Robert (owner) is a good guy. Known him for 20 plus years. An honest man who has always done me good as well as those whom Ive recommended him to.

Traveling thru New Mexico toward Colorado. Had the Ford F-250 particulate filter exhaust problem that will reduce your power and ruin your trip. This happened with 120k miles on the XLT diesel power stroke 6.7l. Only fix is replace. The only problem is that Ford do not have parts and won’t take you in a pinch. Robert at Rocky Mesa not only got the Ford parts, he gave us his shop truck as a loaner for the next day to save our vacation. Super people, courteous as they can be. Got a professional job! Go see Robert and his staff!

On our way to Washington State for vacation our truck was having issues just outside of Farmington. We were able to make it into town and luckily Robert was able to get us in for service. He fixed us up and had us on our way same day. He was very knowledgeable about diesel trucks and offered an option that would help with performance and fuel economy in the future. We are very grateful to him and the excellent service his business provided.

I broke down with my father, we were driving from Idaho to Louisiana. The fact that we ended up here was a God send. Him and his team replaced a motor and got us back on the road in less than a week. They are reliable and trustworthy!!! Thank you!!!! P.S. the review below me had a different problem than what was previously fixed. I was there when it happened. The people refused to understand that the problem was with a different part and not the one that they paid for.

We took our truck to Rocky mesa/ spencers auto clinic in Farmington. We called and spoke to Robert he said no problem we diagnose. IT IS 90.$ an hour HE STATED I WILL DO IT IN ONE HOUR.. he called and said he found metal shavings in the engine. We needed rebuild or new engine.he said he wanted to show us. After this findings he said he tested more things. Why not sure? We picked up and our bill was 340.99 WOW we said what about the 90.00 And what about your word being TRUTHFUL . WE PAID IT and the paper work doesnt even match what he said he did .. no truth in any of it .. be careful .. i wanted to give them no stars i felt ripped off.

They completed the fix and didnt charge more than what was estimate. Very friendly.

Took my truck to them because it was burning oil. They said they fixed it I paid them brought it home and its worse than when I took it in. I called them I tell them and they tell me that they will fix it again if I pay more money. Worst place ever I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
