Randy was outstanding. He came over to my house to help me try to put all my video and audio components together in one remote. Unfortunately, some of my equipment was too old. Randy did his best with what I had, but his suggestion was that it was not in my best interest to purchase the remote. Because of his integrity and customer care, I know that when I get to a point to upgrade, Randy will be the first person I will call.

Notes on the ticket does not reflect what is said verbally. Very few technicians, not enough to cover commercial customers. Never given a straight answer or solution. We were told that they would research our problem and give us a call back. A couple of months later and no call. Note on work order stated, some cameras offline the IT manager will look into the problem and call us back. Us being NextLevel.Nothing NextLevel about this company. You get faster support at an Apple Store.Spare yourself your budget and go with another company.
