I ended up having to replace my garage door openers&these folks@Overhead Door were the most patient, understanding & accommodating people I have dealt with in a very long time!I wasnt treated like a idiot for not understanding how to program the new openers.The lady with the long blonde hair@the store was incredibly sweet&showed me step by step how to do it&reassured me that it is indeed as simple as she said.I will continue to use these folks for all my garage door needs!

In my opinion total bait and switch. I called bc my spring broke. They said sure we can get those replaced for you. Sent out a tech, KNOWING they didnt have the spring in stock, KNOWING that they were 4-6 weeks out, just to lock me into the service fee. They installed the door in the first place so they knew they didnt have the springs. The other garage door company had the spring and fixed me up in 20 min. I will NEVER do business with Overhead Garage Door again.

Professional, polite and diligent. Loved the doors and they clean them up when done. I’ve had them out for many door/spring/backing into the doors issues, so when we needed replacing we gave them the opportunity. Very very pleased!

Called at 1/20/20 at 9am and they gave me a reasonable quote for a new garage door opener with one remote. I set up a service call for ASAP. At 4pm the same day there was an Overhead Garage Door service truck in my driveway. To my surprise, the professional installation technician was a female. 30 minutes later, I had a new garage door opener!! Male service technicians should take notice that there is a new sheriff in town and they are female. Efficient, great attitude and professional. She deserves recognition and a healthy pay increase would reinforce more females coming in to the male dominated workplace. Thank you Overhead Door.

After an unexpected run in with a bike rack, I found myself in need of a garage door repair specialist. I called around and left messages. Overhead door of fargo was the only company that called me back -- and promptly at that.They were up front about scheduling (I called on a Friday and they were available the following Monday), and were punctual on the day scheduled. They also called ahead, as requested. I provided all the information I could so that the repair tech could get everything done in one shot. My information was correctly passed along. She was fast, friendly, and the door is as good as new.All around excellent experience. Highly recommended.

I thought the door seal on my garage door was going bad since it was 5-6 years old. I was getting water seepage in the garage whenever it rained hard. I naturally thought the door seal might have something to do with it. I wanted them to come look at my door seal and after a quick inspection they said there was nothing wrong with the door seal. The problem was how the seal strip that comes down the outside of the garage door opening from the siding wrap seals against the door. There was small gap at the very bottom of the weather striping so it wasnt touching the concrete.They were at my place between 5-7 minutes to look at my door seal to determine the problem. Then I get a BILL from them for a trip charge! To charge a loyal repeat customer for taking a look at a door seal to identify a minor problem seems like they are being GREEDY and indifferent about a customers lack of knowledge on whether a door seal is good or not. If I had thought the door seal was good then I would NOT have called them to look at the problem.BUT Im NOT the expert they are and YET I get a bill from them for a lousy 5-7 minute stop when absolutely no work was actually accomplished by them? I am so very displeased with this company!I had intended on getting some future work done by them but since they choose to steal from me for some minor trip then I guess its going to be the LAST dime theyre ever going to get from me. A GREEDY company that doesnt care about their customers is how I read them now.

Friendly workers. Efficient in their work. Will definitely work with them again.
