Had a great experience here and they were very professional, Customer service was amazing. They gave me no trouble getting my vehicle in and out of the shop. Mechanics were very good at calling me with an update on my vehicle also the paint job was great, you couldnt even tell there was any damages. Highly recommend this place to others.

I’ve been to many repair shops before and it’s normally draining and exhausting. I dropped my nova for repairs and AC work expecting it to be there for a long time. Not only did they work very quickly and professionally, they didn’t leave a mess like most places do! AND they did it with a smile. Chris is such an asset to this team! He works great with customers, I would absolutely come back again and “Do The Deal” with Chris and his team at Star Collision!

Staff very friendly. Had my vehicle worked on, took a week but they did an awesome job. Ask for Eddie. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the damage done to my car. Eddie let me know what he was going to do step by step. When I saw my vehicle I was in awe. Star Collision Center is the one to go to. Pictures of my damage car before and after.

This place had bad costumer service nice at first just to make you fill good about doing business with them. Once they work on your vehicle expect for more problems to occur and if they do warranty work theyll tell you they will tow it, it may sound free until you have a tow fee when you come pick it up your vehicle. Best thing to do then is dont take your vehicle back if you havent already or you may hear something else is wrong with it. If your thinking of taking vehicle dont. Waste of your time and money. I would recommend Fast Freddys in Farmington NM over Star Collusion these guys are no good last time for me. I wouldnt even rate them one star but the only way I could post.

I was very pleased throughout the entire process. Eric did my estimate, the repair/paint job where I had a deep scratch looks amazing. The repair came in under the quote as rear window glass did not have to be removed. Eric kept me informed, I could return the rental car earlier to save another day fee! I had them to do the front end alignment on my 2004 avalanche with low lift, they do their best to balance it it took around nearly 2 hours. About 800 miles on it, indeed I was satisfied with their front end alignment service so much than before. Nothing other business will do the front end alignment on my 2004 avalanche because it was too low lift for them to doing the alignment.

This company did a great job at ensuring the car was done perfectly, and that it was done in a timely manner. The only concern that I had is that I received my car back with handprints, and dust all on the interior. The outside was washed, but the interior was neglected.

Finished over a month later than scheduled, told us new parts weren’t available so they wanted to use junk yard parts on my King Ranch truck just to find the new parts were Available but for some reason Star was choosing not to use them. Very unprofessional and Rude!!! Now that I’ve questioned them on their poor practices they won’t return my calls but they still have my truck!!!

To start they used after market parts that don’t fit my car correctly. My car was wrecked. After they returned it to me I noticed my door handle wasn’t fixed, they didn’t tell me. I had to figure that out myself. I drove back and the guy said oh yeah I ordered it, I’ll call you when it comes in. It’s been over a year now..

My mother swears by their service. I believe her as her vehicles are in constant danger as she drives on the Navajo Nation and her family lives near a coal company. Deers, large coal blocks, random junk dropped, severe weather, late night driving, and more constantly keep her SUVs in danger.

My car got backed into and had some bumper damage. Took it to Star and they hooked it up! Eddie was my estimator and took good care of me. I had more damage then intially thought and he communicated with the insurance company to get it covered. Plus when I got my car back, it was washed and vacuumed. Took very good care of me. Work was done fairly fast on left side rear quarter panel, about 4 days, but there was one small rough spot I could feel when running my hand over the work area. There was no communication during the week until the work was done and the vehicle ready to be returned. The vehicle was returned to me quite dirty - there was white powder from the body work found inside the gas tank door, a white powder mess on the black interior driver seat headrest and on the carpet behind the drivers seat, and something splattered on the interior windshield which made thousands of little dots all over the windshield. My radio station was changed to a different station than what I had left it on, and the headlight interior brightness had been adjusted to very dim so that I couldnt see the dashboard when I drove away.

Cant reach them by phone during work hours. Body panel is crooked where they installed it. Broke mirror adjustment after they inspected it. Took a day longer than insurance company had specified in their adjustment, rental car facility wanted to charge me for extra day.

It would be nice if they went a little beyond had a few scratches they could have cleaned up while it was there even at extra cost also did not take note rear brake light got damaged in hail storm and told them about it washed truck and light filled up with water agian all in good work

Star collision repaired my truck after it was fit with rocks all down the driver side. Star collision painted the drivers and replaced most of the molding. This is brand new truck that hasn’t even had the first oil change yet. They did a very good job. You can’t tell it ever happened. They are my new go to repair shop. Eddie is a great guy, he is your go to man.

Took my car in. The. Said. The would fix everything from my accident. And. The oil leak. I get the car back six days later. Only half the. Broken stuff is painted. Bolts are falling out and it’s leaking worse then when I brought. It in. My had red marks. On the. Ground effects. We will see if they make it right.

Wonderful customer service! Our Xterra was in a wreck and when we got it back, it looked brand-new. Ryan and Cody took good care of us and were excellent at explaining the process to us while our car was in the shop. Highly recommend Star Collision to anyone looking for wonderful car repair!

Worst place ever!!! Hit a deer, needed repairs to my driver door. Took the car in, FOUR WEEKS LATER, I got the car back. Had new paint job on the door and back bumper. Everything looked nice until I opened the door when I got home and noticed bubbles in the paint, then a burn was noticed in my carpet, one of my buttons on my door panel doesnt work, and the door wouldnt close all the way without being forced. Not to mention, when we picked up the car we heard loud music coming from the shop area. Upon starting the vehicle, we realize that it was OUR CAR making all that loud music! They turned all my stereo settings up to max!! We let them know about the complaints with no response. I then emailed my insurance(progressive) who said they would make sure my car was fixed. Since then Ive met and spoke with the owner of the business who also assured me my car would be fixed just needed to take it back. Took the car back, nothing has changed at all to my car. Every time we picked up the vehicle, they would say they needed 2 more hours passed the quoted time they gave me that very morning!! After our second visit, the owner Cody, told us he had to order a part for our door panel buttons. This was nearly 6 weeks ago...... weve yet to hear anything from them. They (Cody) admitted fault, and still wont fix the vehicle.... I am looking into representation to take them to court for damages to my brand new vehicle which now feels like a used piece of crap....

I had to get my rear bumper fixed and I wasnt sure where to take it. I have heard about star collision and figured I would just take it there. They let me know my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I got there and received my keys to find that my key pad was broken. Half of the plastic on the back was missing and when I tried pushing the buttons to unlock or lock my doors it didnt work. The plastic on most key pads are pretty strong and dont break easily. I have dropped my keys a couple of times and the key pad never broke or cracked. For them to break it had to have taken a lot. When I told the manager that the key pad was broken and that I didnt give it to them like that, he proceeded to tell me that I was lying and thats how they had received the keys. Im pretty sure I would remember if my key pad was broken. To call your customers liars is just ridiculous. I will never come here again.

I had no idea where to take my vehicle after the back door/window was badly damaged, so I thought Star Collision. But when I wen to go pick up my car a week later the third row seat belt was broken and it was working fine when I dropped it off. I spoke with the manager and he said they can replace it if I buy the part and pay for it. It wasnt even my fault!! But the work is very sloppy and not worth paying. Just do yourself a favor and do not go there!

Service is terrible.I had my car taken here against my better judgment as I had heard bad things about them. My sister had issues with them working on her vehicle. However they were a preferred shop for my insurance company and I live 400 miles away so my options were limited. I was given 2 different dates of completion and the final day we actually got our car was nearly a week later than the first date we were given. This kept my wife away from home that entire time. On the day of pick up I was given a time it was to be completed and sent my wife the 2 hours after the given time and it wasnt completed for another hour after that. Also while under there care a piece that was not broken upon arrival to there shop and a piece very unlikely to be damaged in the accident was some how mysteriously broken while they were driving my vehicle. I was given many excuses to try and explain away this issue and am still unsure of how it was actually damaged. I have nothing good that came from working with them. Do not take your vehicle here to get repaired.

This body shop was Very unprofessional. I brought in my car because i hit a deer. It was supposed to take 2 weeks to be fixed after 4 weeks they called me in to pick my car up said it was all ready. I go in to pick it up and they didnt even fix things that were broken and they broke a part off my seat they did a horrible paint job. i didnt pick it up and i told them they needed to fix the things that were broke and redo the paint job . They call me again to tell me my car is ready i go to pick it up and the paint job still looks Horrible and to top it off they tore my seat, gouged a hole in my door on the inside and scratched the inside door jam. After almost 2 months i went and picked my car up .They need better customer service as well. I do not reccomend anyone to use this body shop my experience was a nightmare!!!!!!

My name is Johnny theowner of 2014 Kia Cadenza.The car was in Star Collision Center shop for almost 2 months, Estimate time to get the car repaired by the body shop was 2-3 weeks.The lady from the shop name Tuffy called us on April 20, 2018 Friday saying the car was ready, the only thing was the warning lights were on which they cannot fix and didnt know if it was accident related.I told her there were no warning light on the dash before the accident.We live in Arizona, 1 hour and 30 minutes drive to Farmington, NM where the Star Collision Center was located.At the time of the accident, I talked to a Geico representative who highly recommend Star Collision Center, in fact he said if the Body Shop do not repair the vehicle right we can take the vehicle to another body shop to get the ill repair right.Well low and behold, We pick up the vehicle on Saturday April 21, 2018, Tuffy of Start Collision Center is not there, only the receptionist who told me no one was there on Saturday. There was tag note in the vehicle which were signed by Tuffy and Crystasl of Geico Insurance indicating they inspected the vehicle and it passed the inspection.We notice immediately there were defections1. The interior of the car had dust and debris when the back glass and rear right quarter panel was removed and the interior panel had dirty finger printers where the body shop person touched it. We had to cleaned the interior ourselves.2. The rear seat was not reinstalled right, it had 2 inches of space back it and the rear dash,3. The rear high mount 3rd brake molding was cut and torn, hanging loose in the rear window,4. The rear left exhuast tip was connected to the muffler but there is space between the muffler and exhuast tip. You can tell this by looking at the rear bumper there is a gap making it looking cheap,5. The rear right shock absorbers Star Collision Center installed is not the same as OEM, they installed cheaper item was, the car bottoms out on bumpy road. I had to order OEM shock absorbers for both left and right.6.The car also steer left on level road at 60-70 mph and I had it realigned. The receipt say the alignment was not within the OEM specification.7. We had to go out of our way to go over the defections with Tuffy of Star Collision Center and Crystal of Geico Insurance on April 28th. Tuffy indicated she will get the parts (High mount 3rd Stop light part and part missing on the exhuast tip and call me, it May 15, 2018 and I have not heard from her.8. I called Crystal of Geico to resolve my concern but she left a message to get hold of another Geico agent whose name I did not get but I call his number and left message, he was suppose to called with 24 hours yet I have not heard from him for over 3 weeks now.9. The Star Collision Center was not professional body shop, I would not recommend the place to anyone and the GEICO adjuster Crystal is no help, I would not recommend her also to be adjuster to work on my claim.I0. I am attaching the invoices for parts I had to buy to get the car it was before the accident. I would to request a reimbursement for that amount.11. Shock Absorbers $248.76Rear Bumper Trim Ring Left 99.32Wheel Alignment 123.76Total [email protected] would recommend Geico Insurance agents not to recommend Start Collision Center, Farmington, NM. The personnel in lobby and body shop people were very unprofessional.13. By the way the dash lights that Tuffy and Star Collision Center could turn off, we found out the rear tires just needed some air. I put air in the tires and lights go off.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Johnny DeschenyUpdate: My insurance company had to spend additional money to get the vehicle repair right. I never got a call from the business to this day.

As they brought our car around from the back, after a repair they had done, the Star Collision employee hit another car with our car. Of course they kept it and fixed a minor ding. But what is more upsetting, after getting our car back, is finding out while our car was in their hands, apparently one of their employees (they told me they suspected) ransacked our car and stole numerous items!!! And of course they are not responsible ....... so beware! We won’t use Star Collison and Geico will be notified as well!

Nothing but good things to say about Star Collision. When they say, Lifetime Warranty. They mean it. They repainted my bumper after it started chipping about 1 yr after the original paint job with no questions asked. I highly recommend!
