Nice place. Clean waiting area. Wait time was short. They got to be right away. Pricing was the best Ive seen around town. Customer service could use some work. Should never tell a customer if you take care of all your routine maintenance you wont have problems. That had nothing to do with what I was there for.

Very disappointed w/ my cars AC service. I paid a lot of $$$ to get this fixed. When I took my car back for a recheck, since it continued to do the same thing, I was gave a note that kind of summed up what was experienced while on a test drive? There were no suggestions made, only a quick... if it happens again, bring it back and we will repeat the same service. I took my car to VALLEY GRANDE AUTO PARTS and 2 sensors later, AC works great. Also, with labor fees and tax, I came up significantly less than half of what I paid at MIDAS for AC services.---Midas did fix my wiper fluid dispenser... so, Ill give them that.

This place is a joke . Make sure you read the fine print cause ur vehicle will never be in range of the offers they give and that came from the lady in the office

Midas was great got there early i guess. I got out of there quick with an oil change.

This place is cheap but does horrible work,got an oil change and the tech spilled oil all over my engine. I asked for them to put air in my tires cuz it said low pressure and the tech,the same tech took more air out of all 4 tires!! Durrrrr! Do not waste your money!

I loved my experience here. Went to Treadworks and they tried to charge me $770 for an alignment and ball joints and all of this extra stuff, I drove down here and the mechanics here told me what I really have to pay and it ended up being way less. Very friendly and they make sure you’re satisfied with their work!

Just awful. Lied to, over charged. Broke things then blamed the other mechanic (which there was none.) Phone conversations saying things were being done only to get there and they had not even started. The list goes on. 1500 dollars and car still didnt work. Then they worked on wrong part after that. Then they showed me replaced part from different car! Never again. Waited awhile to leave review because I was not sure I could write without swearing a blue storm.

Im coming back. The service was great and the price was reasonable. Everyone was so friendly and it was just a nice experience. Thanks to the wonderful staff.

In the middle of a 4000 mile vacation I backed into a rock looking at the scenery and smashed my muffler and tail pipe.. Carlos and his crew saved the day and had me back on the road quickly, despite my Oklahoma tags great place, would recommend Carlos and his crew to anyone.

Went for a alignment and it isn’t aligned still veers to the right plus the mechanic broke my door handle. I was in a hurry and needed to leave out of town so I didn’t say anything. But he could have at least said he was sorry. It was obviously broken. I’m going to get a second opinion on my alignment as well.

I took my truck in for a precautionary inspection and ended up replacing all 4 brakes. I was content with this to be done but if I had known the service and quality of work that was gonna be performed DESPITE their GUARANTEE gimmick! I WOULD NOT GO BACK OR HAVE MIDAS PERFORM THE SERVICES.The wait time was ridiculous. They closed on Saturday at 4 but I didnt check out unitl 5:34 pm. They did a test drive and they gave me lame answer - its probably your tire ware or the rim! I immediately took it to another open shop to rebalance the tire, in addition to get the rims checked and have the brake job inspected. The problem of leaving the shop with vibration in the brake pedal was not resolved especially after buying their parts and service to install them! Now I have to take it back and have them be responsible for their work. Time lost, Money wasted. Experience is unforgettable and WILL NEVER GO to A MIDAS!

Walked in with one problem and thought everything was ok when I left. I ignored the feeling something didnt feel right. By the following day my car had 10 more problems. Took it to another mechanic and everything is fine now.

We brought our truck in to have the ac serviced. We made an appointment. Showed up on time. Waited behind someone who didnt have an appointment. After 2 hours of waiting we were finally told that we would be done in 15 min. After 15 min we were told we have a leaking valve and would have a replacement on site within 15 min. An hour later we were still not told why we were still waiting on the truck. Communication is nonexistent unless they want you to pay your bill. All I kniw is when we looked through the window we noticed a lot of standing around.

I would give midas absolutely NO STARS if I could. My wife our 10 week old baby and I went to midas to get an oil change and tire rotation because we have a family road trip coming up Labor day weekend. After having lunch across the street we came back and picked up our vehicle and paid our bill for an oil change and tire rotation, we were heading home and our SUV started to shake real bad so I called midas and asked him why is my vehicle shaking when I go the speed limit. The manager stated that theyll be closing soon so I should try coming back tomorrow, he also stated that we didnt order a tire balance and that will cost an extra 24.99 and well have to pay for the tire balance if I wanted to get my SUV fixed, I couldnt believe that this manager was so RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I felt like I was being hustled, this manager first of all never mentioned ANYTHING about paying for a tire balance when I ordered a tire rotation, I wouldnt recommend anyone to this so called automotive re

They didnt even change the oil filter. And then they showed me a dirty air filter only to find out they charged me for a new filter and never changed it. Check your air filters befor you leave
