Found a gem of a Jeep Wrangler on Craigslist. contacted the ad which led me to Brett at Diamond Auto Group. I live 4.5 hours north of the dealership, but Brett was more than willing to work with me and my bank so I could drive down and check out the vehicle that weekend. Brett was extremely kind and helpful, as this was my first experience with a Jeep. Outstanding integrity as well. He had scheduled a showing with another customer after I made arrangements, and even though the guy offered to buy it on the spot, Brett had the integrity to tell the gentleman he had to wait for my offer as I was already driving down. Its rare to find that kind of salesman-ship around my hometown, as most people will drop appointments because someone jumped ahead of them.The price was very reasonable and Ive been extremely happy with my purchase. Brett also extended his customer service by making himself available to me regarding any questions and recommendation I made need after the purchase was made. Ill definitely be checking Diamond Auto Group out again should I or my significant other need another vehicle in the future.The long drive was definitely worth the experience!

Bought a car from this dealership and the car had no carfax report. I feel like every car dealership should have a report on their vehicles. The car was priced as a car that was in very good condition according to KBB. After getting the car inspected, both the front axles boots are torn open and need to be replaced. Part of it is my fault for not noticing these things before purchasing the vehicle. Be careful when buying here because the car could have a lot of non disclosed issues. The dealership only offers you some possibly discounted repairs from a mechanic down the road.

Overall great buying experience. I just bought my first car a couple of weeks ago from Brett and his team. Car is in great condition, and was very fairly priced. The process was very smooth and comfortable, and Brett made sure everything was clear to me as it was my first time going through the car buying process. Very professional, friendly, and respectful.

Our vehicle broke down and we were in a pinch. Needed a new van, NOW!!! Went on to Craigslist.com and saw a Honda Odyssey for sale. I called and Brett answered. He told me he just got a new vehicle in and I may like that one also. We drove almost 2 hours to this place. When we arrived he had both Vans waiting. Both were honestly in the best shape I have ever seen at a used car lot. He let us drive the Vans alone. When we decided we wanted to purchase one of the vans we asked if our mechanic could come look at. Not only did he let the mechanic look at it but he also cleared the garage and allowed our mechanic to use is lift. Are mechanic looked at the car for an hour. During that time great conversation was had between my husband, all the workers and myself. The day after purchasing the van, our mechanic had hit a snag on something while doing routine maintenance on the van. We called back and asked if there had been any issues prior to this or if it was mechanic. we were told to bring the van back in and Brett had his mechanic look at it, just to ensure he didnt sell us a lemon. His mechanics ended up doing the services are mechanic didnt do. Of course we paid, but it was at a very discounted price. I have had problems with used cars salesman in the past. I had made the vow to not buy from one again. But after this experience, I will always go back to Diamond Auto Group. Honestly there is no better service than this. Not even in a new car sale lot. They have our service for life!

Brett had given my son a good deal on a used truck. He has helped him with all his questions he had and answered him in a timely manner. He made it a very easy process when purchasing the vehicle. I definitely recommend this family owned dealership!

Brett and his team were great. Before showing up, we told him what we were looking for and the price we had wanted. He didnt have it but sure enough a few days later he called us and said he had the perfect vehicle. My mother never had a major issue with the car we bought from here, my colleague bought here, and I bought my wife a car. Not one with any problems. Super easy to buy from and you can tell they are family first.

Found reasonable priced heavy duty work truck and Isaiah made scheduling that worked for us as we had to travel three hours away after hours.

I bought a truck from them that ended up being unsafe to drive and would have required $4k+ in repairs. I contacted them to see if they were willing to do anything to help make it right and get me back on the road, I was even willing to pitch in more $ on trade in for a different truck. No response.

As the legal guardians of a teenager, we were looking to give her her first set of wheels on a very limited budget. After weeks of searching we found an 04 VW Beetle in pristine condition on Facebook a little out of our price range. We reached out to Brett at Diamond Auto through the FB Marketplace and he was able to make our dreams come true! After the first night we realized the calipers we too tight or just not working right. He had us bring it back the next day and he covered the cost of having his mechanic replace the 2 front ones and fix the back ones. He also replaced a taillight that was cracked because he had one lying around. He will do what it takes!Its hard to find a fair and compassionate man like Brett, especially a car dealer! He talked us through how VW Beetle are, maintenance patterns, and anything else we asked him. His main goal was that we left confident and satisfied with out purchase!If we could wed give more than five stars to Diamond Auto. Ive never been to a dealership like it and will definitely be back the next time were in need!

Isaiah hooked me up with a 2001 Chevy S10 Extreme in great condition for a very reasonable price. They replaced all four shocks and the front springs before selling it, and now its a smooth ride! Definitely recommend this family owned business!

My daughter purchased a Honda Civic from them some months ago. I should have paid more attention to the symptoms (overheating, loss of coolant, etc.) that occurred very soon after purchase but I attempted a few band-aid fixes to try to sort things out. In that light I take some of the blame but the bottom line is that Diamond sold her a car with a bad head gasket and warped head which cost just over $1,000 to fix. Id like to think otherwise, but I believe they knew about the problem prior to the sale. I submitted a written appeal for partial compensation but, as expected, I got no response.

The wonderful brothers at Diamond Auto Group replaced my brakes and rotors for less than half what the Toyota dealership wanted to charge me. Ill be the first to admit, I know nothing about cars and most shops look to take advantage of that but not here. I could not be any happier with the quality of my brakes and their service!
