They didnt have what I needed but I probably would have found it if I started opening all the boxes they had in the aisles that looked like nothing ever gets picked up once it falls. Enjoy the Easter egg hunt, thats how it feels when you do find what you need.

Get more workers ridiculous over working an old lady

Every time I come, the art supplies selection is lacking supplies. Not sure if there is a shortage or I have the worst timing. I have gone random days/times, hoping to catch restocked shelves, but unsuccessful. Great selection of cards and outside activities for kids. Love the Brims brand snacks that are sold, they have inspirational Bible verses on the package!

I visit the dollar tree store to by items and also get cash back, however the cashier did not know how to void a transaction, cashier was rude, I assume she washes too many you tube videos, she was unprofessional, she did not know what she was doing instead of getting manager assistance to void the transactions she charge me double on two of my account cards, after I ask her if she void the transaction. She said I was rude when it was her error from the beginning. She was like a child saying I needed to tell my husband to give me some. People like that need to go back to school they are still acting like 9th graders. I was so please when the store manager gave me the money back, However I figured she would give me credit instead of cash, I then was disappointed with the manager because she did not apologised for her cashiers rude behavior.She made the error, yet I apologised to her and told her she can mess up someones bank account, by not asking for help. no one wants bank fees etc.... and drive back and forth because the cashier dont know how to ask for help. I will report this to corporate. If everyone keeps letting this rude employers work there next thing you know is not about customer satisfaction is all about the employees, consumers dont count. Unbeatable prices and a good variety of items.

LOVE this dollar tree. Only reason for 4 stars is because there is one lady who works there and all she does is walk around and talk to the employees and customers. I was waiting in line once and before she rang me up (while standing at the register) she talked to the other employee and was laughing and joking for 5 minutes before she rang me up.

Not bad to go get simple items. I have stated this before and will say it again!everyone needs to respect others by wearing masks and if possable gloves. when shopping anywhere,,,to this day of me publishing this review the virus infection is rising due to people NOT respecting other by not being safe. I might recommend carrying a bottle of germ x with you and us it before and after you go to any store!

First of all I just what to say to the people thats enjoy shopping like me. Sometimes you just got to go shopping early in the morning I think thats the best time to beat the traffic and also beat the crowd if you can I enjoy shopping sometime I cant help myself I hope I can speak for others as well I think that sometimes you got to treat yourself I hope aint nothing wrong with that. Just morning when I was getting my praise on I needed to go by Dollar Tree in Farmers Branch the shopping experience today was lovely and I really did enjoy myself as I shop also took my time because I was by myself and I love that also. I like shopping peacefully and sometimes people be in a hurry thats why I like shopping by myself. Hopefully I can speak for others you cant go wrong and Dollar Tree Im speaking of Farmers Branch I will speak until some very humble womens this morning one was stocking merchandise when was coming in starting work also too was on the register smiling so sweet. I just love it when you have a person at the register with a beautiful spirit that makes your shopping experience another satisfied customer God bless everyone and keep you safe on this glorious day and a little rain also today :-)

I used to love shopping here! I would go practically everyday for school supplies for my students and myself. It was clean, organized, and employees were super nice. I have noticed that ever since the new manager came in (not so long ago) there has been boxes everywhere (including the u-boats they put boxes on), the store is a mess, and bathrooms are so gross. There has been times when the cashier calls for back-up and yet no one has appeared until the line has been gone-which I understand that sometimes theres a shortage of employees-although it has happened more than once now. I have heard some very grotesque remarks coming from the store manager. Yes! The store manager! While I was shopping one day, I heard the manager speaking to an employee and said something very rude about a customer who had made a purchase. I found it VERY UNNECESSARY and unprofessional coming from a store manager. Who says those kinds of things? It was unbelievable. Now, not everything is bad. Theres times when the place looks nice, employees are nice, and so are the assistant managers and the store manager. I can find so many amazing things that I need for just a buck. One thing is, might not be my favorite spot anymore. Sad.

I LOVE Dollar Trees, but this is by far one of my favorite locations. AIts always very clean and organized. I dont know how busy it usually gets cause Ive never seen it busy but I like it that way, its always peaceful shopping when Im there.

Great variety! Great customer service.. very well stocked up and this is one of the dollar trees which are clean and neat!Cashiers and staff are helping.I really love the organisation area tehy have the best organisation bins. And their greeting cards are amazing- 2 for 1$ and are always stocked up.And the birthday balloons are for 1$ which are usually 4 5 bucks in other stores.

I went a couple weeks ago and their customer service was OUTSTANDING. I always feel like the employees at Dollar Tree hate their lives, but at the Farmers Branch location, they were so welcoming and friendly!!! I would exclusively come to this one if it wasn’t an hour away from me, haha!

This dollar tree has really good variety of products in just $1. Better than few more dollar trees in 2-3 mile radius.

I have same experience as another customer. They were supposed to be open but doors are locked and workers inside. Usually its a good store.

Sweet bright blonde Cashier lady is very sweet, has pacience, and kind to every customer. Great customer service will definitely return because of her. She wasnt trained or had knowledge of Green dot but I didnt mind I ended up buying stuff I needed.

As a business owner I have to say that customer service by the store manager is HORRIBLE. We have used this store on several occasions to get balloons for our business but that last month we have had the worst service. Three days ago I called to put in another order which we do once a month and I as told that I have in and pay first before I can pick them up, which normally I wouldnt mind if that is something that we have always done. So I decided to go up there and pay for the balloons since that is what was asked of me. I went up there personally to pay and I was there for at least 15 minutes and still no one helped me. Since I still couldnt get any service I decided to leave and take my business somewhere else. After picking up all the balloons that I could from other stores around me and still needed more, so today I decided to give them another try. I should have learned from the last experience because when I called again the manager answered and said that I would need to come in and pay, I explained that I have ordered over the phone and picked up but he said no IM THE STORE MANAGER and thats how it is. Mind you WE ALWAYS PICK UP and they know my employees since they are always picking them up. I said ok if I send one of my employees how long do you think it will take. He said how ever long it takes in between customers because was the only one working. My response was simple that is why Im calling to order so I wont have to pay someone to stand there while you blow them up. Then he proceeds to tell me that he might be able to get the employee that is stocking to help blow up balloons. Needless to say that we will not be doing business with them anymore. If you are looking for GREAT customer service please drive 5 minutes down the road to Marsh & Beltline or to Frankford and Joesy.

This location has started locking the doors before closing time while cashiers stand by the door texting on their phones. Worst.
