Excellent service from Mario yesterday. Helped pick out a battery and even replaced it for free. I almost went to Walmart but glad I didn’t. Can’t get better service anywhere else that I’m aware of. I’ll definitely come back next time I have car trouble. Thanks Mario!

I’m actually writing this review while Bryan is finishing the install of my low beam headlight. I have a Chrysler 200 and the removal and install is pretty complicated. No one at AutoZone has been able to do it before but it was no problem for Bryan and didn’t take long at all. Not to mention it’s cold, windy and drizzling right now. I’m so appreciative for his excellent customer service! Pay this man!

Female manager is extremely rude always has an attitude how she’s working here is beyond me. but I can tell you is This store will never get my business ever again

Came thru in the clutch for me and got me items I really needed for my vehicle.

Called first to see what the cost was to get an engine diagnostic as my Service Engine Soon light came on late last night. The diagnostic was free; found out I needed a new thermostat; the cost was only $10.99 + tax! And although they sell only parts, the salesperson was able to give a ballpark estimate on the cost of installation! Very good service and price!

Friendly staff and the store is very well kept. I was able to walk in and out as my part was secured over the phone.Price was reasonable given that most stores did not have what I was looking for.

When I called earlier, spoke to Ramirez and ask if they a certain parts for my cars. Ater I described the symptoms, he told me I may need another part, not the one I was looking for. Later in the evening, I called back and spoke to Andrew as Ramieez was helping another customer. When I described the symptoms to Andrew, he immediately told me the parts Im looking for was the same parts that Ramizez described. These two agents save me from ordering the wrong parts. Both were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely my go to store going forward!

Phenomenal customer service. Had issues with my headlights. Very smart and helpful group of people. Especially Ulysses (forgive spelling) who was persistent until resolved. It was pouring outside too.

Be careful don’t even waste your time taking your battery to charge cuz they will tell you that it didn’t hold the charge’. they never put them to charge all they want is to sale you a new one!It happened to me twice and i give a jump start with my other car and still have the same battery running like new

Stock many parts in store or order online and have in a day or two. Will check battery for you. Wasnt sure about the alternator. Got a battery, hoping the alternator isnt bad!

Nice location, parts are arranged a little different than my usual one, but found everything I was looking for quite quickly. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Place is deceptively large with a wide selection of tools, parts, and accessories. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area in need of parts.

I have been to this particular AutoZone location several times and have always been impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. I have utilized other locations before that are closer to my workplace, but I prefer to wait until I get home to use this location because the staff is more more friendly and helpful than other locations in Plano and Richardson that I have been to.

I still consider AutoZone the worst auto part store out of all of them but I had no choice. They were the only part store in Dallas that had to car battery I needed. Plus the staff here was really friendly

Very helpful staff every time I go in even when I have no freaking idea what I need or even what the problem is, always come away with at least something pointing me in the right direction. Only thing is sometimes the employees are way far in the back and its hard to get their attention.

Hands down the best Auto Zone ever! Ive been going here for years and have always got awesome customer service. They go above and beyond!

Was here once before and there were 2 guys that were very helpful. Today however, I walked in and there were 2 girls working. A light had come on my dashboard and I was concerned, wanted to get some advice. Thought going to Autozone would help. The girls had no clue. Did not know what to do at all. Nobody would have been able to look at the car for me and help give recommendations; luckily another customer was nice enough an offered to help. The girls were more concerned about if one them was going to hook up with some guy they knew. Why were they hired to work at a car place if they did not know jack about cars? Not very professional either.

Not a good visit.....cashier guy had very little people skills, didnt seem to care about selling me the correct item and wasnt what Ive grown to expect from Autozone. Having the vulgar rap music blaring through the speakers did not help improve the experience. Wont be back here again.

Jose was so helpful and actually made a house call! The customer service wqs amazing and I will definitely make this location my go to store!

Far away worst autozone in Dallas and all around. I needed stereo cable to connect my stereo to my car. This eastern guy was not looking your eyes, not listening and I m sure he was thinking ‘why m I here or who is he and why does he ask some questions to me?’. Worst thing is he does not have any idea about store and he does not leave your tail
