So uncomfortable, at first, I loved my bed! No not so much. Ive called and done step by step all the things I was told to do and my bed still isnt fixed. For what I spent, I would have thought it would have lasted longer. We have a king size bed and both have to sleep on the opposite ends, if not, weboth roll to the middle. It wont inflate in the center of the bed. And no, our size is not an issue.

We’ve had our sleep number for over a year now. We bought the I10 with the adjustable base. We never used the base and the bed is now being sold. It sleeps hot it’s uncomfortable and I wake up with neck shoulder and rib pain. Not to mention waking up every hour or less because of being so uncomfortable and hurting. I wanted to take it back during the sleep trial but husband convinced me not to. Way too expensive for the cost and I’m pretty disappointed in how hot and uncomfortable it has been.

Must have been pretty good I walked away with another twin bed. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Visited the Sleep Number Store in Farmington twice. We had excellent customer service from Amy both times. No issues there at all. Store is a little small and could use more display models. We were looking for a King mattress, but they mostly had queens on display. It made it a little hard to get a feel for what the king would be like. Otherwise, the staff was very informative, attentive, and helpful. We did end up purchasing a mattress. I do think the prices are a little high. Hopefully it will be worth it.

The gentlemen were very knowledgeable about the product they were selling. Super helpful was able to answer all my questions. Treated with respect and kindness during my visit. Cannot wait for my new bed to arrive. If you are looking for a new bed please stop in and visit with these guys.

The store is a one of a kind experience. The process does take some time but everything they go over is very important information that you will need to know and remember so you can be ready for the delivery team. So have your ears on and be ready to sleep the best sleep youve ever slept. Im never going back to a regular mattress. Sleep number beds are the BEST!

Great customer service! They don’t push you into buying more than you need, or pressure you into buying a bunch of extra stuff. My family and I had a wonderful shopping experience and can’t wait to sleep in our new bed. Not to mention it’s wonderful to know that they are made to order so my mattresses haven’t been sitting in a bug infested warehouse for years lol Thank you for everything here is to some great sleep!

Quality sleep and no more back PAIN! We have purchased numerous name brand beds without relief. My husband and I decided to visit a new store that specializes in Sleep, we were reluctant to buy a product without peer reviews or word of mouth. The price is worth the sleep, REMs, and pain free nights. Do not experience movement of bed with spouse moving at night. New problem, I do not like to travel, and constantly complain that I want my Sleep Number Bed.

The service was great, I wanted to sleep on all the beds we tried out. We went in just to look at new beds and purchased one before we left.

Lee and Jasmine are incredible. Lee was our salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable. They really took care of us and worked with us on multiple occasions to make sure we got the bed that worked best for us. Will recommend every time!

I went into sleep number in Farmington to buy a couple pillows and pillow cases and pay with cash. They said they couldn’t ring me up without my information on file. I told the lady I’m paying cash not financing you don’t need my info. Amazing how cash in not king. My money is no good with this company. I will go elsewhere where my money will be accepted with no questions asked.

Lee was great. He answered all of our questions and showed ua how to use the beds. We purchased an I8 split top king and can not wait to get it next week.
