Amazing store, amazing staff. They take time to know you by name, and take notes on your preferences and small details based on your conversation. Nobody is pushy and the sales style is casual. All the staff are outstandingly professional and you can see they enjoy their job and love finding the piece that is just right for you, no matter what it takes. Very willing to work with you on online pieces too. They helped us piece together my wedding ring set with as much care as if it were their own.

We have been going to Kay on Orchard Lake since we moved into Oakland County. My fiance bought my engagement ring last year, and most recently we went and picked out (2) bands - my wedding band and one we traded my earrings in for, for daily wear. We have been dealing with one salesman in particular but everyone has always been very welcoming & helpful in the store. He is very helpful whenever we go in and offers suggestions or thoughts on what were looking for but is never pushy or trying to sell us. He also helps us get the best bang for our buck - which is always our main concern! We are very pleased with our experience & plan to continue our business with this location.

The Kay jeweler staff on orchard like road is amazing. They all are knowledgeable about what they are doing and they provide extremely great customer service. My fiancé and I both got our rings from there and we are very satisfied. Keep up the good work guys!

This review is mostly on personnel. Staff members are friendly, helpful and thorough. There was not too much pressure to purchase. Dont have enough data to compare their prices with other jewelers. Their designs are usually quite intriguing.

My ring came back from being sized fine and looking great. I was, however, a little disappointed that I wasn’t contacted when it came back. I went in two weeks later by chance and it was back.

I have to say I would travel to come to this Kay Store. After a horrible experience at the Kay’s store in Novi Mall ( by the manager Timothy ) I was determined to find a store that was just as excited for me to be there as for them. I was upgradeing my wedding ring that I purchased from the Kay’s store in Novi in 2005. My daughter and I and her friend were greeted with such excitement and professionalism. Josh (Manager) and his associates were fantastic, patient and very informative. They listened to me and my likes and by the time it was all said and done I walked out with a one of a kind masterpiece. I was in tears when Josh put it together. If you want to be treated like a Queen or King do not hesitate to visit this store.

I had to make a purchase of multiple necklaces and watches for my wedding party. Not only were they able to track down what I needed they did their best to save me as much money as possible.

Absolutely horrible experience. We had ordered a custom ring and matching band, and had begun making payments on it. A few weeks before the wedding they called to let us know that our estimate was off by almost twice the cost and that we owed them the difference if we wanted our set to be completed. Management denied any responsibility and insisted that this was an estimate and it was out of their hands, regardless of the paper contract they provided us with. Needless to say, we canceled our order, but they still insisted we owed them an additional $600 for them to cover processing our order thus far. I would avoid this jeweler/location if possible!

The only reason I come to this location is its distance to my home. Otherwise I would never come here. Even with a manager change they still have horrible customer service. Avoid this location if you can.

Went in on my lunch break expecting to be in and out. They had 2 people working and only one customer and it still took over 15 minutes to be talked too. I needed some links removed on a watch and the guy didnt even check if he had the proper tools he just said no he didnt. What kind of corporate jewelry store is not fully equipped with the right tools
