I go to Heartland weekly. I love their meat selections here and their value. I also enjoy their friendly staff. They really give it a family feel, which is probably the biggest appeal for me.Do they have the lowest prices? Not with everything. But, they are quite competitive and I prefer their beef and chicken selections over most.Even if some of their prices might be a little higher, their customer service is impeccable. Thats why I continue to come here.

They had a good deal on Starfish tuna! Pretty decent store. A little pricey on some items but still good store.

Good place overall. Prices are fair, and their variety of product is nice. I like the self checkout process. It would be 5 starts if they had a more complete “tools” section. E.g. screwdrivers or bike accessories, just the basics. Also, please accept Apple Pay!

Very convenient, prices are very good on sale days if you are looking for that particular item. Rarely is too busy. Deli and bakery are quite good. Much preferred to the larger Krogers or even Meijers and much more convenient.

A treat for sore eyes. Best for people who want to shop in peace. Neatly arranged items and a very colorful place. First place that comes to my mind, when I want to shop now!

My grandpa went to the jewelry repair store in this building with the hopes of getting my late Aunts tennis bracelet fixed and upon hearing that the recipient was no longer with us it was done free of charge the experience I had in this establishment is astounding and truly amazing. I recommend coming here for all of your jewelry repairs not only was it a great fix it was also amazing people.

Very nice store! Its a very clean store and feels nice and humble. Prices are a little high but like all grocery stores they flex time to time. You can usually find a really good deal and this store carries products I usually cannot find in most places like strawberry lemonade Arizona teas. This stores biggest strength is probably within its fresh departments like meat, deli, bakery. Deli meals are cheap and tasty! Would recommend this store for small shopping and a ready to go meal or some lunch.

I went there today. Everyone of their tomatoes were soft and would be rotten after 2 days. I cant believe they put these tomatoes out for sale. This is normal there. I would suggest going elsewhere to buy your produce.

I used to go weekly to this place. It’s a nice selection of products and great prices. But at the beginning of the pandemic I got yelled at by one of their employees for being “too close” - yes, yelled and verbally harassed. He could have asked me politely, but chose to be very impolite.since that event I decided to not spend my or my family’s money there. What a shameful and embarrassing situation for a costumer.

Better quality fresh items than the national chains and great variety in wine, brands available here that can not be found in a big box retailer like kroger or walmart.

The people are Great but they are still using the stupid arrows and it makes it hard for someone with feet, legs and health problems the arrows do absolutely nothing but make people mad. Get rid of them and I would give the store more stars.

This used to be my go to place to shop, the meat department was usually clean and well stocked. Ive noticed since Ron no longer works there its gone downhill FAST! It smells, Ive seen stuff like this several times. I takes takes forever to get assistance. Back to Kroger I go, I cant trust their meat. My neighbors and I have all decided that its not worth the risk.

I like Heartland for shopping during Covid-19. Its a huge store and never, ever packed with people. Ive been there on occasions where I was the only one in an aisle. The only thing I dont like about it is that they dont carry a lot of the brands that we like. Other than that, theyre great!

Its great having a neighborhood grocery. Nice selection and nice people. Parking lot was resurfaced in the past year so an overall improved look. I can park close to the entrance and the inside is just right size.

I liked the layout of the store and the large variety of options. It has both the feel of a large chain store and a neighborhood store at the same time as its large and well stocked but the staff was friendly and it felt like people shopping were regulars. Its nice not to have to fight the crowd to shop, too. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is that the pricing is higher on many things so it may be hard to choose to come here all the time.

We come here often for convenience sake. However, in the past 6 months the customer service has completely tanked. The cashiers especially need to be re-trained. After a negative experience a few months ago, against my better judgement, I continued to go there. It helped that the cashier that usually works at self-checkout is very sweet and helpful.However, yesterday I had an incredibly uncomfortable experience. We waited for a long time in line (I understand they were short-staffed, and we didnt mind). But, when it came our my son was standing by the bag station, and read our family which is written on the plastic bags. The cashier said thats not what the bag says in a rude manner. I thought she was making a weird joke, so I just ignored it. But she started arguing with my 8 year old that the bag did not say our family on it. It got to the point that the lady behind us in line told her she was being inappropriate. At this point I dont even want to come back as she made me and my son so uncomfortable.

I was at the store to do money order at the customer service it was 6:34 pm on Thursday 1/28/2021 I always go there because it’s close to my house to do all my groceries and I needed money order and the lady at the customer service was very rude she always rude she gave me a hard time she said “ I just did my report and I said I’m sorry if you can’t do it it’s fine and she grabbed my money and she asked me to organize them very rude way and she throw my change while she was so mad l don’t know why she just could say “ I’m sorry but we are closed” but she didn’t she did my money order without any respect.I don’t think I’m going to shop there because it seems you don’t respect your customers.

The store itself as quite clean, though had average prices which were higher than other retail establishments. Had gone with my daughter, who needed to pee, and no, she couldnt hold it. Hence went to the restroom, which was a gag-inducing experience, the place smelling strongly of #2, and no tissue roll, apart from one on the floor. I left feeling that we needed to take a shower, which I actually did, on getting home.

Best chiropractor in the area. Straight forward. Tells you what you need and what you dont. I always feel great after my visits. Office staff is great too!

I just love Heartland Marketplace. You cannot find a better meat department. Its always immaculate. The selection is awesome. I would like to recognize one of the meat cutters, Mark. His customer service is exceptional. He always goes above and beyond to help me. I certainly hope this review reaches mgmt because he definitely deserves to be recognized for always being professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Even offering cooking tips and recipes. If he doesnt know something, he doesnt just leave you with I dont know He researches, even if its not his Dept. Mark is one of a kind. He is why I stay shopping at Heartland, even though I could go down the street and save a little money. Marks service is worth the extra. Thank you Mark!

This neighborhood market is really a hidden gem. The pasta and tomato sauce options, for example, are the best in the city. They carry a lot of options all over the store. They have multiple organic products in each department. I wish they would advertise how many organic products they carry. Some products are higher priced but overall the selection is really great.

The bakery is excellent. The store is generally clean, and prices are decent. Their deli is very good, and beef selection is good. But the limited amount of fresh chicken they have is kind of expensive. But overall, its a very nice grocery store with a much nicer atmosphere than the local Kroger.

Lots of great advertised bargains each week. The store is bright, clean, well organized, and rarely busy (great for lines, but hopefully business is booming when I am not looking). They also offer all sorts of special discounts. I am always happy with their produce selection.

I bought some sushi here and one of the pieces had some mold on it, shameful, that couldve killed someone.

Perfect local pit stop. Open most holidays, even though its reduced hours. Good selection, including some oddities. I get a lot of lamb center cut ribs here, and other meat to BBQ. Specials on bulk meat like my strip slabs are great.

I love shopping here. The store is always clean. The only complaint I have is with the deli department. They dont show you the first slice to see if its sliced the way you want it. When I ask to see the first slice and tell them I want it sliced thinner, and they say, I cant slice it any thinner. Not true. I use to work in a deli.
