I’ve never been into a Sephora before and had this great of experience. The gal helping us was informative, helpful, polite, fun and didnt push for us to buy everything or anything. I felt informed and excited about my purchase! Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Always a pleasant experience whenever I visit! I am significantly closer to another location but will always choose to come to this location. Ricky has helped me the last 2 times and I always feel heard and helped!

I’m a single mom and it’s been one of those weeks! I was able to get out of the house for a few hours and leave my kids with a babysitter (hallelujah). I normally go to City Creek but didn’t feel like dealing with downtown today. So, I went to this Sephora looking for a treatment for acne scarring and came out with SO MUCH MORE. Ricky, the sales associate, was extremely educated with my exact problem and quickly directed me to his recommendation. He shared with me the benefits and even though this product was kind of pricey, he informed me of a few options (credit card, Klarna). I was able to successfully get EXACTLY what I needed and he and his supervisor even threw in a few goodies for me “because moms deserve it”! I definitely shed a few tears (like I said it’s been one of those weeks haha) and I am definitely going to make the Sephora at Farmington Station my GO-TO! I loved the staff, the store was pristine and so well-organized. I was in HEAVEN. Thank you Sephora and thank you Ricky!!!

I just wanted to share how exceptional the service was this morning at the Station Park Sephora store. I worked with an associate named Ricardo. Ricardo cheerfully greeted me as soon as I entered the store and asked me how he could help me. He showed me where to get the product I was looking for and then was very helpful in answering all the questions I had about my coloring and the type of eyeshadow that would look good on me. He never seemed like he was impatient or rushed to go on to help somebody else. I knew I had his full attention and I really appreciated all of the tips and helps that he gave me. With so much negativity in the world, I just wanted to post a positive review about this store and about an exceptional employee. Thank you, Ricardo!

Great people, very nice store!!! We went in to check out this new store in Station Park on a mission to get some nice mascara. Staff greeted us immediately, provided suggestions and examples, then helped me color match some fountain I realized I needed anyways, then sent us home with a bunch of cologne samples to boot. Jessica, the manager and her coworkers were wonderful! I am not super good at figuring out cosmetics and always feel like a dowdy gal when all the employees are decked out in nice makeup, but they didnt give me any Jeez, does this lady even try at all???? vibes and made me just feel pretty even though I had barely any makeup on and looked like a tired mop. Thanks guys! You made my day. Cant wait to try my new beauty stuff tomorrow! !! Also I read Amandas review....pretty sure she also is talking about Jess :)

Honestly, I have no business in this store. Other than the fact that my 10 year old daughter LOVES this place! The ladies who work here always treat her like a rockstar, and they never try to break my wallet by recommending the most expensive stuff to her. I know nothing about the products in the store other than they make my daughter very happy. The shopping experience always makes me happy.

This has been my favorite location I have ever been to. They were so nice and friendly. They actually listened to what I needed. They helped me out with what I wanted. This is the location I like to go to the most. Yes it can get busy but they try to greet and help.

Maud is amazing! She helped me today to find a good face lotion for my skin type. She was super knowledgeable about the different products, and was super friendly and kind. I don’t usually write reviews, but she deserved some recognition. She was awesome and the new store looks amazing!

Staff treats me completely different depending on if I’m wearing makeup or not, I have come in either a full face and recently come in without any makeup on and the staff treated me like I shouldn’t be in there when I wasn’t all done up...

These ladies were so helpful! They made sure that we were taken care of right from the beginning! Olivia was the best!! She gave me wonderful tips about contouring and also helping choose the right colors for me!

The employees at this location are way more friendly than other locations Ive been to. No classic sideways look if youre not 100% made-up and they literally dropped what they were doing to help me find my correct shade for a sample. Even me a birthday gift almost a month after my actual birthday. My first time feeling truly comfortable in a Sephora- way to go, Station Park!

I love Sephora! I mean who doesn’t? If anyone gets a chance to go ask for Johanna she’s fabulous, very nice and super helpful I really like the guy that works there too but, I can’t remember his name? And it’s in such a fun location, I’ll definitely be doing some major shopping again there soon.

I usually get lashes and blush and I’m usually all over town looking for the perfect pair of lashes. It can get tiring. But I loved this location because they had the perfect lashes for me and they had everything in stock!!

I went to get color matched and get some samples of foundation(Sunday 2-24 1pm). The woman that helped me was so amazing! I wish I could remember her name. She had very short hair with a dark color, red and blond in the front with a beautiful smile. She made me feel very comfortable which to be honest Ive never really felt in most Sephoras, I think because Im older. She was patient and really listened to my concerns and needs. I just wanted to give a shout out to her! If anyone knows her name please respond, I would love to just purchase with her each time I come in.

A good, but always incomplete inventory and selection of mid to high quality cosmetic brands with a few indie brands mixed in for good measure.... very friendly and helpful staff in an ultra if not overly bright store.

Nice store! Larger than City Creek and organized much better. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint, cant blame the store, but theres too many little kids playing in the make-up. Little girls were licking their fingers then rubbing them in the eye make-up to put it on. Theyre not buying anything. They need to STOP, no adults were with them and store employees are not babysitters. I see this in all Sephora stores in UT. Ill have to continue buying online instead of in the store because thats nasty. I had to go back and return some boxed Fenty lip colors because they had been opened and had fingerprints all over them. So annoying! Check your items before you leave even if theyre boxed.

I love this Sephora so much and the people there. Mod and Alexa are the best people and I love seeing them because they are also so helpful. I have made it a point to go out of my way to shop at the Farmington Sephora rather than any near me. This store is always spotless and full of useful information as well as an abundance of products in stock.

Im not one for bringing up race in everyday life, but the employees at this location were moving isle to isle behind my siblings. There were 3 of them an 2 other young white girls in the store. The 2 other girls actually had backpacks on whilst in the store but it was my siblings who were watched closely and actually pulled aside by a security guard after stepping out of the store. They were told that there was suspicion of them stealing so a security guard was called. They each got a pat down and my sister got her bag searched. They felt extremely violated and had never had to deal with a situation like that before. I am extremely dissapointed in the employees at this location for targetting young colored kids who are loyal customers to the entirety of Sephora stores online and in person. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Super friendly staff!

I went in to this location with my mom and we were trying that dior spray on foundation, by spraying it on our faces. An employee came over and told us in a VERY rude way that youre suppose to spray it onto a brush first. She walked away and started pointing at us with her coworker. Even if we were doing it wrong, she could have helped us instead of making us feel bad :/

Employees are ok at this location, there’s one girl at this location that always has to talk my ear off & im tight on time so I don’t appreciate her always wanting to talk my ear off, I’ve had some employees recommend bad products that made me break out

A little bit pricey but the staff makes up for that with how nice they are. They do everything they can to provide you with the best customer service they can muster.
