We were driving through Farmington NM to see family and had to take our highlander in for oil change and to check an issue we saw driving from California. They were communicative, fast, and pleasant. I appreciated them giving me options and respecting my budget. My dealership here could learn a lot about customer service from them. They never made me feel forced to do anything I did not want to do! Also they gave me ideas for other services and care I never receive at my dealership. Thanks Webb!! You guys were great!

I “use” to enjoy bringing my car here for service but lately service has been horrible. I bought my car from them as well as the new pair of tires, and always brought my car here for service. But as mentioned before service department has been declining. They didnt even have anyone on staff who could repair a slow tire leak. And prior to today I had scheduled an appointment online and when i called alter to confirm they said it wasnt in the system. Very Disappointed !!

Save your money, time, and headache and deal with Durango Motor Company in Durango.These people have no customer service skills unless you’re in spending 10,000$ on repairs that likely weren’t needed.They said I threatened them, when I stated I will be taking my business to DMC, got hostile, and made the situation very uncomfortable.I seriously question all these good reviews as I’ve not heard any good from anyone about this dealershipI run a Toyota specific shop in Farmington and will make sure every client knows to steer completely clear of this dealership.Specifically speaking about the parts/service department.

Horrible experience. I have been in search of a Toyota Tundra for about a month. Naturally, I’ve been checking the website to watch for inventory changes watching for Tundras. I noticed that there was a Tundra that popped up on their website yesterday that wasn’t there the day before or possibly couple days before. So, I reserved it for a test drive leaving multiple forms of contact information. The website said I be contacted. (Still haven’t been) I showed up at 8:00 am and was not greeted by literally anyone until I asked for help. The salesperson by the last name of Jojoba, seen me walk to the entrance, but didn’t care to acknowledge me when I walked in. I asked about the reserved vehicle, turns out the vehicle had been sold two weeks prior?

It took a few tries to get my car properly fixed, but Antony from New Jersey in the service department was great! He went above and beyond for me.

The Service Department rolled out the red carpet for our family. We had been trying to get our scheduled maintenance done for months, calling every dealership in the front range and Durango. We were way overdue and fed up with Toyota and their two to three week out service scheduling, which did not work for the nature of my job. These guys, however, were so accommodating and understanding of our experience. We will drive over an hour just to get service done at Webb. Good job guys. We will also buy our next Land Cruiser from them in the near future. Customers for life.

My Toyota Sequoia has been loyal to me until some knucklehead jumped my battery backward (- to +, + to -). Everything shut down, and it would not start. So I took it to a couple mechanics, danced around the idea of what it could possibly be? I finally decided to take it to Webb Toyota and that was the best solution. From the delivery of the vehicle to the pick up, Webb Toyota has not only been professional and courteous, but affordable. My Sequoia runs strong, and from now on I’ll be relying on Webb Toyota’s Service Department for my mechanical needs.

I was passing through town when several warning light began flashing on my 2013 Land Cruiser. I was close to the dealership and went in to speak to Antony. Antony told me to bring the truck in and he would check on the light and let me know if the truck was safe to drive home to El Paso, TX. A short while later Antony said were OK to drive home and explained the meaning of the warning lights. Antonys willingness to help us is a great indication of the quality of the personnel of Webb Toyota.

They did my first 10k service in a very timely manner along with warranty on a faculty part with no difficulty. Very friendly staff along with a very clean waiting room with free wi-fi for guests awaiting service.

Talked to Jason, who is very nice...I purchased my Corolla from here in 2014 and have had my car serviced many times over the years with no problems but I am here today for an oil change that I made an appointment for and everyone is being very rude and unhelpful. They even said I never made an appointment. I am extremely disappointed in how I am being treated. I am considering making the trip to Durango Toyota after today because they are always friendly and willing to help without the attitude.

I bought my Toyota 6 years ago when my work took me on dirt roads, dry with ruts and holes you plunged into, sometimes feeling that I was lucky to see the top of them (just kidding, it is the way they felt). that was on the dry roads, after a rain was an entirely different story, the holes had water and the roads were slick, red clay!.My FJ Cruiser is 2014. the last year they made them. It will go anywhere except upside down and we have had some of those heart is the throat times. It has never let me downI bought it from Webb Toyota in Farmington and they have always takenwonderful care of it, as I depend on it to get me home and keep me safe.I would, without hesitation recommend their salespeople and particularly their service and repair shop, these are my heroes!

The service department is top notch. We had an issue with greese monkey and Antony the service manager has been so helpful and understanding. We will never use a quick lube job again.

Service is very friendly and always willing to accommodate any needs I have. Honest about wait time and when appointments are made they are quick and efficient. Won’t go any where else for service work.

Calling ahead for setting scheduled appointment for your vehicle is normally recommended. Especially weekends and anytime after 3pm each day. But if you get their first thing in morning or just early in general you can simply stop in & be done 30 minutes later (if just doing basic oil & filter change). For all other services, theyre extremely professional and I dont have 1 complaint in the 10-years of servicing & 3 vehicles Ive gotten from them. At times they charge a little to much for certain things (tires come to mind) but they back it up with packaged services and there in general get it done right methods of work.

I am so pleased to have purchased the 2015 RAV4 at Webb Toyota. Every time I take it in for regular checkups & oil change Ive always been treated really good. The employees at this dealership are professional people friendly. Ive always had my questions answered. They have been trained to know their job well. I scheduled an appointment a few days ahead and was able to choose the best time for me. Upon arriving i was greeted and asked a few questions about what type of service i was there for. I waited in the lobby wait room for about 30-40 min. complimentary water, coffee, and popcorn. Comfortable seating, TV. This is not the first time i have been here and it always pleasant

Back in January I bought a new Tacoma from Webb Toyota. While looking over the deal before signing I bring up the fast that they calulated way too high for where I live (Town of Lyons, Boulder county vs Town of Lyons unincorporated Larimer county). They assured me their calulation was was correct and since we has driven a long way to be there I signed and figured it would work itself out later.After a back and forth to get my truck registered because they sent the paperwork to the wrong county (I told them they had it wrong), I was finally able to register and get plates. While at DMV I was told that they over paid the tax by several thousand dollars (again not a big surprise) and that it had to be returned to the dealership.Today after almost four months they tell me that they are returning the over collected taxes to the rightful owner, the lien holder of the truck even though I put 2/3 of the price of the vehicle down in cash. Granted this goes to the principal of the loan but it would have been much more useful to me to either have a lower payment or to use for something else at this point.So Im letting everyone I know not do business with this dealership and their shady finance department.Your welcome for your free 4 month loan, it wont happen again.

I came in to have a tire I purchased at Webb Toyota checked because it had a slow leak. The staff had me come in the next morning so that they could take it off and check it in water. Anthony was super helpful, as always, and got me in and out of there in no time with a repaired tire and tire rotation. I appreciate the fast service and the always nice, helpful service staff.

I was very impressed when I bought my Toyota Tundra in 2014. It has slowly dwindled in the last two years. I had an appointment for an oil change and the service dept rotated my tires (new aftermarket) without my request and proceeded to charge me a rediculous amount. They took it off after my request. I waited for two hours to complete the oil change and then I received a request to review their service. I didnt hammer them but I didnt give them 5 stars. Their service Mgr called me to ask why I didnt give 5 stars. I explained the situation and I was told I was taking food off his employees tables. WHAT????? Since then I bought a 4 runner at Durango Toyota and liked the service so well, I took my Tundra to get it serviced there. I ended up buying a new truck. I go to Webb to get a refund on my Toyotas extended warranty and Im waiting 3 1/2 months later.

I like having a reliable place to take my Tacoma for regular maintenance check-ups. Webbs service department personnel are professional, courteous, and honest. They keep me updated on everything I need to keep my 7-year-old dearly loved, but brutally abused truck in good condition (at least internally). The exterior is entirely my doing.

Antony was very attentive as I dropped my truck off for service. He communicated clearly on estimated costs and timing up front and called later to go over exact figures. I am glad to have a service department at a dealership that I can rely upon and trust completely. Thank you Webb Toyota!

The staff here is great, and theyll definitely make it right if they made a mistake the first time (talking from experience here)! I loved coming here when I had my warranty, but I wont be back for regular maintenance now as I enjoy doing those things for much cheaper. However, if you arent handy, this is as good of place as any. They also didnt try to upsell me on anything. They did the work and got it done. Ill be back though if theres anything big to be done to the car.

I didnt have any problems with anything on my car. The staff is always honest and up front about wait times, and the work suggested for my car.

So I made an appointment for warranty service and a small part replacement. Waited an hour an half and finally was told my part was not in and the they had a part for me but was sent back several months ago. This is after I went to the back to check in my vehicle. So the person who helped me was courteous but the people who helped me previously need to improve their scheduling/customer service skills.

This is my sixth vehicle I purchased from Webb Toyota. Five of those vehicles have been through Debi Chapman. Her knowledge and concern for my happiness are what brings me back. I continue to recommend Webb Toyota.

Very nice dealer with super clean shop. I lost my keys to my tundra in the lake near Farmington it almost ruined my weekend but I towed the truck to Webb and they fixed me up in a few hrs. I was impressed considering I couldnt get it towed there until the afternoon but they still got it in and out before 5 so I could get back home to Wyoming in time for work the next day
