I recently purchased new tires from Ariel Automotive and would recommend them to all my friends and family because they made the whole process easy and affordable for me. Ruth and Frank spent a lot of time with me research the tires that were available for my car and then presenting me with all my options. The whole process was quick, easy and I walked out of there feeling very good about the purchase that I made for my car.

Their services and repairs are excellent, but I would do a little more homework researching better prices elsewhere, as its standard rate is $90 per hour of work--rounded up before tax right now, and not including the price of the job nor the parts. Many shops south of here offer better prices for service.Make sure you know and understand what their doing and why, or youre liable to be scammed like any other repair shop.

I HAD a very annoying rattle in the front end of my vehicle when I went over bumps that others were unable to fix. The handling wasnt right either. Frank assessed the situation on a test drive with me and went right to work. The work was completed quickly and most importantly qualitatively as the vehicle now handles and rides like a new machine-better than my expectations. The other employees there were also knowledgeable and courteous. Top notch all the way. Frank even showed me the bad parts and why they needed replacing. The price was what I would expect for the amount of labor and parts. I would definitely recommend Ariel Automotive...

Excellent full-service auto repair and shop. Fair pricing but probably not the least expensive around. But you get what you pay for and, in the case of Ariel, its honest, reliable service. And they stand behind their work. Integrity starts at the top with owner Frank Grech and filters down through every person in the organization. Their customer service people, Ruth and Kylie are courteous, responsive and knowledgeable and their mechanics are neat and thorough. The shop is well-equipped with dealer-level diagnostic technology. Ive serviced four vehicles there over 15 or so years and feel grateful to have such a great place to go to. Cars are expensive and complicated to repair. Even Ariel doesnt get it right all the time but they try the most likely and least-expensive solution first and stay with it until its right. I appreciate that they go the extra mile for me, perhaps because they know they will get my next job as well as this one. Many times, theyve didnt charge me for 2nd and 3rd visits about a recurrent problem.

Was not too happy when I went there and my rotors got warped. However they really stepped up to the plate and replaced all 4 rotors for free under customer satisfaction. This was a welcome surprise and a shock in the best way! In todays day and age nothing will ever beat out customer service! I will be taking my cars there for as long as I live in the area!

These guys are honest. Their prices are fair. Theyve never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. When talking about mechanics those basic qualities are hard to find. I would recommend them.

Guy came out and checked my air pressure in the pouring rain. Id expected to just pull into one of the bays. Felt a little bad about it afterwards so Im leaving this rating.

Ive been buying tires in here for about a decade and havent had a problem. Ok by me.
