Jeremy dispatched Chris and he quickly and professionally fixed the door, adjusted it to operate smoothly and explained a few things to keep it that way. I would recommend this company for all garage door repair and maintenance.

I had my garage doors installed by Jeremy and his crew 7 years ago and this morning a spring broke. I called Jeremy and he said they were busy today, but could get to me next week. 1/2 hour later I received a call from Chris the service tech and said he could come over in the next 10 minutes. My door was fixed in less than an hour. Thank you Jeremy and Team for the superior service. I will recommend Fargo Garage Floor and Door to all my family and friends!!! My experience with Jeremy Hoefs and Fargo Garage Floors & Doors was nothing short of phenomenal. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product with quality customer service.My garage door had broken down and was completely non-functional. This all happened after work on a Friday. I did a quick search of companies that might be able to help, and did a call a couple other companies first. They did not seem too enthused to lend their help at almost 5pm on a Friday. I called Jeremy and he answered his phone after hours, and offered to come take down the door the next morning on Saturday. He arrived promptly and took down my 18 x 89 door by himself, sawed each panel away from the hardware, and then nailed each panel back to the garage frame so I would have a barrier while my new door was being made. My door happened to be a custom, over-sized door, so he had to customize a door for me. He was transparent with his assessment and pricing. Jeremy is very personable, and kept me updated on the status of my garage. Once it was ready, it was delivered and installed by his team in just a couple hours. They completely tore down my old door and hardware, and installed everything brand new.Jeremy and his team at Fargo Garage Floors & Doors made what was initially a nightmare as a new-ish homeowner into a very positive experience, and I am very thankful to have worked with them.

They charge $120 per hour. I had them come look at my garage door because the photo eyes were not lining up correctly. They sent an inexperienced tech where his solution was “well it works now somehow but it will 100% break very soon”. And it did the next day. They are lucky they were able to con 120 dollars out of me the first time because I will never give this business one more penny of my hard earned money. ZERO stars.Edit after response : Older model? It’s from 2006. The tech didn’t even offer a solution. He just said he doesn’t know anything about those units (genie brand). He said all he did was play with the photo lens and nothing else. Why would I call you again? So you can charge me $120 AND THEN you can tell me my options? I legitimately feel ripped off paying your company 120 dollars for my garage door to work for a 14 hour period. Do you realize how bad this makes your business look? I promise to tell anyone and everyone to not do business with Fargo Garage Floors & Doors. ZERO STARS.

I got referred to this company so I called Jeremy a little after 12pm and Chris was at my house at 3pm to change the springs on my garage door. Less than an hour later I had new springs, new cables and a tightened chain. Chris was very sociable and he didn’t mind my dogs jumping up on him when he arrived. Fast service, affordable price and great customer service. Will definitely utilize Fargo Garage Floors & Doors in the future!

My main complaint is now I dont want to park the car in the garage, maybe keep it clean for a game room or man cave. Overall, first impressions of the finished floor are very good, the communication and actual service also very good. Recommended.

Easy to see why this business has 5 Star ratings. Absolutely the best customer service weve ever had. We replaced two wind-damaged garage doors with hugely better-quality doors. Jeremy dealt directly with our insurance company to explain things to them, and they paid immediately. The doors were here on time, as promised, and installed by an absolutely great team in a half day. Really, we could have left home and given them a key and and walked away without a worry. They fine-tuned the doors, cleaned up afterward, gave us maintenance instructions and left us with such a positive feeling that there is actually a business in the F/M area that gives full value and superb service. Those places are hard to find these days. Highly recommended. You cant go wrong.

Called and left a message and within a half hour I was on the phone with Jeremy. He was at my place 45 minutes later checking out my damaged garage door and less than 24 hours after that my new door was installed and working great. Amazing customer service! I called on the Friday afternoon before Christmas weekend to schedule a garage door repair for my mother, presumably for some time the following week. They were at my moms house within a couple of hours! They called me to offer repair/replacement options, which they had already looked up to determine whether the right supplies were in stock and what the earliest dates would be to receive any parts they would need to order. By late afternoon -- on the last working day before Christmas -- my mom had an entirely new garage door opener installed and working beautifully.

I didnt realize what a difference epoxied floors would make! Floors are amazing, communication was great and they got it done ahead of schedule. I couldnt be more pleased.

Very friendly (no intense sales pitches) and I thought the price was extremely reasonable. He went the extra mile and even fine-tuned the settings on my second garage door unit (which I put up myself and isnt the one he was out there to fix) at no extra cost. He was just being nice. I was looking for a new garage door for a building at our lake cabin, 60 miles from the F/M area. Called numerous companies in F/M area. Jeremy of Fargo Garage Floors & Doors was the only one who called me back. Within the week we had our new door. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed/wanted and completed the transaction with basically a handshake. its difficult to find a company who will work out of their normal service area and complete the project in a timely fashion. When we rebuild our cabin I will be giving Jeremy of Fargo Garage Floors & Doors another call.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but let me tell you there is a reason that there isnt one negative review of this company. I called and left a message and received a return call within 6 hours. Was very polite and thorough in asking what I wanted. Explained to me all of the options available to me. I live in Barnesville and he was able to get everything he needed with a few pictures and texts. Within 3 weeks my new door was ordered, received, and installed. I came home to a beautiful new garage door, tracks, and springs, with hardly any evidence that a crew was there to install it. Their price is more than fair for all of the equipment/labor they provided. I highly recommend this company for any of your garage door needs.
