I give Toni all the praise for making me feel comfortable when obtaining my storage unit. She is very courteous, respectful, and conducts herself in a very professional manner. She is very knowledgeable as she demonstrated and convinced me on purchasing a CubeSmart storage unit lock. She explained to me about all the necessities that CubeSmart can provide for moving and packing. She actually took me to my storage unit and explained the process on entering the facility. She showed me where the facilitys loading equipment and elevator were located. With personnel like Toni making it easy for the client, I can understand why CubeSmart provides excellent service. I will definitely recommend CubeSmart to my family and friends. Two thumbs up Toni!!

Toni had been more than helpful on setting up my reservation and month-to-month agreement. She walked me through the reservation process over the phone and even made sure to give me a call back to make sure everything was verified and good to go! I lease a large temp controlled unit at the McEwen Rd location in Dallas. Best facility Ive been to because they have an enclosed loading / unloading area which also accommodates large trucks which is great for when it is raining. Toni and Bill are are always very helpful and courteous. Great to have a caring staff who operate a secure and clean facility.

Let me begin by saying Toni was amazing to work with! She was knowledgeable, straight to the point, and had a very friendly demeanor! She made the process super easy. I’m lucky to have been able to work with her.

I had my unit for about a year and I had a great experience. Easy sign up and cancellation, really affordable pricing compared to other storage companies nearby, and a really great team at the front desk. I never had any issues with accessing my unit and everything was always very safe.

Joe in Management is awesome. They have a truck able to rent out (free for half a day at move in) when you need it and with the cameras everywhere you do not have to worry about anything you have to store and always feel safe when here. They have complete cover loading zones so never have to worry about getting anything wet and carts are always at the ready for free to move anything you have to and from your lockers. They have a great meeting room as well and always friendly service and good coffee.

I have been renting units at this Establishment for several years.. When Cubesmart took it over and I met the manager, Michael, I knew there was going to be big and better changes coming. I have had nothing but a great experience dealing with management and renting cubes for my business here. I totally recommend this Cubesmart for anyone in the area that is looking for good quality storage and great management. At one time I thought I was going to have to leave because I needed bigger unit, but I was so hesitant to leave because of what a great manager Michael was. I stuck it out until there was a larger unit available. And I am so glad that I did. If they do not have what you were looking for it is very worth getting on a waiting list. Eventually you will get what you want.This review was posted for the wrong establishment. I was talking about the CubeMart on Forest Lane near webs Chapel. I reposted my review for that location. Although I can probably say that all the CubeSmart are managed with 100% accuracy.

Bill and Yasmine were great. Prices are best in town. Got the unit for my grandson whos going into the Army...he even gets a 10% monthly discount. The building and units are very clean and well kept. I am impressed with the cameras in all areas making it safe. I hope I can say good things about this location in 6mos/yr.

The web price seems pretty low, but when you actually book it, you have to pay a $24 admin fee, and also a $17 fee for a very small lock.

The use of the truck was an awesome bonus to help move in. 1st 50 miles free then $.85/mile afterwards, refill the gas & have back on time!!!The facility is very clean, well lit, and very secure & safe. They have over 80 cameras there to protect you as well as your items. I love the truck liading/unloading dock. Very convenient and helpful.The onsite dollys are a bit hard to find at times, but they do have them and you have to seek them out.The location is convenient right off Midway & I-635. You will love it too. Great discounted rates if looking for short term leasing right now.I forgot they do add a $24. administrative fee to your initial bill & they have a round inside locks for $17.99 they push you into, but you do NOT have to take it. Bring your own locks!!!! Do NOT FEEL PRESSURED TO GET IT.

I am so glad I found this place! It is so clean and organized. Tameka was a life saver. When I moved in with my movers I realized we needed more space and needed an additional storage unit. Tameka quickly got another unit for me right next to my other units. It made my hectic move so much easier. She is a great asset to your team.

Awesome facility! Weve used several places over the years and this is, by far, the best. Its new and clean. The staff is very helpful. And the layout is awesome! For our unit you get to pull into a covered area to unload -- no rain or beating sun. There are dozens of security cameras and keypads everywhere, so security is outstanding. Highly recommended!

This was my first time renting a storage unit and the manager Joe Huff made it so easy and simple. The place is really clean, they have different options and prices. This facility looked brand new, was completely indoors, and very clean. I like how one can drive into an enclosed garage to access the storage area and that moving carts are provided. I forgot her name but the office lady who set me up just before closing(Feb 10th) was quite friendly.

Went in this weekend to check out the options for our needs. Joe the manager was very friendly, professional and listened to our needs. He then took the time to show us a couple of different options so we could visually compare. Once we decided on a unit size, he double checked the system to make sure we knew what we had available (including some that were recently vacated and were not yet in the system). The place is very clean and we really like all the security features. Also, we were impressed with the covered area available to unload our items and the carts for us to transport the items from our truck to the unit. The pricing was very competitive and fair! We really recommend this place for your storage needs.

UPDATE:I received a phone call from the manager regarding this post. He was rude and actually he sounded mad that I made a complaint online.After a few moments back and forth about my post, he said he couldnt do anything about other patrons hanging out. On thats fine. I understand if it was other customers but it was a group and they were just standing around watching people come and go. How am I supposed to know what their intent is,He even took it further and said, If it were my sister, Id suggest she doesnt go to any storage unit after dark.It gets dark in Dallas at 5:00 p.m. and your operational hours are until 10:00 p.m. which effectively means Im not allowed to safely access my belongings during the only hours Im off work, leaving only Saturday and Sunday daylight hours.You should have had someone else call your customers, because he was an unsympathetic and all but blamed me for being there, as a female, after dark.He came across as very sexist and condescending in that conversation and I hope to never interact with him again.*original post*The storage is fine, but I keep running into 4-5 men that loiter within the secured unloading dock. They are outside their vehicles and take turns riding motorcycles and are just there. Not conducting business with the storage unit.As a solo female needing to exchange personal items (of differing values) it is not comfortable for me to exit my car and have these men just watch my every move.Id love if someone could address this.

I had the best experience renting a unit at Cubesmart self storage this weekend with Tameka and her expertise. Tameka went out of her way in making me feel very comfortable and made everything work out that I needed. Actually my daughter recommended Tameka after she went to cube smart to rent a storage unit. I would recommend Tameka to any of my family and friend.

This place is exceptional from the service down to the unit! It is a newer, renovated facility, its clean, they pipe wonderful music inside, its secure and they are of integrity. The notable things that stood-out about my experience is firstly Joe Huff, the Property Manager, is quite an asset. His level of service, care and consideration for the tenants is first-class. He and most everyone there including Lewis that assisted me in renting the unit are all very service oriented. It also stood out that they give you a free, high-quality lock, a free truck rental (up to 25 miles) with a new unit, and tenants have access to a beautiful conference room along with complimentary water, coffee and tea. I can with certainty say that Ive never experienced a storage facility like this. I highly recommend them!
