Excellent store. Smells very nice. Body wash is the only body wash. Also, based on their sign, they have temporarily moved. Good Information to have in a pic huh

I had no clue what I was doing, but Hope and everyone else who was working there were super helpful in helping find gifts for my mother and friends. They even gift wrapped them nicely for me!

Absolutely love this place! They have a variety of different soaps, lotions, sprays, melts, and scents! The store is relatively small so it’s easy to locate items! The staff is really nice and helpful and they limit people inside the store so you don’t have to worry as much about covid! Overall this is a really fun store to shop at and explore! Definitely recommend!

I love the fragrances in all bath and body works stores. It is a great place to get gifts for others or for just yourself. I think they are good, high quality products that even though they are a bit pricey, it is worth to get it.

I love this Bath and Body products. I love the extra precautions they are taking for the pandemic. Just wish they had more of the regular hand sanitizers again.

Just visited on their first day open after COVID closures, and it was amazing. The staff did such a great job! I felt welcome, the store was clean and organized, they were well-prepared, and the line moved very quickly. I felt very safe the whole time. Thank you for a positive experience!

This location doesnt seem to think they need to honor the store hours posted on the door. It is 6:45, the sign says they are open till 7. All we need to grab is some soap we like to keep on hand but their entrance door is locked.Another time we had been doing some hiking shopping. We were in line to check out when a gentleman walked in with his kid in arms. He was basically chastised as the associate yelled we close in 15 minutes! from across the store. He turned bright red, sheepishly turned around and walked out.

If I could rate zero stars I seriously would!!! First, their hours are wrong! They close at 5:00pm and just a public service announcement.. think of it as more 4:55pm because they will already have the doors locked and then open them at 5:01 and say they don’t care we made it before 5:00pm, it’s closed now.I am just appalled at this customer service! As if this covid stuff isn’t enough already! With stores closing way early and the times never being correctly posted I would think letting us and two other people that were waiting in. I really don’t see the harm in that. They weren’t at their max capacity for covid. They were just heartless. Super disappointed. Love bath and body works so much but I will never return to the Farmington station. Customer service is everything💯

Even with all the craziness in the world, Bath and Body Works never fails to make me happy. While you do have to wait in line outside because they’re limiting the number of guests inside at a time, there’s plenty of shade to wait in and the staff is really accommodating! Plus their sales are always awesome!!

I went on candle day...Had a list of candles I was supposed to find...Vanessa was amazing at helping me find them all. Despite being packed with people, I told her a candle scent and she wouldnt even think about it before moving in the direction of that candle. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. My personal experience with the staff at this location was very positive!

Great store and staff! The are well supplied and stocked. The store is clean, full, and easy to navigate. Overall, its beautifully put together. The manager is fantastic and the staff is always friendly and eager to help. They are not afraid to suggest items and help you find products with the scents you love.

Bath & Body Works is the only place I go for my cologne, its a more upscale place but still pretty cheap with all the scents you love from lotion, body creme, to candles and soap. They have amazing products to make you smell great and the home. Would highly recommend that you get any fragrances from here

I love bath and body works. For some reason this particular location doesnt have a very friendly staff. A smile goes a long way! Every time I go in I never get helped, They just stand right next to me and follow me around. Hope its not a racial thing....

Im just here to say that the store manager, Hope, is really rude. She treats her employees like theyre lesser than her. Her leadership leaves much to be desired. All the other employees are absolutely wonderful, and super sweet. I hope they get a new store manager soon. Those girls deserve to work with someone who actually treats them like they know how to do their jobs.

I dont think Im going to shop at this location anymore. Twice Ive been in I was never offered a bag despite walking around with an armload of stuff looking for one. Twice Ive been told the Free Gift coupons dont work on the hand cream or hand sanitizer which is simply not true. It works at other locations and it works online on the official website. Twice Ive tried explaining this to the employee without them believing me or offering just to check by scanning the item in with the coupon. As someone who works in retail, it felt like an awkward and dishonest interaction both times. Not very good customer service if you ask me. So, I think Ill just avoid this location all together from now on.

I was here for the candle day chaos, yay!I struggled to find some candles and Vanessa went out of her way to help me find them and when I had more than I could handle she offered to set the candles aside while I shopped. She was wonderful! made my experience a lot more pleasant for sure.

Waste of time. I should have shopped online. We had to wait in a very long line to get into the store. Once we finally get in, there is hardly any merchandise. I mean there were several shelves completely empty. Why wouldn’t they make an announcement to the huge crowd outside waiting? A sign would have helped. I wasted way too much time to see that there is hardly anything to buy inside the store.

I don’t really have time to leave reviews for stores like this, but I left this location really disappointed and frustrated, so I am going to talk about it. Every single employee there today was rude to my daughter and I. We came in 30 minutes before closing, every employee was stocking shelves and ignoring customers. Today was the once a year sale of candles, $5.95. We came just for this sale and had a lot of candles in our bag. My daughter had the email pulled up at home and showed me and said “let’s go over real quick” she took a screen shot because last time she was in there her emails wouldn’t load when in the store. (And they scanned the screenshot) The girl at the counter took the phone scrolled in and out and said we can’t scan this, it won’t work...it’s a screenshot...but wouldn’t try... because we all know that it would work. So my daughter starts trying to get her email to load and after many uncomfortable minutes it wouldn’t. This employee stood there with her arms folded with a scowl on her face. Apparently the customer doesn’t matter anymore. First, why would we know about the sale without the email. Second, bath and body sends these emails to everyone signed up and it’s multiple emails a day. At this point the store is closing and the girl says we can buy them 2 for $18. (Which i didn’t buy) the staff seemed so put out that my daughter stopped waiting for it to load and we left.I honestly will not go back to this location even though it’s a mile from my house. Very braty, snobby girls that made us feel very uncomfortable like we were criminals or someone trying to con them. Really weird..... horrible customer service, and after reading a bunch of the recent reviews a lot of people are saying the same things about this location. Lastly! Why would a huge company like Bath and Body have any issues with giving the coupon or discount to someone that left it at home or couldn’t load an email? Is it really that big of a deal? Every person on the planet that signs up for the emails gets the same deals.

Very unfriendly and not willing to listen to customers. Kept telling us the Layton store would accept the coupon, but they won’t. They told us that “they are trying to be more strict.” Take your business to Layton, it is a much better store.

This store is not open and will not be open until June 5th. I just went there the other day thinking they were open bc google updated but they are not.

Very nice place. Their prices are a bit high as far as body spray/lotion goes. But they have very nice smelling products. I wish that they kept the fall line in season longer though. The pumpkin marshmallow latte is soooo goood. Oh well, Ill just wait till next fall. :)

They have such lovely creams their fragrances .in body sprays. They have soaps as well. They even have fragrances for your car. All the sales people are helpful and polite . you have to check it out

The manager and staff were extremely rude to my pregnant wife. Four people were standing behind the counter doing nothing while only one person was helping customers up front. Will be contacting management over the manager about her conduct. If I was with my wife she wouldve got an earful.

I was shopping with my sisters the other day and I over heard one of the girls saying its her first day and she didnt know what she was doing exactly and the manager, Hope I believed her name was made her employee out to be like they were stupid. The manager started making sarcastic remarks at her when she was wondering what she should doing next and where she would find missing products, she told the girls sarcastically if you cant find missing product where do you look? And the one of the girls said I dont know Im still new at this and the manager with her remark said you would look in under stock or in the back. You gotta be on top of things ladies its not that hard to do floor sets you gotta be fast and pick up on things fast. and me as a customer hearing that it was these girls first day and she was making them out to be stupid and that they should already know what theyre doing it is a little ridiculous Im surprised she doesnt talk to customers that way if they dont know for example like what a certain product is used for. I just thought it was rude of her and customer shouldnt have to hear a manager talking to her employees like that.Im a manager stock manager at vans I would stand up if I one of are managers ever talk to one of are employees like that I believe you need to be opened minded with your associates a especially if its there first day and let them feel comfortable working there and not want to quit on the first day...
