I do not recommend this place at all. I bought subs and box but did not fit my needs. The owner stated there is no refunds but can offer exchange and offered a solution to possible fix the box. He wanted to do a fast, poor solution and then blamed me for taking his time. He then just walked away when I did not want a fast, poor solution. He walked off blaming me for not having a resolution. He did not even offer again the exchange he stated earlier. I will no longer do business here.

Had a system installed in my 2020 Tundra crewmax. I had a great experience start to finish. Scott was professional and explained products that would go into the truck. The final product sounds great and is exactly what I was looking for!

Owner is not very pleasant but his wife is very nice. They installed a radio for my son the wife was the only one who came out to tell us how it works. There is no refund policy and they dont have it posted anywhere at there counter. Need anything done McCain Auto is where you need to go.

The store may not be much to look at when you first walk in the door. They do have a pretty cool display showroom set up. The biggest thing you get here that makes it an awesome place is that the service is of great quality and the expertise and knowledge is outstanding. They had the install kit I needed for one of those aftermarket car radios.

QUESTIONS, INSTALLATION, EXTRA CHARGESI went in not having a clue what I wanted having been out of the car audio scene for the better part of 15 years. I told them what I wanted in a car audio system and what I didnt want. Instead of them trying to sell me the most expensive or most powerful sub, they recommended product with plenty of potential at a very reasonable price.Then came the installation. I stayed at the store through the entire process, constantly checking their monitors broadcasting the work being done in the garage. My application required interior body panels to be removed, my whole dash, and even my driver seat! No shortcuts were taken during the install. Instead of having to come back the next day for my vehicle to be finished, they continued to work well past their closing time. After going through all that havoc, they did NOT charge me an extra dime for any of the installation.I am VERY happy with my product and very happy with the treatment of their customers. They were very patient, very friendly, and very intelligent with all their products.

I recently acquired a 2005 Honda odyssey. It has an aftermarket Kenwood stereo. I noticed that whenever I would turn the volume up that I would get a terrible staticky noise. The previous owner told me that I would need to replace all the speakers in the car so that they could handle the wattage of the new stereo. I took it to Paradise Village, where they removed the stereo and took a look at things and noticed a tiny little prong that was bent. They fixed that and took care of it for me for only a diagnostic charge. Solved the whole problem!My knowledge of car stereos is minimal, so they could have easily told me that I needed to replace the stereo or add an expensive piece of equipment and I would’ve believed them. However, they were very honest with me and now my stereo and speakers are working perfectly. Very honest people! Would highly recommend. I will definitely return here should I have issues in the future. Thank you again!

I would rather buy here than the big box stores, I have purchased a TV in the past and feel like I am a person here more than just another number... When I walk in this store they make me feel like I am the only customer and know me by name, when I walk into the big box stores the atmosphere is cold and dry. I would rather feel like an appreciated person rather than just a number that the big box stores dont really care if you buy or not cuz there is another number standing behind me. I highly recommend this place! I have family that has been here and they have all been very pleased. Reasonable prices. I went in because I thought I had a blown speaker and the owner changed the settings on my stereo and didn’t charge me and wouldn’t let me pay him anything. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to rip me off because the guy with the stereo place in Cortez (where I’m from) ripped me off several times!!

No refunds offered if you want to go a different direction with your set up, even if unopened. Sold me a sub that couldnt handle amp. Throwing stuff at me like you need this and this and this. Sub blew in 2 days (3hrs off play time at there tune). Made me Pay for shipping to send sub back, laughed at cause supposedly I was the first to blow a kicker sub. LOL, told it was around $20-30 for shipping and was told 3-5 days, ended up being 10 days and $55+. Got the new sub and 3 weeks later, sub blew at there tune. Just wanted to sale me expensive things and no advise. No knowledgeable people with not one trophy. Second time sub blew on a Friday at noon was told Scott or anyone couldnt help me until Monday when there open Saturdays. Well, guess what, filed a complaint and everything was paid in full on them. Dont let this company fool you. Nice to sell but didnt even get a phone call from Scott asking what may have happened. THANKS for everything. May god bless there souls but I do believe in KARMA. It happened in full Saturday. Sold me items on display not new. Hope this helps. God bless.

I purchased my home entertainment system thru Scott 5 years ago. I had a Samsung Authorized repair man come out to fix my tv as it was out of warranty. Although Scott with Paradise Village knew it was out of warranty he went out of his way to help me take the big screen off the wall so the repair man could work on it and once done he sent his two best guys whom were most professional and kind, to reconnect and place the heavy tv back on the wall for me.
