A great jewelry shop. I looked at several locations in Fargo, and they had my favorite selection of wedding rings. Their website is easy to use and you can look at the different rings they have in the store and then try them on in person. Their customer service was very good, especially Sarah Brandenburg, who I would recommend as a sales associate. They even called me and waited for me past closing time when I forgot my purse. Great experience overall.

I needed my Grandmothers wedding ring appraised for my insurance and although I live out of state, Royal Jewelers went above & beyond to help me. The ring was designed at Royal in the late 70s, early 80s and they were able to find the last appraisal from the late 80s and thru only email communication, get me an up to date appraisal! The goldsmith even remembers setting this ring! The BEST customer service ever!

Beautiful interior and very helpful! I was immediately greeted and got the help I needed in a very timely manner. I parked in fifteen minutes parking at the time, and I was most definitely out before it had even been five minutes. Definitely recommend!

Working with Royal Jewelers was stress-free and easy! Kelsey was super nice, answered all of my questions, and helped throughout the process!

Extremely poor service and snooty attitude of floor personnel. Brought my watch in for a new battery. Salesperson talked me into a full service of the watch. Two weekis later I called to find out if the watch was ready. No, but hell call you about it tomorrow I was told. No one called for another week. I then went in to retrieve the watch to take it elsewhere, and was told that it had been ready for three days. I asked why I hadnt been called to tell me it was ready. I was told that someone had called me about it, but no record on my cell phone that any such call had been made. I was charged $50.00. A week later I noticed that the watch was losing time rapidly and the second hand was stalling frequently. I took it back to Royal and suggested that they forgot to give me the new battery that I had requested. The clerk argued with me that that was unlikely. He suggested I leave it again to have it checked out. The watch repairman was right there but wouldnt look at it then. I asked when I could expect to hear from them about the watch and was told maybe next week. I grabbed my watch back and walked out, never to return. I immediately took it to a watch shop where they confirmed that the battery was shot, and I had a new battery installed in 10 minutes. Watch runs fine.

My husband has always purchased my jewelry at Royals and Ive had great luck as well. This last week, they were even more impressive than ever. I brought a ring to a local competitor to have it sized. The other store insisted that the prongs needed to be rebuilt and that if I didnt do it, the stone will be gone within a year. The person was so aggressive, I had second thoughts and actually went back to pick up the ring and bring it to Royal instead. Not only did Royals inspect my ring and tell me it did NOT need to be rebuilt, they did the sizing for HALF of what I was quoted at the other place AND they got it done in less time. It was well worth the trip downtown to have this ring sized at Royals. I will never again stray to any competitor. The service at Royal just simply cannot be beat.

I use to shop at Royal Jewelers in Fargo on a regular basis but after going to their store the past 2 times will never set foot in there again.They do have a great selection of top of the line jewelery, watches and even household pieces. But their service, with each visit, has greatly decreased. My last visit I had intended on purchasing an item for my wife but I was not helped at all and after waiting for a half an hour and watching others get service I simply walked out without an employee even talking to me.As much as I would like to give this place my business they certainly made no effort to let me.

The good: my ring was resized within 24 hours and the staff was prompt and friendly.The bad: I wasnt told up front how much it would cost (since I was going down a size, I thought it wouldnt be much, if anything) and got sticker shock when it was finished.Overall: Ask for an estimate before having work done on your jewelry.

Had to get some cufflinks taken out of my new watch that I got. Was starting to snow a bit and I came in around 5 pm which is kind of late. The watch-maker stayed an extra 10 minutes for me! I asked what I owed him due to being later in the day, and the watch-maker just responded by saying have a good day👍👍. Thankyou for your great customer service!

Good Experience at first, until I needed repairs done on the ring. They said they would call and keep me posted on what’s happening with the repairs, and they didn’t. They told me when they would have it back from repairs, I go to pick it up and it’s not there. They say they will email me a tracking number, they never did. It’s been a very disappointing few months dealing with them.

Went in for a resize and apprasal. Dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and was told it would be done by Friday. Got a voicemail saying they werent able to resize it but apprasal was done and we could stop by to pick it up. Went in to pay for it and pick it up. The lady took the card out of my hand. Paid for it. And proceeded to tell me it was not done and they had to type it up and would then mail it to me. Didnt get it until the following Thursday. Overall very poor customer service. Will not be going back.

It’s pretty bad when the floor manager won’t even email you back after several attempts. Todd Salmon personally gave me his card and told me to contact him when I needed help. I did just that several times with no response. Really unprofessional behavior from a manager.
