Best tire shop I’ve ever been to- hands down. They are professional and take good care of your vehicle. They never try to add on additional, unnecessary services. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Only giving one star so I can leave a review. This place is absolutely the worst. They called my daughter after quoting her $200 for a window repair claiming something else in the window broke and it would be 500$. Told her they already started the repair and he it was to late to stop them. Then proceeded to have her apply for credit to pay for repair acting like this was her only option. My daughter is young and they seen her from a mile away! HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Also after asking around I was made aware the manager will claim to get new parts from local part store and then pocket money and not order new part at all! So you may want to check your “new” parts!

Was told on the phone that it would cost nothing to look at it, but they charged $80 or so dollars just to do that after it was in the shop. They will keep you there as long as possible in order to charge you as much as they can get away with. It cost me almost $500 just to find a parasitic drain. I am not an idot, as I have seen this done on Youtube taking less than fifteen minutes. They took six hours or close to it. They even told me that I was prequalified for a loan to do repair. I paid with my bank debit instead, and good thing that I could because a couple of days later I got a loan denial for the car repair loan. If I could not have paid, I dont know what would have happened. I fall asleep at odd times, so I can hardly drive my car now because since the instant they messed with it, I have no radio, and I have taken it apart since and have not been able to figure out what they did. I tried calling to get a solution right after I got it back, and I was put on hold for three hours. I think because they did not want to deal with me and my issue. When I want service, they are over eager to get to the call. They are really money hungry and they want to get rich, and they dont care if they scam some to do it. I consider it a scam when they keep you there forever in order to rack up the price as high as they can. I do think they are pretty good at repairing things though generally, but better to go elsewhere if you can.

I took 2 different vehicles there for an oil change. Scheduled both for different oil changes, one car required full synthetic while the other one didn’t. The gentleman assumed because I got full synthetic on one car I wanted that on both and did a full synthetic oil change on both cars. Full synthetic is a $67 oil change, conventional is roughly $25. Think the smart thing to do is ask the customer before performing a $67 oil change on a car that didn’t need it.

I enjoyed my experience at Meinkes. They were quick, let me have a loaner car at no cost to do my errands and were reasonably affordable.

I thought they did a good job with my tune up .I had my inspection done also on my 97 SUNFIRE passed. a wk and half later I hear strange clicking noise next morning jacked my vehicle up so I could get a betterView of under carriage in plane sight I see the problem my rear axle crack on one side broke on other so I called and ask why they did not say anything to me about this. The reply was it must of just happen . My reply uHave to be.blind not to see this. They put my life and people around me in danger if that would broke completely I would have no control over my Vehicles clearly that did not just happen they will never get my business agin!

I called to book a inspection because all other places I called were booked up. They got me in the next day and they said it would take a specific amount of time but they were done sooner. They were very professional and ill be glad to use them again in the future if needed and recommend them to others.

I called, I was on a schedule, they got me in and out quickly. They checked everything I asked them to check. Very thorough, friendly, and kind.

We were test driving a car from a private owner in Farmington, but things felt strange driving the car and we had an uneasy feeling about the cars condition. It was half an hour before the shop closed, but we called and asked if they could do a pre purchase inspection and the mechanic who answered told us to bring it in then and he would do it. The service was professional and informative with detailed description and a comprehensive list of what was happening in the car, along with the price it would take to do the work to fix some of the stuff on the car. What the private owner said was a $50 linkage problem turned out to be an internal transmission issue that required a total replacement some time in the future, plus a hole in the oil pan from a previous car accident we were never told about. The total cost to fix everything on the vehicle would have been easily upwards of $3500. I couldnt have asked for better service, we ended up walking away from that car but without all the help for the mechanics would never have suspected all the underlying issues.

Nick and Sam have been absolutely amazing to my wife and me. As I am a member of the US Navy Submarine force and routinely away, it is important to me that my wife and kids are taken care of. Sam, specifically, went above and beyond when he arranged for his shop to complete Firestone warrantied maintenance on our Nissans A/C Compressor. This saved my wife from having an hour and a half drive to the nearest Firestone. We have used their shop multiple times now and will absolutely continue to use them as our primary shop. A huge thank you to Sam and Nick for giving me piece of mind that, while I am deployed, my wife has respectable individuals to help take care of our cars.

My car was past due for oil change/service. I was able to get in the next day after I called. They go to my car on time. Everyone there was really nice to my mother and I. They found some problems with my tires and other things and they worked on it. I do have to say my car is driving better than it has in a long time! Thank you guys for the work you did on my car and the new tires! I will def. be a repeat customer.

They were able to work with me on the price due to my budget issues. They got me in right away and finished the job in a timely fashion. They ended up having to use a more expensive alternator than originally planned, but stuck to the price they had already quoted to me. They were kind and professional. Got an inspection and was told our tie rod was bad we changed it and the tie rod was fine.. they tried to get us to buy one from them and have them put it on.. such a scam.. very disappointing

Guy named nick answered phone I asked how much for transmission flush. He said he didnt have time to tell me price for flush. It was 1150 am and I said you close at 6 you dont have time all day to give me price? He got rude and hung up on me. I called back and asked for district manager number and hung up on me again. Said he was manager then said he wasnt store manager.

I have used this Meineke many times. Ive had bad experiences with other places. I wouldnt even think about going anywhere else. Theyre curtius, friendly, do great work, keep you informed and make you feel like family.

They Never fail to take amazing care of my vehicles and myself. They are very quick with getting things done. Would highly recommend going to them.

Went there around Saturday to have a inspection on my suspension that they told me was free, I shouldve just taken my own word for it because as soon as I brought the car in they immediately opened the hood of my car but I stood and watched just too make sure nothing shady happened. Took them an hour just to put my car on the lift and take a look at my suspension. They did a good job of showing me the main problems but also tried upselling me on parts I didnt need. Had a conversation with the manager who told me that they dont take parts outside of their vendor and that all the repairs would cost $1550 and a deposit for the parts would be $500. Definitley not worth it and I was charged for an inspection that was supposedly free. Ordered the parts off rock auto and paid $280 instead of $1550. Definitley reccomend using another shop

The guys did great trying to troubleshoot my vehicle.

We called it in the morning to get an appointment to get a safety inspection done on our vehicle. we arrived there 10 minutes early however it took them 45 minutes to an hour to even get our vehicle in to do a safety inspection. After it was done they informed me it didnt pass. Told me what needed to be fixed told me how much it would cost. After I declined the service they got kind of rude and snappy. I waited 20 minutes to get my paperwork and it wasnt until they started yelling at me to move my truck that they told me my paperwork was done. Not impressed with the service however the mechanics were friendly.

Ive went here for years the service has always been exceptional and Sam takes the time to get to know his customers.

Took my FULLY FUNCTUONAL Durango in to have the AC checked and they fried my computer, ruined my vehicle and then CLAIMED it was that way when I brought it in. 100% lies, they knew there was nothing wrong with it before THEY messed it up and REFUSED to take responsibility. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Took my vechicle in for inspection which had been inspected in September on 2020. They told me that it needed links to pass inspection which I now Do not believe. 147.00 later, within 5 miles of driving the check engine light came on. And they did not put my actual inspection sticker on my vechicle nor remove the old one.. I am going to check into this more of what options I may have.. will never take another vechicle to this place!!!

My car came out the garage and my interior door trim had been broken off of the door and thrown in the passenger floor. My appointment time was the first thing in the morning and my car still didnt get in the garage until at least hour passed my appointment time. The clerk that took the money from me still wrote the time in and out of the garage as being the time it was supposed to be in there even know that wasnt the true time.

Really decent people, went in for a inspection on my 1990 gmc sierra an it failed the first time and the guy said I could fix it then come back an within not even 10-15 minutes of me bringing it back an were done and it passed. *also they got a kick out of the dukes of Hazzard horns I put on*

Very very horrible very shady and crooked charged my buddy $85 just to supposedly spray 3 cans of cleaner to try to find an oil leak that caused the serpentine belt to break and wanted $280 just to put a belt on the car after they put the car back together. So we towed it home and can get the belt to fix it for $16 thats a far cry from $280. And the tow truck driver just towed another car from there right before us where they had sabotaged the car just so they would bring it back and charge them a lot more money this place is very very crooked and if you read all the reviews about this place they all say the same thing how crooked they are someone needs to shut this place down!!!!!! P.S. wouldnt even give them one star but Google wouldnt let me post without a star rating.

We brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for an oil change, tire rotation, and for them to check the brakes. We were getting ready to leave for vacation and wanted to make sure everything was in prime shape for my family to drive it to SC. The technician told us that we needed our rear brakes replaced, and because of our upcoming road trip, we agreed to their recommendation to make sure we had a safe trip.When the car was finished, my husband attempted to drive it home, however Meineke had given us the keys and sent us on our way without bleeding the brakes. The brakes were unresponsive until the brake petal was completely against the floor. We immediately took the car back to have them correct this mistake. We found it alarming that it took their technicians 3 hrs to fix the problem, but they told us that the computer had not calibrated the breaks correctly and assured us that our car was safe to travel.When we returned from our vacation, I used my parking break at work, but the parking break would not release and multiple errors popped up in the dash.This is when we decided to take the car to Ford. Ford informed us that the caliper and emergency break motor had been damaged because it was forced closed by the technician that replaced the rear brakes, which caused a chain reaction causing the motors to strip.The brakes installed by Meineke has caused an additional $850 in damages. And most importantly, we took our car to them to make sure it was safe for my family, and they gave it back to us in worse shape than we had brought it.THANK GOD we did not encounter a situation where we would have had to rely on those breaks for an emergency situation, or I may not be writing this review now!We tried to work with Meineke on making this right, but they refused. I will be escalating this until Meineke rights what they’ve wronged.

Went in for a 12:00 p.m. appointment that an employee told me would take 20 minutes. This appointment was for a state inspection that was supposed to cost $12.00. Two hours later, I left with a bill of $177.00 and high blood pressure.

My experience with this specific Meineke was Great! Everyone is very friendly. Sam showed me exactly what he was talking about was wrong with the ball joint to ensure I understood. This will definitely be the shop I use from now on!!

Tried selling me things my car didnt need. Overpriced big time.

On Friday April, 2021 I brought my car into meineke, because i was referred here. I had bought performance struts myself and needed them put on, I needed a noise (loud viberation) in the center of my car checked out, and my temp gauge wasnt working. They were working on my struts and came across my steering intermediate shaft and control arms were bad. I said go ahead and replace them. They assured .e it was my issue I was having which seemed off to me cause Im not mechanic but the noise is coming from or around my driveshaft. Anyway fast forward to Monday. I picked up my car around 4 instead of 2 because they had forgotten to fix my electric issue with my temp gauge. They assured me later on it was fixed. I drive home which is 45 minutes away from their shop. I had 2 new code lights, my engine light and my electrical throttle body light. They assured me my gauge was fixed before j left, and now I have 2 dash lights and MY GAUGE DOESNT WORK. I paid 2356 and some change,and I BOUGHT MY STRUTS myself not through them. I contacted management and they basically said theyd look it over to see if its their mistake. And not only that MY NOISE I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE MAIN REASON I BROUGHT JT IN AND ITS NOT FIXED. now they say jts my motor mounts. 500 more and theyll fix it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I had to tow my car back tk meineke,to come back later that evening (Thursday april8th 2021) to my car still not working and management wanting to sale me more parts I just had to have instead of fixing what I already paid for. Managment is a joke. Meineke is a joke. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I dont even want to give them 1 star.

My husband took our truck into have exhaust manifold gasket replaced and have them look to find antifreeze leak. After diagnosing it was the water pump, we were quoted, $627 for a replacement. My problem is this, not only did they charge a fortune for labor, they replaced the thermostat housing, as well. Which is NOT standard practice according to two other mechanics we spoke with! Our bill should have been around $300, considering the water pump was only $100. They charged DOUBLE what it should have cost! Have filed a complaint with BBB. Stay away from these rip off artists! I have been coming to this meineke for about 10 years now for all of my inspections. When I take it to a place like plaza tire, it always seems to fail for something arbitrary like the windshield wiper blades and conveniently they can replace them for you for $25 more. At meineke they are the only place to offer to show me why it fails. I always take them up on their offer and everytime they are right, it definitely should have failed. If you want someone to do a fair and proper inspection on your vehicle I recommend meineke.

Well, after the owner of Meineke assured my wife and myself they would resolve our complaint and provided a 1 800 number to call, they couldnt even bother to return our call! Theyre more interested in blowing us off then they resolving our issue. As previously stated, rip off artists! Will never patronize AGAIN!

My kids and I were traveling through on our way home to Iowa after visiting family in Texas for the Thanksgiving holiday. I called ahead and asked if they had anything available for a stop and go oil change. I told them that my GPS put us about 30 mins from the store. He said that it would be fine. Once I got there, they could squeeze me in, and wed be in and out within an hour.Perfect. With 6 hrs still to go on our journey, I didnt want any extended delays.We get there and the waiting room is packed. I check in and the kid tells me it will be about 25 mins before they could get to me, but just leave the keys in the vehicle and theyd take care of it.I told them I had my two kids and our family dog with me and wed all just wait in the van for our turn. 30 minutes turned into an hour, then two.I go back in asking when it will be our turn, and was told we were next. It gets pulled into the garage.Another 30 mins. I go back in AGAIN. Yup, theyre getting to it.I express that Ive been there for over two hours and I still have a 6 hr drive ahead of me with two kids and a dog.Five minutes later, the van was pulled out and parked next to the front door. The kids loaded while I paid.I didnt mind the price. Heck, I have no complaints about the service itself (its an oil change). Lying to your customers about wait times is not a good way to do business. If they had been honest, I would have been more aware of the fact that Id be rolling into the driveway at 9 PM instead of 7 PM.

Over charge kept my house keyys on my ring balance bill in my opinion on a service that should be bundled such as repair a thermostate should include coolant or repair oil filter housing then tryed to charge for oil change. I promise you i will never go back. This is now 3rd time i feel i been taken advsntage of so no repairing our relationship ... PERIOD

Told me it would cost 212 dollars to change a thermostat, which I did in under 20 minutes myself complete and total rip off and I will never take my car to them nor will I refer them to anyone. They told me it would take a total of 2 and a half hours to change the thermostat! I would find a different company to fix your car bcz these people will make you pay for 5 hours of labor when it only took them 30 minutes.

They took care of me with a friendly attitude and a level of empathy to my situation. We worked out what repairs needed to be done to my vehicle and did exactly what they said they would at the price they quoted me at. They even gave me a loaner vehicle to go get my car registered before the DMV closed. Overall, I was in a pickle yesterday and they helped me figure everything out. Wish it was cheaper, but you get what you pay for, and I believe I paid for good service.

I called ahead and spoke to the person doing inspections, and explained that I didnt have time to wait. He said hed go ahead and put me on the 1 hour waiting list. I drove 25 minutes to the place and they denied ever speaking to me and said they wouldnt put me on the list even if I had called. They went out of their way to be as rude as possible. Ill never go back for any service.

Saturday November 28 I took my vehicle into have the radiator flushed...after getting home I raised the hood of the vehicle to check the coolant level and it was at the same level as it was before taking it in. I am very displeased and paid a good sum of money for this service work!!

Horrible experience they tell you it’s a 20 minute wait then it turns into a hour and half wait. Plus they try and point out every flaw on your car that could need a fix.
