Tried to order parts using website. When going to cart to checkout, nothing happens. Tried 2 other devices, website locks up. I tried to go inside, no help…

After spending a small fortune on a rental, 5 days of ordering the right part from autozone and online, waiting days for the part to get to store,I called Sam pack and within 5 minutes they gave me a number to call,I called and had an address to come pick up a part that is not available anymore they had 1 left and went above and beyond to locate it for me 30 mins later I had part in hand and my nightmare transmission seal leak is solved, customer service is 100% dedicated to there customers needs ford is lucky to have such a great team like Sam pack and Sam pack parts warehouse, another great example of A BRAND that is made by there workers, good people who like what they do and make sure they have an answer when you have questions.

Service is decent and they are pretty well staffed. Location is large and clean. Plenty of parking out front. Very hard to find if you are not looking for a non-descript building off of Diplomat Dr. The guys on the phone are not the most pleasant and act like they are not happy to be helping you. They always have plenty of and are near my shop so that is the main reason I use them.

Had to pick up aparts for my car. Other than finding this place, Im completely satisfied with services.

Absolutely spectacular Kevin was fantastic ordered 800$ worth of parts and he made our experience easy and was great they need more employees like him I cant believe how well managed he was I wont do buisnes anywhere else as long as hes how I cannot express how much help he was knew exactly what I was talking about and what I needed no guess work this guy if you need part ask for Kevin bonner this guy is fan freaking tastic

They had a hard to find part that I did not want to wait for shipment. Their online site price was $75 higher than the highest aftermarket price, but when I got their the price had gone up by $60 + tax.

Quick to get parts in easy and easy out and not hard to find it all......it wont look like your average car dealership because its not its just a parts Warehouse so dont be looking for an auto lot youll be looking for the signs that say five star parts and its just a warehouse....

Great place to buy Ford products. The sales agents are very knowledgeable of all of their products and a willing to assist and help you get the right parts that you need for your vehicle. It doesnt matter how old your car is, nine times out of 10, if its a Ford vehicle, they will have it. Love this place.

Parts department is like going to the dentist. Mr Ibarra was very helpful, but ordered the wrong part. Prepaid over $400, when wrong part came in the other “gentleman” working the counter was not interested in helping troubleshoot why the wrong part was delivered and treated me with indifference at best. Way to many choices to put up with an individual the has an attitude

This place is awesome! We had a little EMERGENCY with my Daughters vehicle and couldnt find the parr anywhere with any of the local auto parts stores amd the stores that could get it would have to order it. I went through Google calling several Auto dealers in the area and many weee RUDE and werent much help. Until i came across FIFE STAR FORD PARTS. I explain to the gentleman what i was looking for and he said thay had it in house. He then quoted me a price and it was very reasonable. FIVE STARS staff was very helpful during this process. I can see why its called FIVE STAR FORD PARTS. Once again thanks a lot for such great service and getting us back on the road again!
