I bought some boots. They offered to stretch them, just to make a sale. Afterwords I still couldnt get the boot on. I hadnt been told that if stretched they could not be exchanged. Over $100 and I cant use them. What happened to customer satisfaction? None here!

I went searching for a belt and FR coat. The maximum size they generally had for belts was 44 waist and in the FR coats it was a few XXL that I could see. Workers there were wearing their masks and super helpful and friendly.

My sister and I were looking for steel toe work boots, we found a pair but there was several other customers who were not wearing a mask at this Boot Barn location. The employees working during this time did not acknowledge or confront those maskless customers. It was very uncomfortable to shop here.

Purchased a pair of boots last year recently had double knee surgery and my legs were swollen. I tried to use the boots for the first time this year and they didnt fit. Bootbarn problem taking them back and switching for a larger pair!! Excellent customer service

I normally love Boot Barn, but we went there to find my granddaughter, who is 4, some pants and a top. Their selection was horrible! They had lots of little boy stuff but only 1 style of cute jeans for little girls. And they really werent that cute! I wanted a blouse and found nothing cute for a 50 something year old. Sad!

Good place to get winter boots

Friendly service and people working there, Good selection on work boots, but overpriced. Same pair of Keen work boots $179 there, found at another store for $117

Only place that really carries my Dads size of wranglers. He wears a 29x34 really cant find that size any place else. Didnt think hed wear white wranglers but now know he will so next trip there were getting him the white wranglers and more dark blue and black. Like all the t-shirts w sayings also and we will get him more when we go back.
