What a great place to take your ride for repairs. Unfortunately I didnt purchase mine from there but I will in the future. They was able to get extended warranty to cover my repairs and kept me informed threw the whole process. They have earned my business forsure. Definitely worth the hour drive.

Just bought my sixth vehicle (SXS, ATV)from this dealership. As usual their pricing can’t be beat! They always have the best selection of inventory as well. The whole process was super fast. They installed all my accessories while I paid for the unit! They also have a great service and parts department! Josh,Steve, Andrew are the guys to see!

Service was awesome. Called them with a jet ski issue. Dropped it off on Saturday picked up Monday when everyone else was 3-6 weeks out to even look at it. Communication was great, very professional. This is the best place in a 500 mile radius to get your Sea-Doo repaired. They always do a good job. And they always charge a fair price. I really cannot recommend them more. I will literally drive my Sea-Doo two hours to get it here instead of any place closer. On all the trap is about 3 1/2 to 4 hours round-trip. And it’s worth it

First time ever owning a Polaris. Let me just say the whole experience of getting behind the wheel was very easy thanks to the Sales Department (Steve).Service Department equally impressive. I live over 100 miles away and was able to set up an appointment for break maintenance. I had a bad experience when I went to get my new tires put on the rims. The service manager called me the next morning and left a voice mail. He was real decent and apologized for what happened and asked to call him back. I gave him a call in the afternoon after I got the voice mail and we were able to work things out. He sent me to a closer location in festus and had them get my tires put on immediately and they did. I really appreciate the call to fix what happened like someone who cares. Thank you guys for being polite, working with me and getting my tires all done

This place is pretty cool. The people there are really amazing and very helpful. If you bring something in to get fixed it may take a minute because they get really back up with people needing this or that done and the price can really shoot up on you quick If your not careful but all in all its great. If I could give zero stars I would.Back story:My husband and I have been looking for a sxs and we would rather do business local then to go to another state. We went to midwest they said they didnt have any 4 seaters in our price range, but if they did get one they would call us. We got a call in a used sxs and we went to go look at it, we sat down with the salesmen and the manager negotiated prices with him, after deciding on a price he asked if we could come back the next morning to finish our paperwork because it was so late in the day they would call us and let us know when to come in . The next morning I never gotten a phone call so I called and the salesmen said there was a “misunderstanding” that the sxs we talked about had already been sold but he did not know. I asked ok did they run our credit on that machine he said YES! So now we have no sxs and they ran our credit on a SOLD MACHINE! And conveniently they “still” cant find one in our price range.If you can, I would go some where else and never do business there what a complete joke!

After visiting 3 other Polaris Dealers in relatively close proximity to my home, in search for a specific Ranger (570 Crew 6 seater)/which was advertised as in stock on their websites, but actually wasn’t, I called to Midwest Sports Center in Farmington, and spoke with a decent, honest professional salesman, Steve Craig. He advised me none were on hand, but was expecting one in 3 to 4 weeks. It actually showed up in a little over 2 weeks, exactly what I ordered. The 160 mile round trip from my home was well worth the effort. I was met with a laid back, no pressure salesman and staff, and finally bought the Ranger we had our sights on.I’ll gladly go this dealership for OEM parts as needed. Great customer service complimented a proven dependable Polaris Ranger.

No one likes being overcharged. The people are so nice and friendly but we were blatantly taken advantage of. We brought our Polaris in for a maintenance checkup, the vehicle we purchased from them. Once the oil and spark plugs were finished, they found a broken fitting and called to get our ok to fix. All good so far. We arrived at the shop to pick it up and were told it needed a boot kit. $38 part and we were told we could just wait for the work to be completed as they put it on the rack. No more than 30 minutes later, all done and husband pays the Bill of $427.99. Once in our car, we have time to study the bill and found we were charged 1 1/2 hours labor @$85 hr or $127.50 for a 30 minute job. I called back and the receptionist begrudgingly agreed to refund $68. (How she came up with that number vs. the hourly rate of $85, I don’t know). No explanation of how this overcharge happened, no apology, in fact she sounded mad they were caught in their lie. If we were not waiting in the parking lot for this last add-on repair, we would have have trusted them to be honest. BUSTED! This is just wrong. Be wary !

Well made a appointment 5 months in advance asked to have light bar also blinker system installed light bar dont work its brand new they said thet couldnt install blinkers cause its the wrong one.well you gave me info on what to purchase they didnt install it.so I called about when to pick up my side by side when they said it would be 3 days it was 3 wks later place has no idea whos doing what.

Gage Harris is probably the most rude employee at the entire store. Acts like he doesn’t need your money and won’t do anything extra to accommodate a a customer coming hours away to purchase one of his RZR Turbos in cash. Cans definitely tell he is the owners son by how cocky and careless he is towards customers. He can do as he pleases without consequence.

The first thing I noticed about going here was how unwelcomed I felt. The man I delt with didnt seem like he knew anything about what I was looking for. Luckily I did some research of what I wanted before going because he wouldnt have told me any of the features that the Polaris ranger 570 offered if I didnt know to ask him about it. My husband and I purchased it and they delivered it when they said it would be here but with an empty tank. Unprofessional and wouldnt deal with them again.

Absolutely wouldnt do business here again. I dropped off my ATV for a quote to have work done, they told me it would be $3000. There wasnt enough work that needed to be done that justified that price quote, so I went to pick up my ATV. They charged me $40 for 30 minutes of service, not to mention that when I got it home I noticed it was missing parts that were previously there when I dropped it off, and also that my new battery was completely drained. I called them to notify and they told me they would find it and call me back right away. It took calling and waiting on hold 3 separate occasions just to be told that they lost it and ordered me new parts. I then had to spend more money in gas just to pick up the parts they lost due to carelessness. I will not recommend anyone to this business and will go out of my way to steer others clear of them. Highly unsatisfactory.

Well I purchased this 2011 m109r le beauty almost five years ago. The owner gave me a great price. So good I drove from Atlanta Ga to get it. It was his personal bike. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars. Was because of I guess trust. He wouldnt take a check, credit card or cash. Puzzled me. Im fortunate that I didnt need to finance. I guess cash isnt king anymore. But we found a way for me to bring this beast home. Then I took it home and took it apart and customized it and made it mine. Thanks

I have mixed feelings about this company. They will work with you on payments for work done. HOWEVER. I paid them over $1400. I got my Harley back it was missing bolts, the reflector bracket had been broken clean off and not replaced and I had to haul the bike home because it still wouldnt start. I finally sold the bike to a friend who had to replace the shifter which had also been damaged and put new spark plugs on replacing the ones I had paid for which were not new. If you need work done and have to make payments they will work with you but dont expect your bike to be returned in better condition than you left it. 2 stars being generous.

I absolutely LOVE Midwest Sports Center! If youre going to buy a new toy, this is the place you want to get it from. The sales department is friendly but not pushy, just informative and knowledgeable. And let me tell you about the service department. Oh man, these people are great!! I have a Seadoo that was passed down to me from a family member. When I got it, I could barely haul it and knew nothing about how it worked really. I had been with my mom to Midwest a couple of times, she always swore shed never take it anywhere else, so I followed in her lead. I was so nervous towing it there, stopped at least five times to make sure it wasnt coming off of the trailer. And when I got there, one of the technicians, Ryan, made me feel so SO much better. He took the time to show me a few things on it, checked the tire pressure on the trailer, really went above and beyond, all the while being so friendly, I felt like Id known him all my life. And for a grand total of....nothing. When you get your seadoo winterized there, they de-winterize it for free, so he knew the whole time that there was no bill. He just cared enough to take excellent care of a customer. Not to mention, a customer that forgot the key to the darn thing so he had to create a new key. Sherri in the service department is also amazing, always friendly and happy to help. I get the same vibe from her when I go in, like were old friends even though I only see them twice a year. If you cant tell, I cannot speak highly enough of this place.

They answered the phone promptly, but where do they dig up these reviews? I was told by the fella that I spoke to, they would NOT install a battery or a ignition switch/toggle switch, or any thing else-if it was not one of theirs. Would not even look at it. That is not good service! Sad. I wanted this ready for my wife birthday and maybe buy another for me. Definitely would not buy from them or do business with them. Big score today 1-5 ??? I say 0. Did not even attempt to help. At least he didnt have the nerve to try and sell me something.

Midwest Sports Center was under renovation when we visited but we were still able to easily access the facility and the great staff we encountered there. Steve, our sales person and Josh, the manager both worked to take care of our needs. They have an excellent office manager, Penny, who had worked with us to complete our paperwork. I unfortunately dont remember the name of the parts department person but he had secured the proper travel cover and winter storage covers Id requested by the time we went to pick up our Can am Spyder. If you are in the market for ATV, utv, Spyders, or pwcs this may be the place you want to shop.
