My father purchased a dishwasher from this location. The dishwasher stopped working after 2 days. He called his sales person Thomas Bond back to notify and he was very short and did not try to help my father. My father had to spend hours on the phone with the warranty company to get the dishwasher fixed even though he only had it for two days.It is understood that things happen and that fixing the unit wasnt under ABCs responsibility but Customer service should always be applied. When you spend 600 plus dollars you want to fell valued and appreciate when problems arise. My father didnt feel that.ABC Farmington Hills location needs to do better. Thomas the sales person needs to do better!

Bruce at the Farmington store helped us purchase all the appliances for our kitchen. He was great to work with, he kept us updated on delivery, and made sure we were satisfied customers. The delivery crew was friendly, they were considerate of my home, and made sure not to damage anything.Great team!

This ABC Warehouse is a superior location for the service Lindsey gave me recently. I have been a loyal customer of ABC for over 30 years. I am a senior citizen, handicapped, on oxygen and homebound. Lindsey found a way for me to purchase my appliance, have it delivered, and installed. She is knowledgeable, conscientious, and caring. I highly recommend the superior service this store offers.

They advertise the closest thing to wholesale but it should say we are the closest thing to shysters!Purchased an expensive recommended mattress for over $3000. Over the next several months I developed severe back problems and now I am in physical therapy.My doctor says the mattress is working against my physical therapy and now I sleep on the floor while I continue to make monthly payments on my expensive mattress!I wouldnt buy a coffee maker from these people and I would not recommend them ever to make a purchase they are a big rip off!!!!

Best buying experience Ive ever had the salesman seemed like family answered all my questions and all of my wifes concerns. I had no idea how loud a dish washer was a concern apparently it is. He was able to put a package together for us that met all of our needs at a reasonable price. I would recommend ABC Warehouse and the Bruce Gorman to anyone looking to upgrade their appliances or any of the products they sell it was truly a pleasure. I intended on spending more and end up spending less!!

This place was amazing and Im being honest the young lady in the photo helped me, in the beginning until I left the customer service was amazing. Her coworkers assisted her with my purchase to expedite the process. I was treated badly in the big box stores Lowes, I came here and it felt like I was buying quality merchandise.

Salesperson was wonderful. Unfortunately, our fridge made loud noises. We had service technicians come out twice to remedy the situation and they failed to do so. We bought an expensive appliance and it continues to make loud sounds. They claimed that such sounds were normal. Their claim is wrong.

Lindsay (sp) was fantastic, walked in they had exactly what over the range microwave I needed (make, model & finish). Went in on Sunday, delivered less than 24hrs later to my door.

If you want more bang for your buck and we all do, then you need to go here, very very knowledgeable staff and friendly....so go go and go....

I went in looking for a stove before doing all my research on prices. All I knew was that I wanted the convection oven feature. Mr. Soulat Bashir walked me through all of the different features and gave me a great price. I told him I still need to research online and he said already did that for me.... I came home and checked and sure enough he was right. He knows his products and makes you aware of all purchase options ( warranty, delivery, installation) without any pressure tactics. He is the guy to see at ABC. Only giving 4 stars for now. Still need to see how delivery goes and will update it afterwards.

Needed a front load washer/dryer ASAP. Isaac the sales rep greeted us at the door and took complete care of us. I got an excellent quote on a GE combo and took it with me to do some comparison shopping. Found a comparable set but with a nice 8 base at another store. ABC was able to order that set and beat the price. Isaac even came back from lunch to do the deal. I had a great shopping experience.

Got exactly what I needed and was greeted with a kind hello, very helpful staff.

Within this past year we have needed a bed and a washer rather quickly. Being a family of four with two small children we needed an honest salesperson. We went to this location and spoke with Bruce each time. He was able to help us find the best fit and at a great price. He made purchasing these big items very easy, he provided honest opinions and really listened to our needs and our price range. This is the only store I will trust to buy my appliances from.

Bruce, the Manager who I have dealt with for years and have sent many friends and clients at ABC WAREHOUSE sent over the greatest guys to deliver and set up my tv and sound bar. Shout out to Mike from Coming Attractions. They were clean, courteous and efficient. I wouldn’t deal with anyone else for appliances, tv’s and video equipment.

I did not have a customer friendly experience with my refrigerator purchase at this ABC Warehouse. The staff were unorganized and unwilling to help address the issues that they created. Below is a summary of my recent experience:On October 11, 2019, I visited the store and decided to purchase a fridge. The delivery from ABC took place on Tuesday, October 15. Upon delivery, the drivers damaged the fridge. Also, the fridge had the incorrect kickplate. I called the Sales Rep who assisted me with the purchase, and she agreed to replace the fridge and issue me a $25 check for the inconvenience. I asked whether a new invoice was needed because the original purchase invoice had noted to pick up my old fridge to be sent to DTE, whereas this was a “replacement” and “return” to ABC Warehouse. She indicated there is no need for a new invoice.On October 16, the replacement fridge was delivered. The delivery crew indicated they are not going to pick up the fridge which was being replaced because the invoice does not indicate to do so. The delivery crew left and I was with two fridges (damaged one and replacement). I called the Sales Rep. and she confirmed she coded the invoice incorrectly, forgetting to indicate the delivery crew should pick up and return the damaged fridge. I now need to make myself available for yet another pickup of the damaged fridge.Another frustrating part to this experience is when the Sales Rep not knowing what else to say or do, she passed me to the Regional Manager.The Regional Manager then indicated he’s going to “run my credit card again” because I have two of their fridges. The audacity and willingness to say this to a customer after the issue they caused, totally disregarding the inconvenience they’ve caused the customer, not realizing this is due to lack of training/understanding to what needs to be done to properly resolve this issue on their side. The whole purpose of my call is to understand WHY the delivery crew did NOT pick up the fridge which was to be returned. I have no intention of keeping both fridges and need the damaged one picked up.Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

My family purchased 4 appliances and the service wasn’t so great. There were issues with delivery time and the delivery services. They set a delivery date and when that date came they said they Wouldn’t be able to delivery since the items weren’t in stock but they said they were. we had to wait another day for another delivery set to come. I don’t recommend this store. They’re not professional in how they service the customers.

ABC BRINGS BACK THE TRUE MEANING OF SERVICE!!.We purchased a refurbished Yamaha soundbar from ABC back in March, 2019 ($100.00). We also purchased the extended warranty ($50.00) with the understanding that, if the unit quit working, we would be able to get an automatic exchange. Unfortunately, that is not how it works. You have to bring the soundbar in; ABC sends it out for service - if it cant be repaired, only then it is replaced.Upon learning this the hard way, my phone call garnered Bruces (the manager) attention. After expressing my confusion and unhappiness, he told me to bring the unit in and he would exchange it out for me.I took the unit in a few hours later and, while I waited him for him to finish a task he was in the middle of, I thought I would do a little shopping to show my appreciation and good faith in what he was doing for me.When he came in, he not only made my exchange painless, he included a new warranty with the soundbar THEN gave me the item I was going to purchase ($30.00 value) - saying it was an apology for the inconvenience!!! He then had the items delivered to my car, shook my hand and gave me a bottle of water for the road.......WOW!!VERY much impressed with the service and making me feel that he truly valued our business - dont see that very often these days.We strongly recommend ABC Warehouse in Farmington Hills to anyone who is looking for value, integrity and an overall gratifying experience!!!

Soooo happy with the service by Lindsay when I bought my refrigerator in December 2018 that I waited for her to guide me thru the selection and buying process of the new gas stove I need. It was so easy that we did it by phone with the picture and specifications of my soon to be new stove. Plus she gave me an incredible price including a 5 year warranty and free delivery!! Total recommendation for ABC Warehouse and their extended warranty. The easiest experience Ive had with a warranty, their repair man came, saw what was wrong and said he needed to order a part... Two days later ABC calls me and says to come in for a new washer.and now they will be delivering a new one tomorrow, and I was able to purchase the extended warranty on the new one... no hoops to jump through, and we always experience great service!

I recently visited the store looking to buy a new washer and dryer. I was greeted by Soulat he was very helpful and informative regarding my inquiries for a new set of appliances. Since my husband was relying on me to make the decision, I took the night to think about the set and do a little research. The next day was Friday and I decided that I was happy with my experience and the model of washer and dryer. Just like the first time I visited the store all the staff was very welcoming, smiling and offered their assistance. Soulat new I didn’tM want to wait for delivery and installation so he worked it out so by Saturday I had my old appliances removed and my new ones installed and ready use! This was such an easy, stress free experience! I highly recommend this store and entire staff!!!

Stopped by yesterday. Was looking for a Washer and Dryer Set. Got in and was greeted right away. Very nice person. Then we went on to look at the models. When we tried to find someone to ask some questions, we could not find anyone. As we started to walk out, we found the employees watching the football game.Never will I return to this store! We initially ordered our refrigerator online from Home Depot. It was scheduled to be delivered in two weeks. After they rescheduled with us twice, the refrigerator finally arrived for delivery. Unfortunately, I live on a hill and, on two separate occasions, the delivery service refused to drive up the hill or bring the fridge up manually. Frustrated, we cancelled the order. We went to ABC Warehouse. Not only did they have the refrigerator in stock, they delivered it the next day, and had no problems with the hill. The customer service was first rate. My only regret is we didnt go to them first.

I needed a refrigerator and needed one fast. I spoke with Bruce Gorman over the phone in the morning about the fridge we were looking to purchase and told him I could swing by on lunch but wouldnt have much time. I walked through the door to a warm greeting and Bruce with everything ready to go. In and out in minutes and by far the best deal I could find on the fridge my wife wanted. Thanks to Bruce and his team for going above and beyond to earn my business. Even if you have an ABC closer to your home take the time to drive a little further and see Bruce.
