I dont normally visit this location, but it was on my way back from the airport so I stopped in to grab some hair color. The girls working there were welcoming and helpful. We had a conversation about blending colors, so I thought Id share what I used in addition to giving the store a compliment.Ive used Clairols semi-permanent beautiful collection before and enjoy how much sheen it gives your hair. This was my first time using arctic fox semi-permanent color, and Im glad that the girl working there recommended it! You get a TON for the price and the color is super pigmented. (Bonus: it smells like grapes!)The colors I used were Clairol wine brown and arctic fox ritual. Prior to using the color, I had processed hair thar looked like an ombre style brown (with grey) down to bleached ends. Before and after pictures are included.

Vanessa cashed me out ever so RUDELY! should be fired due to her foul language and horrible work ethic. Very disappointed in my trip here.

The ladies at this Sallys are great and very helpful in a crisis! They showed me what would work to fix my ruined blonde hair which was purple and pure gray from a horrible salon. I highly recommend this store and the Ion Crystal Clarifying treatment (small purple packet) when you need to remove unwanted toner or mineral from well water.

Beware....the store may close for a bathroom break. So if you take the time to find a parking spot in the busy lot, then walk up to the door to find it is closed....and have no idea when it will re-open since you dont know when the sign went up...or why...its an inconvenience. I totally understand that everyone needs to go, but there should be two girls working. When I called to ask the manager about this she was rude and condescending...very unnecessary and unprofessional...I was not expecting such an attitude from a manager. And FYI...I shop there often and the girls are very nice and I would never want to deny them a potty break...I just dont appreciate the rudeness of the manager!

Ive been in there a few times. Always when my hairdresser goofed up my color or I was In between colors and the girls that worked here (young) new what products to recommend. I was a bit hesitant the first time because one was starting out as a hairdresser, but honestly they know there stuff and my hair looks amazing because of it. Thank you.The only reason I didnt give it a 5 was because when I called a few times to check on hours they didnt pick up. :(

Very clean store !! Customer service was very nice and knowledgeable as well as help me make a decision. I love that they reiterated their deals going on instead of leaving you to comb through the store filled with sales tags ! This review would have been five stars but every time I go into any Sally’s beauty I feel like I’m obviously being watched. Whether your looking for a thief or just trying to give great customer service, it would be nice if it wasn’t painfully noticeable.Update*** 2021. Asked 4-5 times did I need help or was I ok within less than ten minutes after I said I was ok the first two times. I don’t know, maybe they just need a full on bodyguard. Think I’m just going to go to another location or shop online at this point.

I stopped with an intent of purchasing a hair dryer. Picked it out and asked the clerk if I can get a discount with my license. She said yes, but after she rang me up, the receipt didnt show such a discount. She said that since the hair dryer is on sale it is a great buy as it is and no beautician discount. Why didnt she say anything in a first place? I would probably shop around, there is.an Ulta store on the same shopping plaza. I decided to keep the hair dryer, it was only the matter of a few dollars and I spent good 20min. In the store, as they were understaffed. Rachel, the manager was the only person working and appeared to be overwhelmed. It wasnt worth it returning the hair dryer after investing so much time. Next time I need something, Ill just go to Ulta.
