each time the employees are so incredibly grumpy. They seem to get immediately upset if you want to order more than one item and then just glare at you once you get to the window.My wife said thank you when the girl handed us our coffee and she just kept a cold, smile-less look on her face until she could shut the window again. This same attitude has been pretty consistent every visit.Coffee and sandwiches have been good - but the service is not one but pleasant.

Cant go wrong with a stop at Caribou Coffee. Whether its for your favorite hot drink or one of the many cold offerings, you wont be disappointed. The staff is always friendly and ready to make your visit a welcome diversion from your day!

I have a soft stomach for chocolate and when I ordered my caramel coffee they gave me a dark chocolate, chocolate lover coffee. Needless to say I spent a good 20 minutes throwing up p.

Dont go to this Caribou if you are in a hurry. The Drive-Thru is ridiculously slow! Ive been in the Drive-Thru lane for 20 minutes now and I STILL am not at the window. Absolutely ridiculous! Especially since you cant go into the store right now. All they have is Drive-Thru or pick-up at the door.

Love coming here on my lunch break! I only have 30 minutes but they’re efficient and friendly. The food selection is great and I get the best of both worlds by getting both my coffee and a light meal in one trip.

I visit a Caribou Coffee almost every single day. Purchasing at least two drinks. Since moving we have gone to the Veterans Caribou. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COFFEE SHOP! I have been so close to quitting drinking coffee because of the staff here. There are only two employees who can put a smile on and act like they like to be at work.Today was the breaking point, the heavier gal working the drive through is so RUDE. I asked for my receipt as i do every time and its like i asked for something that is so difficult. She rolls her eyes and closes the window. Then found out that they cant give out puppy bagels, they charge for those now too. At least once a week we bring our pup to get coffee and they ask if i want a puppy bagel, we have never been asked to pay for these. This lady said oh we charge for those, SINCE WHEN? Since you decided it was too inconvenient to reach over into the bucket? Its not the fact that i couldnt get a bagel for my dog or much less have to pay for it, it was the way she decided that it is too much work for her and gives off the biggest attitude. I WILL NOT BE COMING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I am fed up with the rudeness from the staff. Im sorry you decided to work here, but i want coffee and you chose to be here. Please fake a smile or act like you want to be there. Good Grief!!

I normally go to this Caribou 3-5 times a week for coffee/breakfast for myself and coworkers. I’ve always had great service and no complaints but the last time I was in the girl at the register could not get my perks # down correctly. I’ve been a perks member for years, no number change. She was very rude and not helpful at all, I ended up spending over $20 with no points, but I needed to get to work and did not want to repeat myself for a 5th time. Would be nice if there was another system.

Good but not great. Caribou sometimes burns their milk (steaming more than twice) and itll make the drink taste horrible. The last couple times Ive gone its been good.

Coffee is good and the place is clean! However, the service is very slow. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Inside service is slow too. Ive been at this location 4 times now and the slow service is consistent.

Love their Turtle, always a great place for coffee.

Caribou is a fine place but I was definitely unpleasantly surprised by the weekday morning service speed this morning. People have to get to work and it took 8 minutes just to order. This is the time of day people come in before work. Needs to be faster. It was almost like they were missing a person back there

I get the same coffee every time and each time it tastes different. I went in to have coffee with a friend and catch up but the coffee machines were so loud we couldnt hear each other. The staff as always been nice and they are usually quick too.

This location just opened and I have been there twice now. Service is great and today was the first time I went into the building....clean and the design was very nice. So happy I have a stand alone Caribou in my area...finally! Keep up the awesome work Caribou employees! :)

I will never give a coffee shop 5 stars because of the ridiculous prices, but this one has never let me down!

Caribou has always been a favorite, but at this location in particular I continue to get hit and miss service. Whether it’s lukewarm coffee served or a breakfast sandwich that was smooshed together and falling apart, tells me the associates there don’t either pay attention to what they serve or just don’t care. Caribou, I’ve seen so much better from you!

Their bacon cheddar breakfast bagel is featured with an everything bagel. I dont particularly care for that type so I asked to make it with a cinnamon raisin bagel instead. The cashier said they couldnt substitute that one.. They only could do the everything bagel. I said just do a plain bagel, I thought they would allow that. He said ok but he would charge me for an extra plain bagel. This is ridiculous because they have a wide selection of bagels to choose from. I told them that, cancelled my order and left. My only regret is that I didnt ask where the nearest Starbucks was located. I found one shortly and had a great cup of coffee and a bagel. Einstein Bagels are no geniuses because they dont look out for the customers desires, just their policies.

Went to get a coffee through the drive through. While waiting, I was looking through the window. To my surprise, the lady that was baking dropped dough on the floor, picked it up, put it back on the pan, and put it in the oven!!! YUCK!! I told the lady that handed me the coffee, and then went and talked to the manager a little while later. The manager explained, “The other lady told me, and we told her the right way to do it, and threw that away.” ... told her the right way?! Common sense says don’t feed people food that has been on the floor!!!

My regular coffee shop. The staff are fabulous. The rewards program saves me money. My coffee is always yummy.

I have tried this location twice now and neither time was I satisfied. First time they didnt have food I ordered so they made something else instead. Second time, I received wrong size drink and didnt taste like it normally did. I love Caribou coffee but this location has disappointed me one too many times. I will go to other locations that I get great service at.

Horrible customer service, the worst bagels i have ever tasted, if i need great and quality bagels i know where to get them in Fargo.One advice i will give you guys, work on your customer service and produce quality products. Thank you!!!!!

Great outdoor seating with umbrellas and very little traffic noise. Beverages were what I expected.

This location is so hit or miss. Its really frustrating when you wait in line for 15 mins just to get your drink and it doesnt taste like it should. The consistency is terrible here. You can order a drink one day and it will taste amazing. The next time you go it will be absolutely disgusting and not even drinkable. I once got my normal London Fog with almond milk and it literally tasted the way donut grease smells. I cant even think of a different way to describe it. There needs to be better training here to make sure everyone is on the same page of how to make the drinks. Absolutely unacceptable to pay $5+ to receive hot garbage water.

Went through the drive-thru and no hot coffee was available. They insisted I order the cold brew instead otherwise it would be a five minute wait. I declined and asked why is there no hot coffee. With no answer I left, but not before getting a dirty look from the young cashier. Need to improve operations and training.

My drinks definitely aren’t as good as other Caribou’s. Disappointing since this is a great location for me, but I’ll be sticking to stopping at the casewise caribou.

Great coffee

I have been to this location 2 times and disappointed twice, both times drive through. The first time I was getting coffee for co-workers, and when I got to the window to pay they informed me they didnt have any drink carriers, which makes carrying 4 hot coffees along with the rest of my stuff impossible. Bummer, but Ill give it another shot. The second time, after ordering, the employee never asked for my perks number so when I asked if I could give it to her, she said Yeah I guess I dont know how to do my job in a rude tone. She let me offer my number, the points, however, were never added. Turns out she was right and wasnt able to do her job, so at least she was honest. Seems like a pretty simple thing, but I think Id rather park at Cashwise and walk in to get my coffee for the sweet employees they have working there.

It’s alright. Coffee took 3 mins but the bagel took 10. Need to work to get bagels out faster
