We experienced a few issues with our vehicle. Oleg personally delivered a very nice loaner to our home, then fixed and returned our truck in perfect condition washed and full of gas. This is my second purchase from oleg in three years. The first is our Honda van which was issue free and we are still driving it today.Another beautiful car for thousands less than retail. I was glad to find her what we needed here, because just like others say in these reviews; Oleg, ONG and by the way Christina his sister alltogether made us feel comfortable and made it fun. My young daughter probably cant appreciate the difference from some of the slick dealerships I have been with. The 90 day warranty makes me feel much more secure that buying from a private party. Wish I lived closer, but for sure if we have some minor problem, I will come back and I know hell take care of us. Oleg runs a great shop! Skilled! First guy I heard talking about fixing Prius battery packs without getting gouged for 2-3thousand like dealerships. Much less, by fixing the individual cells. I know that when we want to replace our 2006 Gr. Caravan, Im going to put in a request to Oleg and let him find and fix a Sienna up for us. Ill always make this my first choice in getting a vehicle. I bought my 2017 Toyota Sienna 2 years ago from Oleg. Service was good, the car was very reliable and well maintained by ONG staff. The owner answered all the questions that I had. We have gone on road trips to Florida, California, Wyoming, and Canada in the past 2 years. I recommend buying from ONG Auto if you want a good vehicle for a decent price.

It was simple things at first. The hood latch didn’t work right. Then the service light comes on a day after purchasing. Turns out the oil is a black sludge. Things that should’ve been done. Then it gets hot. The air conditioner doesn’t work. They never even attempted to fix this. It was still smashed in from the accident it was in. As far as I’m concerned these guys are crooks and the inspector from the state of Minnesota is inept. I have receipts and I should get $700.00 back.

I purchased a used van from ONG Auto. Place is how auto dealerships should be very laid back not pushing you to buy anything. They did Not sugar coating anything they had pictures of the van when it was wrecked. Also he put it up on his lift so I could see the under side of the vehicle. Said I could take it for the day and have another mechanic take a look at it if I wanted and encouraged me to do so. 5 stars I enjoyed doing business.

ONG Auto is a awesome place to get cars. I got my 2019 Honda Civic there for a great price. It is a salvage title and the work done on it is very very good. No issues and fair. Car drives real nice and under 4000 miles. Oleg is a honest and straightforward guy. He let me test drive it for half a day and I let my mechanics friend drive the car and inspect it. The car comes with a 90 day warranty and Oleg was nice enough to program my extra car keys for free! Getting extra keys would be over $100 or more if you went to a Honda dealership. I got them from amazon 2 for $60. That is a deal. I most definitely would recommend this place for good car deals.

I agreed to buy if the pads/rotors and battery were replaced. Oleg: Well take care of itCame to pick up the car 6/4/20 once the loan came through and I asked Oleg if the repairs were done. Oleg: we took care of it for you.Got the car home and checked the rotors. they were turned, but not replaced. The top of the battery looked really clean for a 2015 car so it looked like it had been replaced, probably just wiped cleanI was willing to let the rotors/pads issue go as the car only had 26k on it.My daughter had a no start out on 9/13/20 in LA where she goes to school . After a $75 jump start through State farm emergency roadside assistance I scheduled an appt for next day at a Pep Boys service center. The battery needed replacement by no small measure. It was the original battery and had never replaced as promised. A 5 year old original battery is a problem waiting to happenCost was $172.45 for similar battery replacement. I sent Oleg all docs (including car VIN on Pep Boys service documents) and asked him to send me a check for this.3 emails and 1 letter (with all documentation) later since 9/14/20 I have had no response.There is not much more to say.Do not trust his word. Get everything in writing or physically verify all promised repairs before you sign anything.You cannot trust the word of OLEG VDOVCHENKO.

This review is probably a bit overdue. I have purchased two vehicles from ONG Auto.In 2011 we bought a 2005 Vibe with 80k miles. It was probably the best vehicle we ever owned. We had no (zero) issues with the vehicle. We drove it for about 70k miles and then had to upgrade due to a growing family. We only had to replace standard items (brakes, bearings, etc.).In 2018 we bought a 2017 Sienna from ONG. So far we have put about 16k miles on it and have had no (zero) issues. We just took it for a trip from northern Minnesota to Chicago and it drives great.I would estimate that we have saved about $10k to $12k cumulatively on these two vehicles, compared to prices we would have paid elsewhere for non-salvage vehicles.Next time we need a car we will definitely see what ONG has on the lot.

Purchased a minivan at ONG Auto. Buying a rebuilt title vehicle always has some risk and we actually had a couple issues with our purchase, but Oleg stood behind his product 110%. He really went even beyond what I would have expected of him. His amazing reviews are well earned. Have had our van for 3 months now and we very satisfied with our purchase. I would absolutely buy from ONG Auto again.

Drove 45 mins to test drive 3 vehicles. One had a dead battery, was very dirty, ac didnt work, and it had 2 paper wasps nests in the rear hatch area. We turned around immediately during the test drive once we noticed the ac was out. The 2nd interior was dirty, the engine bay had over spray from the painter, and the workmanship to straightening out some of the structure under the hood was shotty at best. We didnt waste our time driving that one. The 3rd one was very dirty on the interior and paint wasnt great. Not worth the drive. They are a hassle free dealer. Which in my opinion means over priced dealer.

ONG has been great to me and my family. We went there years ago KNOWING they deal with salvage title cars because hey who isn’t trying to save money these days. The guy with the ear piece is the owner. And he is not rude by any means, he is a straight shooter and very knowledgeable when asked any questions I have asked him. He will not bulls;it you. They take cars and rebuild them. Then they have to pass a state inspection to be sold to the public. Airbags down to a blinker. It all has to operate as it should. They are a hard working crew that takes a lot of pride in what they do. When passion is involved you have a great end game. The customer service is great if you want straight forward sales. I have recommended ONG to many family and friends because of the respect and no pressure sales. And I will continue to do so. They have a customer for life with us. They will even show you what was damaged before they fixed it if you need that piece of mind. How is that not great service? I work in the car business for my full-time job so I thought I’d share my thoughts in the form of a review. Although I know most of the used car dealers in the Minneapolis metro area and could have bought my car anywhere, I chose to buy my Toyota Highlander from Oleg at ONG and here’s why-First of all, ONG sells rebuilt cars which tend to have a bad reputation… and for good reason. Some “salvage” dealers will use inferior parts, cut corners on the repair, they won’t stand behind the car after it’s sold, or they don’t even disclose the damage at all. Due to this reputation, cars with a rebuilt title have a significantly lower resale value. Although rebuilt cars can still be financed and insured the same as any other car, many people tend to avoid the unknown and pay significantly more for a “clean” title used car.ONG is unique because they are up front about everything they do. If you ask them about the history of a particular car you’re looking at, they will gladly tell you about the damage beforehand and probably even have pictures of it in the condition in which they purchased it. They buy their cars directly from an insurance auction after the car was in some type of an accident, but because body parts and sensors and panels are so expensive on late model cars it doesn’t take much to “total” it… it may have been something as simple as being rear-ended or (like in my case) the previous owner hit a deer. ONG does all the repair work themselves to ensure it’s done right, none of the work is outsourced. They also encouraged me to take the car to my mechanic for a thorough inspection before I put any money down. ONG stands behind all the cars they sell and they work with their customers if a problem comes up, they wouldn’t be able to maintain such a great reputation if they had any angry customers.In my opinion ONG is the best of both worlds because I get a quality vehicle from a reputable and trustworthy dealer, yet I saved probably $8,000 compared to the same car elsewhere.The only downside in my opinion is that the resale value is lower than a “clean” title car, but I plan on driving this car for a long time so I won’t even feel it. ONG also made financing really easy.I love my new Highlander. We’ll be back for my wife’s next car in a couple years. Thanks again Oleg!

Don’t usually leave reviews. Starting from the sales guy with headphones that is very rude. A lot of suspicious people there. One guy walking around and swearing constantly. All vehicles salvaged and not fully fixed or fully fixed right from paint job to frame to small details on almost all the cars I saw this cars were all totaled so you have to pay attention to safety and details if your family gona use this after frame parts and airbag damages, that’s what you just noticed on the outside not looking underneath I guess what you pay for is what you get. Not very professional. If you look around there is better places you get what you pay for looks like not really any good deals if you pay attention.

Long overdue review! Weve purchased 2 vehicles from Oleg, and have put about 150,000+ miles on them collectively; with zero issues. My Prius V was totaled again a couple of years after buying it from ONG, thanks to someone running a red light. Oleg fixed it right up. They have a customer for life in me.My wife and I purchased our second vehicle from ONG recently. Within 2 weeks the water pump broke down and needed replacing.Despite NOT being under warranty and the sale being final, when we called ONG about the engine failure they said they would repair everything for free. Not only did the water pump need to be replaced, but the whole engine needed to be replaced. It didnt cost us a dime, they found us a low mileage engine to place in our 2017 Honda, and they loaned us a car for 2 weeks while it was replaced.

A family member gave us $20k to replace an old Grand Caravan. We started searching the Internet looking in the $20k range. We looked and looked. Then my wife found a Toyota Sienna at ONG for alot less than $20k. I have previously owned Salvage Title vehicles, so I was open to the idea. She took her mechanic dad and auto-body fixer uncle to check it out. They were sold on ONG for the beginning. We bought the van a year ago and noticed a couple of items which ONG repaired. Okay, first off I have waited to post for a while to see how my vehicle has done. I am a military guy and a family of 7, with me taking a loan against my house to buy a vehicle. With that being said, I take reviews seriously and precautions before I make decisions, as I dont have money to burn. I bought a 2015 Honda CRV, and so far could not be happier. The car drives straight and true and the vehicle has been amazing. I spoke to the guy who worked on it post crash and he was a great guy to work with. Its a busy place, which should tell you something in that the prices are great. If my vehicle stays on course and inspects well at the next oil change, I will be looking for a van for my wife next and starting at ONG auto.

They stand behind their cars. After buying the car, there was something wrong with the check engine light, and they fixed it with zero hassle. Since then, its driven like a dream. I was truly shocked in a good way....at first, Oleg seemed short on the phone and a little grumpy. Dispite that, I drove down from Forest Lake anyway to see a Toyota Sienna with low miles. This review for Ong is a long time overdue. I bought my first car from them in 2016 and got an amazing deal on a salvage title with a car that drove and looked like new! So when it was time to purchase another car I returned to buy from them again. I got a 2017 Honda Civic with low miles that was another salvage title. Once again it looked and drove like new so I bought it and took it home.Today I had experienced car trouble with my new vehicle after owning it for about 2 weeks. The water pump and engine had issues. I called Ong and let them know about the incident and asked if I could take it to them and have them repair it since I had just bought it 2 weeks ago. Oleg said no problem and that he would cover the repairs. I was able to drop it off and get a loaner for the week during which the repairs are taking place at no charge to me. Had this been any other car operation I doubt I would have been treated so well and would not have been able to get my car repaired for no cost to me after just having recently purchased it. Im so incredibly thankful for their out of this world customer and dedication to their business and concern to stand behind their work. Cant recommend them enough!

My wife and I have 2 Prius cars from ONG Auto. One we got for her back in 2013 and it still runs great. The second we just recently bought for myself and its like new. Oleg helped us out both times and he really knows his stuff when it comes to his work. Hes an honest man and not a pushy person, we felt comfortable buying cars at ONG Auto. Highly recommended!!!

This is my second review, but Oleg deserves it. It just goes to prove what others have said: My daughter bought a 2009 Prius at ONG 6 months ago. This winter the car had little to no heat. Then a check engine light came on and the codes said coolant recirculating pump and container fault. Oleg gave my daughter a loaner car (b/c she works full time and ONG is 30 minutes away). The next evening they were done and Christina said no charge(!). All is perfect now, and as I told my wife, if we had purchased this car New at a dealer, I doubt our experience would be as good. Certainly if it was used, we would have spent hundreds. Way to go Oleg.

Oleg...what a great guy! Hes trustworthy, honest, and patient. He always has time to explain the work hes put into (or will put into) a vehicle prior to selling. Full disclosure. He wants to do right by everyone. We came in needing to sell a 4Runner prior to buying, but needed to replace a side mirror and rear wiper arm. Within minutes he starts taking apart the vehicle to see about fixing our problem. Our problem became his problem, so he went about fixing it with no guarantee of our business. Well, that won our business. Will be referring everyone to Oleg.

Great service, however within the first 6 months of having my scion, the trunk handle rusted and broke off, and I had to replace the rotors and brakes ($500) and now I had to replace the axles on my car ($600).I did get a fair deal on it, but I would have paid more if they had just fixed it to begin with.I have only owned this car for 10 months. Hoping that after getting this fixed this car should last me a while. Im being more than fair with my review. I would business with them again, just a little disappointed about putting in over 1K into fixing it just 6 months into owning it.Edit: I would have gone in to get it all fixed at ong but they moved away to Farmington right after I got my car (45mins from my location) so it wouldnt have worked out, had to get repairs done at other places.

This is the second time we have bought a salvage car (from two different dealers) and Oleg really takes care of you and stands behind his work, more than wed experienced before. We needed to take it in to fix a few small things, and he does the work with no questioning. He went above and beyond (programming a few extra car remotes for no charge) and was honest with us every step of the way. This is long over due. ONG auto, and most spicifcally Oleg, is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. I have bought 2 vehicles from Oleg and would never hesitate to send buyers his way. Oleg at ONG Auto is the best! I had a buddy of mine who is an insurance adjuster take a look at the work they did to fix the vehicle and he gave it the green light. Have had a couple of minor issues with my vehicle since I purchased it and Oleg took care of them.Would definitely consider him first on my next purchase, which will hopefully be something cooler than a mini van, but what can I say? My wife told me we couldnt strap the kids to the roof of a hotrod.

It has been a long time since I bought a car. Everywhere I went to look and test drive, I would drive it and then get phone calls all the time. I heard that I should check out the dealership ONG auto owned by Oleg. I wasnt sure being the vehicle that are there are salvage title vehicles . But when I got there I was amazed to see what Oleg had done. He fixed all these cars they look like nothing happened at all and they drive like a dream! . I drove many cars there until I decide on a 2014 Subaru outback limited . It drove and ran as if nothing had ever happened! THANK YOU OLEG!

Absolutely love this place ! We bought our 2015 honda civic si for a price we couldnt pass up on! the car was salvage but these guys here made it look like nothing even happened to it!!! I recommend going here if you want a nice and great car for a really really good price ! The people were very funny and humorous, they were not like any other dealers! We have been Prius people for many years. We have purchased salvaged vehicles exclusively and have had excellent results - over 300k on one, 235k on another. When it came time to replace our 04, we came across a 15 with very few miles on it for a terrific value at ONG. We dealt with Oleg exclusively. He was willing to go out of his way to accommodate us since we didnt live near his shop. We had an issue with the paint peeling on the front bumper caps (fault of the painter he used) which he took care of, and a couple other small issues which he fixed as soon as we brought it in. We found Oleg to be honest, a straight shooter, willing to deal, and informed in all things Prius. He was very pleasant to work with. We got the strong impression that he wanted to giving us a good buying experience. We highly recommend you take a good look at what he has to offer.
