The store was POORLY stocked and it was a mess. The manager lady was VERY rude. They need to close for good!!

GREAT LOCATION - fully stocked, everything was organized & color coordinated-- the staff was very friendly-- will definitely visit again.

Its never open anymore. Randomly closes. Not stocked. Clearly a staff problem but they arent communicating enough for anyone to know when they can shop. Just take my $$$ already.

Hands down the worst Dollar Tree Ive ever been to. The entire store looked like a tornado came through. Nearly every shelf was empty and what stock they did have was half on the floor. Grimy, dirty shelves get a no from me. Left and wont use this location again.

It wasvery messy things every where and the shelves were empty and they hardly had anything. It was like the store was hit by a tornado. It was really bad. I did not get all the items I needed to get

Stock was low and disorganized. However the Cashier was friendly and helpful.

Well stocked, but the check out line was long & took about 20 minutes. Clearly too many people in such a small space. I do appreciate that someone one announced store wide to practice social distancing.

I really like this Dollar Tree . They are pretty well stocked, clean and neat. Even during the crazy Christmas season. The staff seems to keep things organized. The staff is nice and its location is prime for shoppers as there are other stores in the surrounding area.

The man who checked me out was very friendly and kind. He deserves a raise!

I’m giving 1 star for the cashier who refused to take a torn $5 bill that was 3/4 in tack. She also misrepresented herself giving the excuse “when I take the money to the bank they won’t accept this one.” She literally said that she, as a cashier, takes the money from the store and personally deposits it into the bank. So you get 1 star for hiring a liar

Very organized and stocked

Bad customer service, Conere an old lady who works there, she is so rude. She is really get ruder when you have kids with you. She commends on customers infront of others, she overlooked on my kids while her store was busy and she supposed to be busy in what she gets paid for not for spying on what the kids doing. Really bad service and I am very disapponted from dollar tree to have such a cashier that humuliate people and discriminate them.

What I experienced in this store was pure humiliation embarrassment and discrimination I visited the store on a Saturday morning with my 6 year old son we’re in the store to purchase valentines cards and gifts for his class also birthday gifts and cards for my mother after spending about 10 -15 mins in the store we went to the register to purchase our things my total came up to $16.00 and some change I had a $100 bill folded up in my purse I took it out to pay with that I handed the cashier my $100 bill the cashier states it will be a minute because she has to get change ok no problem she turns around to the store manager who’s standing behind her blowing up balloons the cashier hands the store manager the $100 bill the manager marks the money the line is yellow for whatever reason after that manager continues to inspect the $100 bill after a few mins of the manager inspecting the money she hands it back and says she can’t accept it so at this point I’m in shock and confused as to why she states because the crease in the money mind you it was folded in my purse also because she scratched the money couldn’t feel whatever she was looking for the whole time my son is with me watching this at that point feeling embarrassed I told the cashier don’t worry about my things I didn’t want them feeling confused and upstrout as my son and I are walking out he’s asking me questions like why they couldn’t and wouldn’t take your money feeling upstrout and confused because I have never witnessed anything like this before I drove to the nearest bank which was comerica bank I went through the drive through I immediately explained the situation to the cashier ask her can she tell me if my $100 bill was real after the bank marks my money with 5-6 different markers including the newest marker and putting the money through the machine turns out my money was 100% Real money I call dollar tree the same lady the store manager answers the phone I asked her again why did you turn my money away after you marked it with the marker she stated as above the crease and when she scratched and that she is not a professional key word Professional and that the area on orchard lake is a high traffic area for using counterfeit money or was she trying to imply that because I look young and African American either way it was wrong the bank verified my money twice stating it was real in fact because the bank marked my money so many times they offered to take the $100 and exchange it and give me new money I’m confused as to what’s the point of having a money marker that confirmed my money was real but yet you’re store employee’s can still turn down actual money that’s real I wonder what happens with the counterfeit money in that store sad to say and that was the store manager someone you have running your store making poor judgment like that not cool I will be following up with corporate

Really a bad Coustomer service... when I went to exchange the few things bought for a birthday celebration, I was told by a cashier to keep the bag of items that I have to return near her table and get the items that I want to exchange with but when I return to check out she said the bag was missing. Even after speaking to their supervisor it was of no use, she just said someone might have took the bag mistakenly and they are not responsible for it. I was given a piece of paper to write my telephone number, so that they will call me if they find the bag. It almost have a worth of $12 items in the bag we lost and it’s been more than a month I haven’t received any call from the store. After all loosing my bag I even got a advise from the supervisor to not leave the bag on table 🙄

Horrible customer service! The cashier was so rude! Closed the line as I was putting my things on the belt. She slammed her light off and left. There was one other lane opened. By the time I got over there, I was behind about 5 people. She was still in the back while there was now about 6 people behind me! Obviously the store was busy. She wasnt on her way home. It was still close to morning. Just rude.

I like this place because with me being handicapped I have a electric style wheelchair which I was allowed to ride in the store and the maneuverability through the store was excellent I didnt have no problems the employees were really nice everything was easy to find and the place is really clean I would recommend it to anyone

Without fail this store has a humongous line & only one person to ring everyone up. It ends up being a complete waste of time - every single time. I will no longer be giving this store my business as it is continuously clear they don’t wish to correctly serve their customers.

Lazy employees. Too lazy to take 8 items out of my hand basket at checkout and then asked me to remove my basket from the conveyor belt as well. What other task do is she left to do at that point but to hit total?

Horrible customer service. Wait in line for their slow rude staff long line then wants to stop the long line of paying customers because the paper man comes in and he wants to be in a hurry?? We all in a hurry and were paying customers smh never again would I go there and no manager on duty either what a joke

I work in this plaza and aj the employees there are usually rude and must hate their job. Lines are always very long and take about 10+ minutes. I dont recommend this store. Workers will be in isles and watch the lines grow and do nothing about it. Someone should get in here and shape this store up.

This store is OK. Everything is $1. People working there seems nice enough. There was a lady worker there who kept yelling out the other workers names constantly and loudly in the aisles was really annoying and unprofessional.They also seem to be out of stuff alot.

There was some arguing between customers and workers but other than that they all seemed friendly towards me and everything was stocked

It feels like a country in Japan. There is not much assortment, but it is available to some extent. American-like cute tapes, party goods, and event goods can be purchased cheaply.
