They have not and now will never do any work for me. I was driving by and saw the disgracefully shredded American Flag hanging on their flagpole. I went in to ask them if I could take their flag down they said, we have a new one, just havent done it yet. So I asked if I could replace the flag for them. 3 hrs later. Still havent changed it. A guy was out side sweeping the sidewalk, guess that shows you what is important and what they think of this country.I will never be a customer now.

Doing a review for a friend of mine that was having serious car issues.First off they were very helpful from the first phone call to the end of the process of picking up her car.They took on the project to fix her car right away rather than Nissan that said would be able to take it in Sept 22.They gave her the diagnosis of the car and I talked to them myself to hear and explain what was going on with her car. Gave her a quote and said it would be ready with in a week.She would call to check on it and everytime they were very curtious, friendly, and helpful to answer any of her questions.Over all she was satisfied with the professionalism, friendly customer services, time frame of getting vehicle fixed, and quality of work to get her car going.Car is running great still.Keep up the good work guys!Recommend this shop for any car services!

I’ve used The Wrench several times through the years...they’ve always been quick to respond to my problems and have always been spot on diagnosing the problems and knowing what will be needed for fixes...from major problems down to tire rotations, they responded fast and at a good price for services....

Spent $1,700 on fixing a front crank leak (which is now leaking worse than before), a hose clamp, shocks and struts, to get back a vehicle that doesnt work. Even though it worked and ran great when I brought it down. Alternator has been fine for the last 6 months of owning it but after maintenance was done by these guys I need a new one. And a battery. Coincidence? I dont think so. And now my ABS light, traction control light and emergency brake light is on. I look underneath to find when they changed my shocks that they didnt even tighten the bracket for the ABS sensor and broke the plastic piece that holds the connection up inside the fender well. They will fix my vehicle but only because they are obligated to. I would truly prefer to take it somewhere else but they will not get away with this.

Great staff, welcomed us like we were family when we had a breakdown on a trailer as we were passing through town. Allowed us to store our trailer their while they ordered parts and got it all fixed up. Would highly recommend them for your repair shop needs!

This place gave me my vehicle back in worse shape then when I gave it to them. They didnt even bother to try and put it back together when I refused there quote they simply towed my vehicle to me in pieces. Then the tow truck driver told me I could get a better rate if I didnt ask for a receipt. Crooks all of them

We needed our car serviced in a hurry and 1 of 2 parts needed to be ordered. Everything was done in a timely fashion and even less than quoted. The part that was ordered did not need to be replaced, so the repair was $300 less! Woohoo!! Highly recommend!! Tina was awsome!

Good work. Took a little time because of other vehicles that were ahead of me. Small place, youll miss it if u blink. Haha. Good place though, Ill be back for more work with them
