Even though I was only able to go to this place once it was great. Prices are super competitive and it’s also very close to my house. When I first went they were in the middle of moving to a bigger location and I was excited to go and buy some more supplies. So sad they closed their physical location here, they’re still open for shopping online but going in person is just another experience.

Took 6 days before my order shipped and after it shipped it took too long to get here. I needed some of the vinyl for a special order. Luckily read the reviews for craftHTV and double ordered from Mycraftsource. I was so pleased with them I ordered 2 more times from them and all 3 arrived before this order came in. I find this sad because they have a good selection and pricing. Vinyl was rolled too tight resulting in permanent curling. I am currently purchasing over $200 a week in vinyl... just not here.

Although it says in-store shopping is available it is not. You have to order online and they offer curbside pick up. Have to order 24 hours ahead of time.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Came once on a Friday knocked on the front door& the lights were on but no one answered. Called the number online but when straight to voicemail. Voicemail said to email them so I did& someone answered back but didnt answer my question. Came back on a Wednesday. Knocked & someone came to the door & just pointed to my right. I walked to the right thinking maybe there was another entrance on that side but it was a whole other store next to them. Kept walking back-and-forth to see if maybe Somebody would come outside nobody came outside. I later found a hidden sign that said curbside pick up was around back and to not exit my vehicle. I came around back and parked in front of a sign that says curbside pick up and it even has a number to call when you are ready for your pick up. I called the number and it went straight to voicemail. Was sitting outside for about 10 minutes when someone finally showed up to go back into work & they were very kind & friendly& help me immediately.

As I am standing out front one gentleman opened the door to inform me to go to the third door. It’s labeled DO NOT ENTER. Two different men are seen at the door and just laugh and wave me off. It’s 4:25 and you are open as the website and the sign on the door explains. I think it’s rude that no one intervened to help. I had high hopes as we are located in the same city and to continue purchasing but will take my business elsewhere.
