What do you think of this review?We recently had flooring laid throughout most of my home by Floor Trader. We had purchased an older home with considerable moisture damage in one if the halls and a bedroom. It required a lot of preparation. I was discouraged during the process, yet the workman were dedicated to a high level of professionalism in the quality of their work and their attentiveness to my desires. The finished product exceeded my expectations. We highly recommend Floor Trader.

We went to Floor Trader to put in new carpets, flooring and paint. We mostly worked with Kyle, who was an incredible help throughout the whole process. He listened to our needs and worked with us to find the perfect product(s). We also briefly worked with several other employees throughout our project and they were all very helpful as well! I highly recommend Floor Trader as a business, and the products they carry!

Floor Trader replaced my living room carpet with Luxurious Vinyl. Mark Reinhardt was the sales representative I dealt with. He measured the area later that same day. Mark is very knowledgeable of all their products. He was excellent to work with - very professional & courteous throughout the project.Zane & Dave were the installers. They moved 4 pieces of heavy furniture for me. Their work is excellent - they were professional, courteous & prompt. What I thought to be a 2 day project, was completed in 1 day. They moved the heavy furniture back.I will not hesitate to highly recommend Floor Trader for any project involving their products. Mark, Zane & Dave were excellent all the way around. 5 stars & 2 thumbs way up to them. Use Floor Trader - youll not be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of dealing with both Kyle and Darren and their customer service was amazing!! I went in with several questions and they were able to answer everything with great knowledge and concern towards customer satisfaction. I appreciate Darren’s honesty and transparency on the products I was inquiring about & I ultimately walked away with EXACTLY what I was looking for. Their honesty/quality/pricing is top notch! These guys are the best! Redid all of my flooring! Amazing hardwood and carpet! Installed an AMAZING back splash, helped pick out paint for dresser and night stands which was in stock, replaced a fake granite with the real stuff that matched the rest of the kitchen! Next will be new doors throughout the house and knobs for the cabinets in the kitchen!! My house feels brand new and I love it!

We were very pleased with the product and service we received at FLOOR TRADER. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with the wood flooring we purchased. He was willing to give us guidance for our project. There was always good communication in regard to status of our order. We were very pleased with the flooring we purchased. My husband I had to move out of our old house and into our new house in a hurry. Luckily, The Floor Trader had everything we needed in stock, and it was installed within a week! The staff was very helpful with explaining everything in full detail and educated me on the product I was purchasing. Couldnt have done it without them. This store has redone all the flooring in our home as well as installed new countertops, sink, faucet, and disposal. Their service is friendly and personable and their knowledge of the products is excellent. They give great design recommendations that are within your budget goals as well! I shopped several places for my carpet, my friend recommended Floor Trader and sure enough they beat all the other prices and the service was unbeatable. They guarantee that they will beat the competitors prices so from now on I will not go anywhere else for any flooring needs. We also did a mosaic tile art piece in our kitchen after that and it looks amazing. So happy with all of their help.

We bought new hardwood flooring from Floor Traders in December of 2014. We loved the product and the service from Floor Traders. We were also very pleased with the installation. This month we bought ceramic tile that was used for the the floor and shower in a bathroom remodel. We are really happy with it. We did run into a supply issue when it was time to install, but Kyle was quick to respond and found the tile we needed and made sure that we had what we needed when we needed it. Floor Trader installed approximately 2500 sq.ft. of hardwood flooring in our home. Kirby and Janette Mortensen visited our home, measured for our requirements and suggested which type of wood was best for our situation with our heating and cooling system. The floor was installed by a very professional installer (Damon) who did a great job. Room installation and daily clean-up was great. I would not even consider using any other flooring contractor in Farmington, NM.

I got a great deal on tile for my kitchen, dining room, hall & bathroom. Eventually we plan to use them to replace our living room carpet & probably something in our master bathroom. Weve also been kicking around the idea of their outdoor artificial turf. Havent decided on that one yet. But theyve definitely earned our business.

Floor Trader has done our Flooring... of course, and our Windows. They were so easy to work with to meet our schedule requests. We happened to be gone on vacation and they came and installed new flooring throughout the entire house which ended up being a higher quality product then we intially had purchased due to the Manufactuer not holding up to our schedule. So Kyle and Kerby upgraded us so our schedule wouldn’t get ruined. By the time we returned from our vacation we arrived to a complete home with new flooring!! We plan on using Floor Trader exclusively for all of our remodeling needs.
