I brought ear rings around 4 grams. The actual gold gram price is around 59$ Where as they charged 89.5$ per gram. I strongly feel it’s too much hidden cost. Per gram 30$ extra which mean 51% of extra cost.. normally 20 to 25% making and other charges accepted. But not above 50%...my suggest please be carefully check before visit/buy...

Ram Creations carries the highest quality gold jewlery I have ever seen. The Owners are professional, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend shopping at Ram Creations for a one of a kind special gift for yourself or someone else.

Not recommended, DONT BUY and FOOL yourself. The price is 60% high (Online 22k gold price 56$ per gram but they are saying ornaments gram price is 73$. the total purchase price/ended up with 90$ per gram after their calculations on the price tag). It doesnt matter if you buy 5 grams or 20 grams+, only their justifications reasons are different (You can see other reviews and many people mentioned the same thing as PRICE IS VERY VERY HIGH). The final thing is money doesnt matter but the indigestible thing is how you were fooled. The associates are very helpful & polite and the designs are nice.

I love the service. Staff is very polite and helpful especially Mr.Sanjay. One day I reached the store when they were about to close, even then they helped to find my stuff and made arrangements to deliver my product. Unfortunately I had issues with delivery but these guys handled very well and took care of the issue. They were in touch with me until my package was received by my brother. Rates are high. Sales person is rude. He is not polite. . I felt they doesn’t how to treat a customer. They treat different from customer to customer. I don’t know how they judge . From the owners down, all people working there are courteous and pleasant. Their current prices are outrage, because there is no competition (nearby) and them taking it as advantage from customers. Before visiting compare prices in market, Ram Creations prices are atleast 70% to 90% (may be more for some items) higherthan other stores (overall markup is 120% to 150% on gold price depends on the time). Their saying is piece price for any item you chose. We are giving business, but they felt like doing favor for us by selling items which is absolutely NOT.You may wondering why I wrote review as Anonymous, more than that think about your own hard earning money we cannot let some one else grow with our money. We should expect to get good value of return for each $ you spent.One Star is for the location and variety of items available in store.THINK THINK THINK before you go to the Shop, save your $buck$ or get good value return.

Professional and friendly staff

Recently bought a chain an ring, the price is too high when asked about it the staff was rude and speaks as if he his the only person knows about gold business and hw it works.

Horrible service, they try to scam you when you purchase anything. Once you show interest in a product, they suddenly price gouge and raise their prices. Ridiculous prices, dirty business practices, unethical, don’t shop here or you’ll be disappointed!!

Some of the golds are low quality

Highly Overpriced ... I purchased a gold earring ( non Hallmark) and the salesperson gave a discount of 30% on the marked prices, but after I came home and compared with Gold price and also with another very reputed Jewelry store from India in US ( which sells only Hallmark Jewelry), I see that I ended up paying 25% more that current benchmark price Gold item in US which includes the Gold rate and making charge.

I am totally surprised to see negative reviews, as the staff at Ram Creations is the most polite and professional, I have ever met. Their customer service is excellent. I have been buying jewelry from them over the years. Ram Creations have the most variety of designs and quality in gold and diamond jewelry and in Lladro. And they take pride in their product. And I am a very happy customer and will not shop any where else for my precious jewelry.

I was there for 1st time and they do have nice collection. But they need lot of training on how to treat and deal with customers. I mean no matter what is your customer need may be like buying something new, to fix a jewelry anything everyone is equal. I mean just because your store suddenly became busy you dont push your customers out so you can take care of your other customers . Very disappointing.

Not customer friendly.. I asked for proper bill for the gold piece they use to fix my pendant. The Guy refuse to give me the proper bill and charged 200 dollars for it. All I ask was proper bill so I know how much gold they use and what he was charging me for service fee..

First I dont feel bad for my feedback. Today on the occasion of akshaya tritiya I went to buy a gold ring for my wife he showed us the ring which is not meeting her size. I started asking as if the can make a custom ring at around 5gms and response was very humiliating and he didnt even looked at our face and started wishing their regular customers and joking with them. They need only rich customers who can buy high value ornaments.To the Business Owner i pretty well know that he is your long lasting employee and you value him. As a customer i can never excuse. Please hang a sign board saying only high value purchasers are welcome.
