We are currently on a several hundred mile road trip and had a tire blowout on our travel trailer. Since we were going to be in the Farmington area for a few days, my husband began discussions with the staff at Tire Warehouse about getting replacement tires. (Kyle and Brandi deserve medals for patiently dealing with all of his calls over the past few days.) They were able to order the tires we needed and have them ready for us today. All of our tires were replaced and balanced and we were back on the road in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Tire Warehouse!

Couldnt ask for a more friendlier or helpful place! I am from NY state and had a flat tire issue and Kyle drove all the way to my Airbnb and got the special lug nut off to at least put my donut on. Quick and easy service!! Thank you so much!!

Woke up to a flat tire and got my car hobbled over to Tire Warehouse before they opened. I was prepared to hang out in the parking lot until they opened, but as soon as someone arrived he took one look at my tire and let me know he just needed to open up and hed get the tire taken care of. Super friendly, super fast and easy.

Very friendly staff. I called in the morning to get my truck in to get new tires on and they were able to get it in the same day!!! They have been very short staffed but even if you just walk in then they have been making time for everyone! Definitely will be going back!

Was great to show up without a appointment with my classic wanting a alignment and tech on duty was willing to navigate even though his equipment only went back to 1983 and my 63 ford galaxies wheels were very closely related to ford pickup doing a job well done and as I already supplied all the new parts requirements were to dial in..thanks for just being honest and willing to navigate..

Stopped in here for tires and was told they couldn’t change the tires out unless we did all four. We don’t drive an all wheel drive. They were more interested in making a sale than taking care of a customer. Awful sets of excuses!

Great customer service beginning with Brandi at the front desk and on the phone. Kyle, the manager, is knowledgeable and works within your budget. The staff works quickly and precisely. They get you back on the road safely. I had a tire sensor light that I had been told somewhere else couldnt be fixed. However one visit for new tires at Farmington Tire Warehouse, and they replaced sensors and fixed the problem. I also encourage you to add the road hazard coverage. You wont regret it if you puncture a tire!

I have always had great service at this location ... they have been friendly and respectful and willing to accommodate me. I bought my tires on the rims through TW a couple of years ago so that seasonal change out would be like a rotation and save money over time, and they honored that agreement with understanding and courtesy. Unfortunately this was not the experience with another TW location from which i bought tires on rims my son’s car. These folks in Farmington are wonderful and i will probably buy my next tires from them. The atmosphere in the store is comfortable. Anthony was helpful and professional. I called for my need of a new set of tires, I was told that they had them and possibly something else at a lesser price.Was told that they were open and I drove 45 minutes there because no other Store had availability. Arrived, checked in, and was taken care of quickly. Two tires, mounted, balanced, and out the door in about a half hour. The people were very friendly.

I just purchased some winter tires from Tire Warehouse. I called on the phone, and Brandi walked me through the whole process. When I forgot to call back with my tire size, she reached out to me and was patient and understanding throughout.When I worked with her in the store on the day of the appointment, she was helpful and organized. I didn’t feel disrespected or looked down upon for asking questions, and she gave me all of the answers I was looking for. My tires were put on quickly, and they called me when they were done, so I didn’t have to wait in the store. They even put extra bags down inside my car so that the dirt from my old tires didn’t get inside my vehicle. I highly recommend working with them, especially with a call-ahead appointment!

I usually have decent service there but before snow flew I had a front end alignment done and it seems like I spent $95 on one that did nothing to change it. I spent $42 today on one and fixed everything not sure why it wasnt done right when I had it did at tire warehouse.

The staff at the Farmington Tire Warehouse are the best! They are always very fast and the price is super reasonable! I have stopped by many times during an emergency and they have quickly fixed the problem! I came in for 2 new tires, balancing, and alignment for a reasonable price. Turns out that I had two studded tires on which in Maine you need all 4 tires to be studded if you have any at all which raised the price. At this point my only option was to get 2 studded tires and not get the alignment (which was desperately needed). Due to the situation the employees were able to help me out and got it down to a price that I could still afford. The employees were really helpful and understanding. Will be coming here for any tire needs in the future.
