Overall, I would not recommend to buy from Zuri, and I definitely will not buy from them again.I ordered a coffee table for $700+ online from Zuri, and my table arrived with damages on drawer and drawer box. The item was packed very professionally and carefully, so it does not seem to be caused from transportation. Reached out to service team, and they will send replacements for me without a drawer box and another damaged drawer. Then, I reached out to them again, and this time they sent both drawer and drawer box which are exactly what I need, but the drawer box is damaged again. I dont know if their inspection team has a problem, or they are just selling damaged products. Finally, I did not request another replacement since I am SO MUCH FRUSTRATED of waiting for defected replacements over and over AGAIN. Decided to live with damaged coffee table as a reminder not to buy anything from Zuri Furniture again.They deserve 2 stars because the customer service team use really nice words to mitigate the problem and calm you down, but words are not enough, actions are more essential.
I order 2 pieces of furniture on 12/6/2020 and just received my desk a few weeks ago but still waiting on my other piece I ordered. When I ordered I was told 7-10 days to receive my furniture. Also you better bet they charged my card immediately with no product. Customer service through emails has been OK but still no furniture we are going on almost 3 months with my money gone with no product for almost 3 months.Transparency upfront was definitely not conveyed or expressed with the live person that I work with to place my order about shipping delays. (Customer service rep was more in tuned about making sure I put her name for the sale then giving me accurate dates or being transparent about delivery date ) Unacceptable for a company to not be transparent about delays on product. Zuri made the sale charge my card three months later as of March 6 original order date December 6 still not complete. Would you order furniture if this was your money being out and no product? What does Zuri furniture have to say about this?
Stay away of Zuri furniture ! we placed this order on Dec.1st 2020 and even now, 3/21/2021 (almost 4 months later) we dont receive the entire shipment. First shipment had the chair stained with rust. Second shipment which happened after many hours of emails back and forth and hundreds of promises that they will fix the issue ASAP, happened almost 3 MONTHS LATER and, the new chair was damaged AGAIN ! Nicole, from customer service, asked me to wait until they will figure out what to do. That happened two weeks ago, and since then, no news from them !Be also aware that there is no way to speak with somebody on the phone when you have issues . They ALWAYS direct you to send emails, and from that point you will begin spending months writing barely answered emails.
Ive ordered 5 pieces of furniture through them and out of 5, 3 came damaged. One was damaged even though I paid for white glove delivery and the other 2 items were completely shattered in the packaging, with no outside tear on the package. Its been weeks and the issue still isnt resolved. On top of that they want me to pay $200 more for the replacement of 2 of the items. Dont order from them. They dont value their customer and their items come damaged.
Their delivery stinks. I believe they do not stock their products and therefore YOU will wait until it is made and delivered: months in my case. One of my items arrived broken; it took my Nathan more for replacement. When the replacement arrived it was THE wrong part! I had checked with Zuri frequently to make sure the replacement I needed would be sent.Too bad, I like their wares and could have been a great customer. Buyer be ware: there are no wares there!
Very bad expeirience. I had ordered a bedroom set but it was never shipped. Each call the customer service added another week until my patience ran out. i waited more than a month and still one of the items was on backorder and they insisted on shipping the entire order all at once. The same item - night stand will be on backorder still. Though the furniture looks good but looks can be deceiving, refrain from buying.
Jon Lopez was great! I looked everywhere and found it at Zuri for a great deal. Picked it up within 2 days by choice. Great overall experience!
The threading of one of Our sofa first came off in December they came out and said our warranty would replace it still don’t have an update still don’t have a replacement communication is very bad and I have spent over $10,000 this company just horrible I am very disappointed

Ordered a dressing on 10/25, Got 2 boxes, one on 27, Boxes 1 and 3. Then nothing. After some research I found a fedex note stating that box #2 was damaged in transit. Fedex marked it as delivered whIle they actually returned it to the shipper. I contacted the shipper and they asked me to inventory what I had and what was missing. Then nothing, no news and I have emailed 2 times, and call them on the phone 2 times and they refuse to give me an update beyond We are working on it. They refuse to let me talk to a manager and they keep repeating we will have an update tomorrow, but it has going on for a few days/WEEKS and it is always tomorrow. This store has nice looking furniture on catalog, if you can have it. They send you a bulk of junk stuff you will have to pay to discard but no actual furniture. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card bank.
