A guy named Ralph waited on my husband and I after we waiting 1 and a half hours watching him slow-walk two customers through basic transactions. Once we got to him, he messed up our credit application, resulting in another 1 hour of time spent at the store - only to find out at the last moment that he could not actually switch us to Verizon because he forgot to tell us about a step we needed to take with AT&T. A huge fail for Ralph. We literally spent 2.5 hours in the store and were unable to switch our service to Verizon because Ralph didnt know what he was talking about. A manager showed up at the last possible moment and was super apologetic, but clearly this guy should not be left running the store by himself all morning on a Saturday. It was also remarkable that the guy kept telling us what a great multitasker he was and we observed him making mistakes on accounts for three separate customers, including ours, that resulted in obscene amounts of time spent in the store. He also appeared to be enjoying the power of his position in way that was uncomely. When we got home, we realized the guy had actually removed the SIM card from our daughters phone and didnt replace it, leaving it nonfunctional. We had to return to the store hours later and the reps found our SIM Card (which contained our personal data) literally just sitting on a counter. Thankfully, they found it. The whole experience was upsetting, and we will never return to this store.

Andrew the store manager is the best. He is very professional and knowledgeable. My niece came in with an issue with her iPhone 11 and he listen and took care of it. She ended up upgrading to a 12. He explain how to upgrade her cloud so her phone would function correctly, He even help me lower my monthly bill and I ended up upgrading my old phone. If youre looking for professional, knowledgeable and patient customer service, come to this store and ask for Andrew.

If I could give these people zero stars I would. Did an iPhone upgrade in December 2020 that was incorrectly processed by the Verizon representative. She kept the phone instead of giving me the materials and info to return it to Verizon. Long story short, the store never sent the phone in and both the lady and the manager at the time are no longer at the store. Verizon then places a $325 charge for the unreturned phone on my account. After multiple conversations with the new store manager and security camera verification that the store kept the phone, they told me they will not do anything to resolve it and that I have to go through customer service. Mind you, it’s now May and it still hasn’t been resolved. This store has zero accountability and should be closed down. I’ll likely have to go to small claims court to get this resolved. Zero stars, no accountability.

I will never go back to a Verizon store again. I had a phone issue and this was the only store around that had in store service at this time. They really do go the extra mile to help you out and give you the best deal possible. I dealt with Dillion and Caleb and they both were wonderful. They will have my business from here on out!! After lengthy discussion, I left the place to another branch. This guy should be monitored closely، he is lacking customer service personality, experience and attitude.

I have been coming to this forever and was always taken care of by the old staff (David, Ayana, Jordan and Dilan). I know Ayana and Jordan were no longer a this location so I usually get helped by Dilan or the manager David and was always taken care of. My first time going back to this store since Covid and neither Dilan or David were there. I asked the young gentleman (I believe Caleb) and he said Dilan is off and dont even ask about the manager. I didnt like the service or the way he answered when I asked. Seems like the customer service in this place has gone downhill. I am on a business account with 13 lines and I will be taking my business to another store. I will also be telling my friends, family and other business contacts of this location.

Came here to purchase a new phone for existing line as a gift. The associate that helped me was great however I do not appreciate the HIDDEN $19.95 charge for “Go Setup” for them as an “authorized retailer” to “set up” the phone for me. I DID NOT even have them “set up” the phone as it was a gift. Once I activate with Verizon, I will still have to pay THAT fee as well. I wouldn’t be annoyed if this was explained to me before hand but I don’t appreciate finding out afterwards especially when the phone wasn’t even activated by/in the store. I have purchased phones from Verizon stores and ordered online and have never incurred such a charge. I called the store to question them on this and the associate was not interested in removing the charge or accommodating me in anyway or letting me speak to someone who could help me. There should be signs posted warning of their policy. I basically lost $20 for walking into this store - hey, its $20 bucks but $20 IS $20!. Do yourself a favor and just go to a Verizon store. Also, random side note: while I was in the store, another customer came in to pay her bill (with cash) and was charged $2.00 for using cash. LOL.

I took my Mom directly to the store to clear up her bill. My Daddy had passed away in May and my Mom and I had gone to the store in June to notify them. The man I spoke to then said he would remove my Dads number from the bill. A few days ago I was staying with my Mom so that I could assist her with her bills, among other things. When I got to her Verizon bill, I realized that my Dads number was still on there and for the first time I noticed that there was a third phone number on the bill. So, we went back to the Verizon store and ended up talking to Jordan. Now, if Jordan had been the only one helping us, I would have given 5 stars. He was thoughtful, kind and very patient with us during the entire situation. I say entire situation, because he ended up having to call the head office. I wish I knew the name of the man we all ended up speaking to, because he was rude, condescending and thoughtless. It turns out that the third number was for something called Hum. If you have never heard of this, its a device that you attach to something in your vehicle and its there to provide roadside service, if and when you need it. According to them, my parents had it for over a year. I told Jordan and this other man, that 1. My parents never had such a device and 2. Because they never would have asked for it, because they have a lease vehicle and it automatically comes with roadside assistance. So, after much debating, the man on the phone(acting like he was doing my Mom a GRAND favor), refunded her ONE month back on my Dads number, even though we told them he died in May and my Mom paid for his number for June, July AND August!! THEN, after paying for a device they NEVER received and NEVER used for OVER A YEAR, this man refunded ONE month. So, after actually acknowledging that my Mom shouldnt have paid for my Dads number after he died and acknowledging that she shouldnt have paid for a device she didnt have for over a year, he magnanimously gave her one month for each of THEIR mistakes. So, in conclusion, Jordan gets 5 stars, guy from head office gets 0 stars. I had my Mom pay off her new phone and told her to start looking for a new carrier.

Bought the new pixel 4 from here the day it was released. Everything went OK with the salesman but over the next few days I noticed some fog underneath the top section of my screen. I came back to the store and talked to the assistant manager and he told me I had to file a warranty return directly with Verizon. I called Verizon and they said they couldnt process a warranty claim because I was within the 14 day return period and that I should go back to the store and have them swap out the phone.I returned to the store to swap out the phone and explained to the employee that I had already called Verizon and they sent me back to the store. I was then told that Id be charged a restocking fee which I agreed too but more complaints came saying if I tried exchanging my phone it would ruin my trade in. They mentioned itd be easier just to wait until the 14 day return period was over and to file a warranty claim after that. I told them I didnt want a refurbished phone, I wanted a new phone. They assured me that the warranty replacement would be new. On day 15 now, I called Verizon again, and theyre adamant that the replacement I receive wont be new, but instead a refurbished phone.Long story short, stick to corporate stores or just order online.

After waiting one hour to receive service and three hours of writing up the contract at the 12 mile store we were promised a 250.00 Visa card. We never received it. I called verizon and i have been promised call backs..an open ticket ..resolution and never received this. i have been disconnected and told I would be transferred to rebates. After a 40 min hold I was disconnected again. I called the 12 mile and orchard lk store and they would not help me. Please be careful what they promise you because its not true and they refuse to help when their promises go sideways. I told the manager Dave you are peddling lies to your customers because Verizon will not back you up and he said I am going to hang up now and he did!

I would like to give big kudos to Dillon. I had an experience where another person had oversold a phone to my elderly mother and I returned it last may. They told me The process was complete. However they never disconnected Verizon service so she continued to receive bills which I found now that she has been in the hospital for last 2 months. Dillon spent over an hour facilitating a call with the customer care center to ensure it was resolved completely and she was fully refunded. He was professional and kind and totally made up for the egregious behavior of his fellow colleague who not only inappropriately sold a way to complex phone to an elderly woman but then was neglectful in his obligation to make sure it was returned correctly so she was continued to be billed for it which had been causing her terrible distress. He should be ashamed. This store should focus on hiring more employees like Dillon. Having this issue resolved is a huge weight off my shoulders and I owe it to Dillon. I appreciate his quality customer service.

I found this store while visiting from out of town. I was having an issue with my phone GPS not working and was lost on my way out of town. The staff was very friendly and able to help me fix my phone and the staff even came out to help me connect my phone to my rental car. Top notch service. If I could give ZERO STARS I would! Forewarning to all Verizon customers: go to an ACTUAL Verizon coroporate store. Employees at all GoWireless Authorized Verizon Retailers are RUDE and the customer environment is HOSTILE. Repeat: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Employees are stuck up, will flat out ignore you after making eye contact, NEVER greet you and act as if you know nothing and that they are superior to you. Stores are also is very poor condition with broken displays! I will ALWAYS highly recommend others to stay as far away from these stores as possible!

I went in there for a charger.... It took 1hr!! Associates were fighting amongst themselves, I waited 15 minutes for the assistant manager only to have him help someone else and he proceeded to tell the first associate that greeted me how to help me. It was by phone call, then I was promised one thing on the phone only to have a help center associate tell me another..... This was way too much drama for a phone charger. Next time Ill go to another location Ive been treated way better at other locations.

And then refused a return 3 days after the 14 day limit when everything is still in box and unused. 🙄 All accessories are super over priced anyway. I had major issues with the Verizon (go wireless) store in West Bloomfield on Orchard Lake Rd. The manager there, Randy, is a disrespectful lying poor example of a manager. He never once called me about my complaint, even after I went up there and made numerous calls trying to resolve my issue. He lied to me and the Verizon rep who called him to assist me with this matter. She was full aware that he was lying and made an internal report about him. The district manager, Bradley, was extremely helpful in resolving my issue and AJ at the Farmington store on 12 Mile & Orchard was AWESOME!!!!! People, save your money and time and go to AJ. He wont rip you off, lie to your face and disrespect you with your money in his pocket.

Last night was the first time Ive gone into a cell phone store where I was the only customer and it felt like it took forever to get out. Went here because phone wasnt turning on, even after installing a new battery and trying everything I could find online. After explaining that, the first thing they ask is if I tried turning it off and turning it back on again. Service rep looks at the phone and, surprise, nothing happens besides the logo appearing and then the phone going dead again. Then the rep asks me a bunch of questions which basically felt like, I dont believe you, so let me ask a bunch of other things. Being customer service, I get it, theres probably a bunch of people who come in and lie about what happened as to why their phone isnt working. But after all that, the rep says he has to call tech support, and they basically go over all the same stuff. Almost verbatim... +1 star for eventually getting around to the problem and replacing the phone which is still under warranty.

Horrible experience. The manager completely lied to me about things I purchased. I went to an actual Verizon dealer and they flat out told me this store lied to you. They reported the store. I was charged $40 for a screen protector and $60 for a phone case but was told this was all a bundling fee to buy the phone! When I returned to the store and demanded a return they told every excuse in the book. Another typical snake salesman looking for extra commission.
